We visited RnR RVs amazing inside showroom. Their customer rep, Kevin Fisher, spent time listening to our needs, wants, wishes, and let us dream while wandering through many RVs. Never pushy or presumptuous, Kevin helped us find a beautiful 5th wheel and Sharon the business manager helped make it all happen for us. We re delighted with the rig and with them! Thank you Kevin and Sharon.

Walked into the parts dept to buy the things we needed for our new RV. Not a single sales person walked over to help and none bothered to greet us. You people just lost thousands on a sale. Great job. Going elsewhere.

Our salesman Richard was great. Helped us find what we were looking for without trying to push us on something else. Helped us to get a good deal and very professional. Becca showed us how everything worked and gave some great tips on some important must haves to ensure we aren t bringing it in for service so soon and George installed our sway bar and made sure everything was in working order on my truck. Even showed us in our owners manual what fuses he recommended we get from ford to keep our batteries charged. Marty helped us with financing and was quick at explaining everything. Shortest time I ve spent in a financing office. Overall great team and let the youngest explore all of the fun RVs.

I purchased an RV from R n R, on Francis in Spokane, last March. Bryce was my salesman. Bryce was very knowledgeable and had the utmost courtesy. He was not pushy and patiently answered my many questions. He was unsure of the answers on only one or two and he went and found out the answer.He was just so helpful with getting the items for my mobility issues. He personally made sure everything was perfect, when I picked up my unit.A month ago I purchased a new truck and it is about 1 inch taller ,all the way around, then my previous truck.I put the RV on and it was riding just a bit off level. I called Bryce and we set up a time for me to come by. After he and the service tech looked at the problem, they took it back to the shop and dropped the hitch down on the receiver. He came and told me it was done and it was his gift because he 'takes care of his customers.'Well he certainly does!!!! I could not be happier.......whenever I need something, Bryce handles it.I would not hesitate to send my dearest friend or beloved relative to R n R RV, BUT only ask for Bryce!!!!I have purchased many vehicles and a fifth wheel 6 years ago, I have never had as good as service and courtesy, as Bryce provides...........

Kevin in sales was awesome. He answered all of our questions and was very transparent. We got exactly what we wanted! When we came to do our orientation, Jason in service was absolutely amazing. He took the time to answer all of our questions. There were a few minor issues with the trailer (as to be expected) that he and the others in service ensured us would be taken care of before our first trip of the year. Jason walked us through parts we would need and was very honest with us. Thank you to Kevin for getting us exactly what we wanted and a BIG thank you to Jason for making sure we were comfortable and informed for our first trailer purchase. We are very appreciative for the entire team at RNR and will absolutely be recommending to our friends (and telling them to ask for Kevin and Jason specifically)!

Kevin Fisher was the perfect sales associate. We prefer to meander and look around for ourselves, and he left us alone to do just that. Then, when we had found the unit we wanted to take home, he gladly answered all of our questions and coordinated financing and worked with us on our trade-in. Everyone on site was immensely helpful and friendly. Our experience during the entire process was a positive one.

Do you like to collect as much information as possible and research all options before spending tens of thousands of dollars on a purchase? If you do, or even if you don't, I highly recommend working with Paul Chapman at RnR when considering the purchase of a RV.We walked into the RnR show room in North Spokane with only an idea and little knowledge about owning a trailer. Paul patiently educated us in person that day, several hours at the Spokane RV Show, and multiple phone conversations. In total he invested 6-8 hours of his time for us to become comfortable with the decision to purchase a new Rockwood Trailer.In addition, Paul connected us with Brian in the Service Department. As we discussed the proper set up of the towing vehicle, I can tell he too is willing to make sure we are equipped to enjoy our RV safely and with minimal problems. Mubasher also exhibited knowledge and patience as he walked us through the numerous operational items, and answered our many questions during the thorough orientation.The whole team at RnR showed professionalism and care in making sure that we as rookie RV'ers were comfortable in our decision to purchase.

