Amazing service once again!! I was in desperate need of a brake job and I came in and within minutes they were working on my Honda & completed both front and back pads & rotors extremely quickly! Very fair pricing and I always feel so comfortable and reassured here!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Bar far the best automotive shop in spokane. 100% quality work and customer service. I can wrench on vehicles myself, but can't find the time. These guys are quick and more than fair on they're pricing. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

My wife and I along with my baby are traveling from Washington to Colorado in the winter and my wife s car isn t good in the slightest bit of snow. My wife called Ron s and asked if they can swap out for some winter tires and Megan went above and beyond and looked at MANY options just to give us the best for our situation. She really wanted our trip to be safe and just by her taking the time to look at all the options is just amazing. She was very respectful and answered all of my wife s questions and did everything in her power to try to get us in before our travel date. Megan, we appreciate you so much! GIVE MEGAN A RAISE!

Put my snow tires on in less than an hour after I dropped it off for my appointment. Went back a week later bc a special piece from my car was missing and they had it stored away for me! Fantastic people and super honest! 100% recommend!

I have had several of my business and personal vehicles worked on by Ron s. Always excellent and timely service, They have always been very fair and honest. Any issues I have had (and we all have them) were taken care of quickly. They run the business like I run mine. Can t say enough about these folks. Amazing service always.I followed my mechanic Pat from Fitzgerald motors over to Ron's when he made his move there, and the people at Ron's are just as amazing as Pat always treated me when doing repairs on my car. Full service shop here.. Tires, repairs, auto body work. They do it all..Honest and very solid work from a small tire repair to all the bigger things that can go wrong with one's carThanks for helping me today guys.

Always fantastic service and pricing at Ron's. I don't hesitate to take any of our vehicles to them. They are quick, honest, and reasonable. Highly recommend them.Edit 12/14/23: Still taking our cars to Ron's whenever they need work, and still receive great, quick service.

Saying above and beyond is contrite. These humans showed me nothing but kiddness and understanding. They took the time to listen. Once they understood my need and where I was going they set up a plan of action that was more than fair and affordable. That also ment sending me to spend a portion of my repair funds with another wonderful local business.I watched the whole group work together not just for me but I witnessed them do the same for someone calling in.They're local Spokane they care about this community and their work is exceptional. I needed something good to work out for me.They did that. Ron's made a customer for life. You'd be remiss not to check with them first.

Two times! Two times in the last 5 years I have gotten a flat tire, taken it to a different tire store only to be told that they couldn't fix it (AKA, they want to sell me new tires). I took the same tire to Ron's and they repair it all according to DOT specs and get me back on the road. Trust me, these guys are not out to sell you tires, they're out to keep you on the road at a good price. Thank you to Ron's tires for always coming through for me.

Going to start off by saying 100% would never recommend to anyone! Brought my truck in to do a simple mount and balance. After waiting 4 HOURS i had my truck back only to learn they destroyed 2 of my hubcaps and scratched my wheels! Upon confronting them they said they were "corroded" but just had summer tires put on 5 months before by randys tire with 0 issues. They also had the nerve to say "we had a problem with the hubcaps but didn't charge extra" like they did me a favor by destroying my wheels! Don't use these guys!

I received wonderful service at Ron's. They explained each of the repairs in detail and were up front on the costs. Everone who works there were so friendly, that I felt like family. The bonus of a ride home home was also appreciated, thanks Megan & Vic. Dropped off my BMW x3 with Jeremy 4/6/21, I feel they went out of their way to rediognos and repair. Check engine light is off and vehicle seems more responsive. Happy girl here. Thank gentlemen!

I love Ron's automotive!! Highly recommend! I have been a customer for roughly 2-3 years they have always helped me out and are usually great about getting in to be seen ! The people that work there are all great ! They know what they are doing ! Also I just had my master cylinder done there and it was under warranty because the part failed not the mechanics but the part did and they were able to fix under warranty so glad they are here to service Spokane ! They do everything ! Brakes tires repairs restoration balancing tires I mean you name they can do it !! I could go on and on give them a call they are your friendly neighborhood mechanics!!

I was given some new tires for father's day and was concerned that I would have a hard time finding a shop that would replace my tires at a reasonable price. Vic and the boys not only offered a good deal they really made me feel like a customer and gave me their standard service which was fantastic! I would recommend Ron's Tire & Brake to anyone looking for great customer service and reasonable price for their car and safety

Did a great job, swapped out timing chain and phasers on dohc vvt 2.4L and saved me over $1500 compared to an estimate from another shop. Car is running like new again with 180k miles! Thank you Rons Automotive!

Excellent place to get work done on your car. They have 90-days- same as cash, and other financing options if need be even without credit checks. Their receptionist, AMAZING. THIS IS THE 1ST MECHANIC PLACE IN SPOKANE THATS ACTUALLY TRYING TO DO RIGHT BY THE PEOPLE. THEY KNOW THESE ROADS ARE STRAIGHT UP TRASH AND THAT IT MEANS MORE MONEY IN THIER POCKETS WITH ALL SUSPENSION ISSUES BECAUASE WHO EVERS IN CHARGE OF THE ROADS SHOULD FN QUIT AND LET SOMEONE TAKE OVER WHO GAF.. ALL I CAN I SAY IS IN A CITY WHERE YOUR CAR GETS BEAT UP LIKE YOUR JUST HITTING JUMPS A WHOLES AT THE ORV PARK EVERYTIME YOU DRIVE, ITS NICE TO KNOW THAT RONS HAS YOUR FN BACK!!!!

Omg I would love to make a shout out to bill the mechanic my sister in law locked her keys in her truck after trying for ever in heat I seen him say hey do you need help he came took his time to help us unlock her truck all he asked was for a review we owe him so much more which we will pay it forward he makes me have faith in humanity thanks bill

Had a rapidly leaking tire on my way to nearby auto place I had business with.I needed a quick fill up on my tire to continue my journey. Chanced upon Ron s which was a gift from God..Ron, the mechanic, with no hesitation, avowed filling my tire up to get me down the road.Thank you Ron!-Daniel

Don't recommend for alignments. The kid who does them needs training. I'm sure he will be good at it someday. Hopefully without wasting more people's money. Took it to another shop. Brian's automotive. He aligned what they said couldn't. Hate to leave bad reviews. But people need to know that if your selling a service. They want the best if they are paying $150 for an alignment.

First off when I went in to check on tires can't remember the gentleman's name but he definitely knew the business. I worked thirty years as a automotive technician and no feeling pressured and have to say the price was the same as Discount tire.Miles called me today in the morning and said can you come right know as I did I wasn't scheduled till Monday.Being I know the business and always work on my truck I don't trust anyone but I left this place trusting Ron's Automotive and Enjoyed listening to Miles conduct business.I haven't been impressed with many Service writers in my career.I will recommend everybody I know to Rons there a Class Act.Service: Tires
