This team at Silver Star is literally the best. They are knowledgeable, confident, and take the time to share what they know and what options are available. They are honest and kind people and they are helping me out more than I would have ever expected. I am so very happy with their work and what they've educated me on. My car is running better than ever... and they still are going to button up a few more things for me! Seriously, these are the best of the best. Absolute experts. Plus, they always have sweet cars in the shop to look at!

Had a multiple problems with an aging truck and Silver Star made a plan that I could afford economically. I took the truck back for some work and they caught a part they installed and warrantied it without even me knowing. The truck was difficult and they were persistent til they were happy with their work which made me happy! Bring your vehicles here for honest good mechanics.

Never a long wait time for an appointment and the work is done promptly once you arrive. Excellent workmanship with a friendly staff and a very comfortable waiting room. I recommend Silver Star to anyone who drives a car, truck,Van or SUV.

I have been using SilverStar Automotive for a decade. Silverstar s Mercedes expertise is outstanding and their attention to detail and the customer experience first rate. Not only is Silverstar more cost effective than the dealership, they are proactive in communicating, and confirming what work will be done every step of the way. A huge bonus is they will deliver your vehicle to your doorstep or provide a ride home after dropping the vehicle.

We took our 1991 VW GTI in to have the front suspension worked on. It had been previously screwed up by a different shop. Although we did have to wait for parts to arrive, Silverstar is great at communicating and getting the work done promptly when they have the parts!

My car broke down in Washington on a rally. These guys stored the car until transport could arrive, assisted in loading the vehicle properly, and even followed up weeks later to help me find the correct parts and part numbers for everything I needed (it was a lot). Oh my goodness Silver Star Automotive was a lifesaver for me during a very difficult time. I was traveling back and forth from Montana to Post Falls as my husband had been in a very serious accident and sent to an LTAC facility there. I had an issue with the air shocks on my Mercedes. I called the Spokane Mercedes dealership and they said they couldn't even look at it for 3 weeks! I had to go over Lookout pass back and forth and it was March! I was worried my car would not be safe or make it. I was already super stressed with my husband's situation and worried about his outcome. So I found Silver Star and they not only were able to see my vehicle they fixed it that day!! Mollie was even sweet enough to drive it back to me in Post Falls at the LTAC facility. I will say I have never seen such a clean and nice repair shop either. Silver Star went above and beyond for me. I so appreciate that they made such a high stress situation better by their kindness and repair is still good! I never leave reviews and I'm sorry it has taken so long to leave this one but I can't say enough good about Silver Star!

Needed to have coolant checked on Gretta ( 2018 VW Atlas SE 3.6) Stopped by our usual place (not a foreign place at all) and decided to do an oil change as well. They could not find an oil filter and if they went thru any other place than Napa etc they would get charged $30 and then up the amount to me so if I could find one and bring it too them it would save me close to $80.So I took your advice and called Silver Star. They would have charged me only $17 for the filter. So I asked them how much for the oil change and fluids...100$ approx. Which was comparable to my other place. When can you get me in? Friday morning, until their tech came around thecornrr and said, we can get it now, bring her in. $100.83 for everything.While waiting I had the most fun, informative, and interesting 45 minute conversation with the new owner Scott. We talked about just about everything family, work, life, everything!!Good news is they service foreign AND Domestic cars. Great business!

Silver Star was recommended to me by a fellow Mercedes Benz owner. Al and his team checked and fixed my power steering pump/system. I'd been hearing a whine, figured I needed a new pump. First I took it to a different shop who told me the fluid level was microscopically low and that they topped it off. It didn't make the whine go away. Silver Star identified air bubbles in the system, removed them and then topped the fluid off. No more whine. Thank you Silver Star!!