I wish I could give zero stars.They took 2500 from us and agreed to $700 a month payments. We called the next day and asked when our trailer would be ready they said we would be getting a smaller trailer for the same down payment the same monthly payment but a 3% lower interest rate unless we were willing to give $13,000 more down.We said we wanted our money back and three of their guys in the office tried to fight me physically when I returned there to to retrieve our 2500 down payment.They said they couldn't upload it back onto our card so they had me go to the other store 35 minutes away to retrieve a check which I deposited into my account which they later canceled saying their bank has a pending $2,500 deposit on to my card. I'm now being told they're taking $2,500 out of my checking to return the deposited amount back to RnR RV when the entire amount hadn't even cleared yet. They're saying it will take a minimum of 10 days from today to get me my $2,500 back. My wife and I have two daughters and we are absolutely heartbroken I would never go here for anything. I have police reports statements from a lawyer photo evidence of everything in this post if anyone would like to contact me I would be more than happy to tell you our unfortunate dealings with R&R RV.

2017 Jayco Grey HawkWe started out the day just looking for a class C motorhome, but we had no idea that they could read our minds. Bryce was so intuitive and helpful that we found something right away that checked all our boxes. We were impressed by his depth of knowledge and experience, and his humble salesmanship. He even took us out on a drive and made us feel at ease, no pressure at all. The motorhome was spotless and in excellent condition. We were very happy with the price, and when it came to the financing, Sharon was not only an expert at finding us the best financing deal, but she was an encyclopedia of camping tips and tricks and fun to work with.Jason did a two hour orientation with us and answered our questions and went through the motorhome from tip to tail.We have stayed in it now for four nights at a RV park and it is fantastic!The whole crew at RNR, RV, are a delight to work with and we gladly recommend them to others and will return there ourselves in the future.SincerelyDan and Anne

My husband and I decided to go to the rv sales event at the North Spokane location. We were greeted and introduced to our salesman Paul Chapman. He spent so much time with us and answered all of our questions. We toured so many trailers I was worried that Paul would become discouraged about the time he was spending with us. He was a wealth of knowledge and answered every question we presented, he even had other sales persons approach and ask him questions about other trailers. We purchased a beautiful Rockwood travel trailer with the help of Paul and can not say enough about his professionalism. We then worked with Marty who worked his magic had us approved and legal owners before we even left the facility. If your looking for a travel trailer or any type of RV ask for Paul and Marty you wont be disappointed. Sincerely Mr and Mrs B

Highly recommend. Our tongue jack on our camper decided to stop working altogether and we couldn t even to get it moving manually, we called RNR and they were able to get us in right away and throw on a new jack to get us on our way. Extremely thankful they were able to get us in as quickly as they did and they were very friendly and helpful with the diagnosis and very efficient in helping us get it fixed. We will continue to go through them for all of our camper needs in the near future.

We just bought our 2nd RV from RnR RV North Spokane Store. The salesman, Curtis Chastain made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Curtis got us a good amount for our trade-in and the rest of the folks in the finance and service department were efficient and accommodating. There s now a beautiful Rockwood Ultra Lite sitting in my driveway ready to go on the road.

Working with Curtis Christian at R&R North Spokane, we purchased a new travel trailer. Now that we have almost 10,000 miles on the trailer in only a few months in 2023 and 2024 we found it to be a perfect match for us. Great experience purchasing a new pop-up tent trailer in April. Paul Chapman was courteous, helpful and easy to work with. He answered all our questions. Stacey Wilson did a great job walking us through the trailer and explaining how everything works. We have used the trailer a few times and have not had any questions. We appreciate the great service.

Sales were great but as it turned out, not truthful. Extended warranty does not cover bumper to bumper as explained. Service leaves some to be desired as they did not or could not address issues expressed when taking in for service.

My salesperson, Kevin, was excellent! He listened to me very attentively and answered all my questions. I appreciate how he did not try to talk me into something I didn t need or something newer as well! It was worth the trip to Spokane to get a great deal!

This review is to specifically thank Cori Foster for her incredible job of taking us through our new RV and explaining each part, function, and special dos and don'ts with the different features. She left us with places to go online as well to get further tutorial for our specific model. We hammered her with questions and clarification and she delivered every time. Thank you, Cori. Great job!

