What a wonderful, old school style auto repair shop! Bill assisted us. We were in Spokane for serious health issues when suddenly our vehicle seemed unsafe. Bill got us in immediately, stopped everything and made a thorough inspection to ensure our safe return to Kettle Falls. Bill was courteous, professional, neat, clean-cut, clean and mannerly. I couldn't help but wonder if he was a co-owner, due to his unparalleled professionalism, kindness and expertise. Fitzgerald Motors is the best auto repair shop I've ever gone to. I have had several different vehicles fixed here and they go above and beyond. I recommend taking your vehicle here next time you need a repair done. Also the price's are very fair.

Been taking my modified vehicles here for a couple years now for jobs that I m too lazy to do. Bill and Pat did great jobs almost every single time. The only exception was being off a few degrees on the timing belt. Unfortunately Bill did leave the shop, but Pat and whoever he finds to be his new second man will do everything you could want at an extremely high standard.

Bill and Pat are brilliant to deal with. Very fair, very honest. Just started using them on my wife's car and my truck. I will be sending the kids cars there next. Highly recommend.

I brought my van in for a thorough general checkup before leaving on a long trip. Making the appointment was fast and efficient - spoke to a real person! Turned out the van was in good shape. When I picked it up I was told no "No charge since there was nothing to fix! Bring it back when it breaks."Wow! I 100% recommend Fitzgerald Motors.

Just want to say....Pat and Bill are the best! What a great team! I was burned by another business with car repairs, I was sent to them by RECOMENDATION! No disappointment here! For decades it's been the best independently owned auto shop in Spokane. Unlike other shops around town they aren't out to rob you blind and they don't treat you like just another customer. Pat Fitzgerald is a great guy and is excessively knowledgeable. If you go to ANY other shop in town you're crazy!

I was broken down on the side of the road and two mechanics from Fitzgerald happened to walk by and they offered to take a look for me. They were very respectful the whole time and didn't treat me like a dumb girl (which happens a lot).I had my car towed there (my engine was flooded) and I felt well informed and like they weren't trying to swindle me.I would definitely use these guys again!

Super friendly and professional. Pat and Bill quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my 2005 Honda Pilot. Wow!! What a great experience. I would unconditionally recommend them and will be back if I have problems in the future. Thank you, thank you!

Pat was quick and helped a lot when I brought my truck to him. Got new wiper motor, and they even threw on a new belt, and checked my fluid levels. Great guys down at Fitzgerald Motors

I drove in at noon with a bad alternator needing replacement. At 3pm the same day the repair was finished ! They used lifetime warranteed replacement parts and even cleaned up the battery terminals and only charged an hour labor. These guys do great work, are consciencious and strive to keep the costs low. This was my 3rd visit to their shop. and I won't go anywhere else !

Don't think twice about taking your car in here. Amazing owner. Very down to earth, incredibly honest and very sharp at what he does. My favorite go to guy there is Bill. Hands down a genious at his job! Whatever you want/need/issue you have. This mechanical superstar will break it down. Diagnose and spell it out. Honest to goodness...crazy good at what he does. Fast, effecient quality work. Trust me they are the real life problem solving, . They make things happen. Do it fast nd efficiently. Fixing everything A-Z the right way the first time. Top of the line quality work that is actually affordable! If your looking now, need diagnostics/repairs/maintance etc. Hands down choose this place first!!! You won't regret it. Nor will you ever go anyplace else after...guarenteed!!

Had my vehicle in the shop for 2 weeks and nothing was different when I got it back now the vehicle is undrivable.The vehicle was undrivable before but they still replaced unneeded parts and charged over $700 and my vehicle still doesn't run will not use for the future

Just one of the mechanics was there and I still got my car the same day I brought it in. It was a fair price and I felt good after leaving.