We found the trailer we wanted at a really great sale price. Found out it was an upgraded model ready for solar, larger A/C, and a better refrigerator. Only issue is with the table I hate it! It keeps falling out of the bracket and won t sit straight. So there s the good part.Now for the not so good. After making the decision to purchase, I told the guy I was pre approved through a local credit union all we needed was to send 2 documents and funding would be transferred over. They proceeded to tell me I would have to put a refundable $500 deposit if I wasn t going to go through them for funding! Whatever their a preferred business with my credit union so they wrote up the contract and sent it to my credit union. Since my hubby works out of town they had to FEDEx the paperwork to him so instead of him and myself digitally sign and have it all done that day, we had to wait for the paperwork to get to him, the hotel to deliver the package, and for him to sign it, and send it back. So 2 weeks later when hubby got back he dropped the papers off and collected out trailer. Talk about not working smarter but harder. It caused unneeded stress they tried to tell me they needed the deposit because they have had funding fall trough but the digital docs would have taken us 3 minutes depending on how fast I got my hubby back in the phone. If I m ore approved wouldn t that tell you my finding was already locked in??? If it wasn t for the trailer we would have gone somewhere else. Not even a hey here s some KOA vouchers on us or anything for the trouble. Geez

Wow! Talk about Customer Service!! Brandon Sprague was incredible!!! We let him know our budget and exactly what we were looking for and he found it. Everyone was very friendly & knowledgeable. When Adrian took us thru our orientation we discovered two light bulbs that didn't work & they were immediately replaced. We even drive off with a full tank of gas & propane. We are now on our second short trip & are loving every moment, can't wait until we go full time & retire.

6 Star ReviewWe have a 2023 Winnebago Revel 44E 4x4 and it had a random inverter issue....super frustrating. We were in the Spokane area and decided to give RnR RV a try after finding them on Google and having no success with other RV service companies in western Washington. First experience with RnR RV and super impressed with their customer service. Yep, seems easy but as we all know customer service has gone down the proverbial grey water tank. Not at RnR!! Everyone was friendly and helpful, but pecifically Sandy and her service manager were very helpful and solved the inverter issue in a matter of minutes by asking questions and doing a quick check on a possible solution. Would have been easy for them to just have us leave the Revel for a couple of weeks after driving 1.5 hours to drop it off at their Francis Street location in Spokane. Saved our upcoming road tip vacation, lots of time a gas. Thanks!!

Our sales rep Kevin from RNR RV North was absolutely fantastic, we visited 5 other dealerships and of all the sales reps we dealt with he was the most honest and helpful.Kevin would be someone we would search out if we ever look for help with a new RV purchase again! We would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase an rv!

So far having a good experience. We are first time buyers and are inexperienced. Bryce helped us narrow down are options and I feel like the choice we made will work out great. Marty helped us with the documents and the process went smoothly. So far the only disappointment we have was the orientation. We were told it would take 1 to 2 hours to learn about our trailer. As it turned out we got just one hour because the rep was booked for another appointment. The tour we got was in the shop and we had to maneuver around all the working equipment. It was fairly dark in the building and it was rushed. We were told several times to watch the videos. We have done that several times now. I feel like I need another walk through so I have an opportunity to ask questions. Like, what did we do wrong that caused our solar batteries to deplete and how to charge them. Besides the tour I am a little disappointed in the finish work on the interior. Luckily when I called about it immediate arrangements were made to get it back into the shop for warranty work.Update:I want to express my thanks to Becca and Taylor! After having some warranty work done, Becca and Taylor did another very thorough walk through of our new trailer. Becca made sure we understood all the technical aspects and gave insights on common problems she sees when people have problems. She was very thorough. We feel much more confident and feel ready to take our first trip. Thank you ladies for instilling confidence and making sure we are ready for our first excursion.

Recently we purchased a Flagstaff Super Lite from the N. Spokane location. Kevin did an awesome job helping us find what we needed. Definitely recommend RNR RV to anyone shopping for one. They have a huge selection (with multiple locations) and have an amazing indoor showroom.

At age 70+ I have bought over 50 licensed motorized vehicles of ALL types; but this was my first RV, so I had endless questions. Bryce and Richard were EXTREMLY helpful; they were VERY knowledgeable, gave me just the facts without the hype, and didn't waste my time bashing the competition. If only my prior vehicle purchases had been half this pleasant/rewarding. Stop in and see for yourself!
