Great prices, great service, quick and efficient work. I had an issue I created unknowingly but when I brought it up to Randy he took the time to explain what happened and why and fix it for me. I will be getting all my tires from here in the future.

Horrible experience. I called to check and see if my tires were in stocks they said yes so of course show up only to be completely ignored for 30 min while chatting with a customer. No one acknowledged my presence at all, not even to say "hey dealing with this right now be with u in a moment." Finally I asked if the tire he was mounting was the guys first, then the CUSTOMER answered(!?!?!) and was like "yes." As I drove off the poker closed his garage I guess acknowledging someone left.Terrible time of anything I'd leave0.starts

Paid 300 cash for used studded tires on my sons car that were not properly mounted or balanced. 2 weeks later he had to take the car elsewhere for balance and rotation to find one tire already began cupping. Today, one tire is completely flat all of a sudden...No information was exchanged and no receipt was given, so I have no recourse. This was an eye-opening learning experience on my part, of course, because I should have done better. But this is a warning, go to this place at your own risk folks!

I had a flat tire. I went here to buy a new tire the new tire is flat too!! I would definitely not recommend this place!!!

I really appreciate the family atmosphere of this place. They are always friendly and outgoing. I was not first in line but they were able to get my wife s car and e in a good time. And you can beat the price for good work. I will be using this shop from now on!

I had Randy's recommended to me over a year ago and I have never considered going to another tire shop.Randy's has always had some good ol'e boy's that wants to not only earn but keep your business by Treating the Customers Like your Just ONE OF THE GUY'S even my Wife who can be very cheeky . All the while providing fast quality service backed with knowledge And experienceFar more than expected(For safety purposes) cover your man

If you don t mind cigarette smoke flowing through the interior of your car, and a strung-out associate who will eat a sandwich while speaking to your face, you came to the right place! Any kind of knowledge relating to tires has been completely dismissed. Trying to decipher left from right is the first challenge of the day for these guys, let alone knowing how to actually speak to people . at a place of business. Not only can you get better prices elsewhere, you can actually find personable service elsewhere, too. It would even be worth waiting. Enjoy!

I waited a half hour to get some wheels swapped. Saw people show up after me and then was told they were ahead of me. They wasted my time so I'll take my business elsewhere. They seemed nice and seemed to have good prices but with service like that there's other tire shops. Not organized enough. I tried supporting the local shop but will take my business elsewhere. I'd say you take your chances as far as who's gonna get serviced when. Not worth it to me.

The owner Randy is a good guy. But his staff members are complete idiots. I went go all 4 tires done and 20 minutes later my ABS came on , traction stabilizer and my AWD went on saying I have no AWD. I took back to them and they said it wasn't thier fault and my brakes need replacing that's what caused all the lights to come on. That's a complete lie! I will never take my vehicle back to these back yard mechanics. Stay away from this shop

SCAMMERS I come to find out that the tires they sold me are 20 years old, and completely separated from the steel plate according to discount tire when I went in for a rotation and balance. Very dangerous tires to be driving on. These people could have killed me. Sick

Got my tires changed, they did not balance the tires. Brought it back next day and had to wait over 2 hrs for them to fix rheir mistake.

Great bunch of guys really go out of there way for there customers there a great and awesome business and guys work hard and if you like fresh farm eggs they have them also 5 a dozen I love them there great also

They were very friendly. Had a plug put in my tire and it's already failed in less than a month. Update on the tire. Got it to another shop and they patched it properly. Ends up that when Randy's put the plug in, they did it wrong and created a second hole in the process. I'd avoid this place for tire repairs

I was enroute to Montana heading towards Ga. This guys helped me out and never took any money from me.fixed me car and gave me his number to call him if I have any problem on the way he will get me towed back to Spokane. You guys are awesome

I was in a jam, the big box tire stores were inundated and for a simple tack in my tire they were like, "can you drop it off and pick it back up tonight?" I was under the gun, had a lot to do and didn't have time for that reality when a simple fix would have taken a technician like 5 minutes, right?So my daughter had told me about Randy's and I shot over there. As soon as I pulled in, a guy came out of the bay (it's a small shop) he asked if he could help me. I explained my dilemma and the guy had me turn my wheel and slowly drive forward. Found the tack, pulled it and filled in, on the spot! Took all of about 5 minutes, and $10 bucks. I drove my vehicle from Spokane to Florida, picked up a trailer and drove back--never had an issue.Later I had to have some tires put back on my car and went to Randy's; they got me right in, and 45 minutes later I had old tires off, new tires on, up and running--cost me 20 bucks a tire plus 5 dollars discard fee for the old ones!They have my business now onward!I definitely see Randy's Tire and Wheels as a niche operator in the Spokane Tire Arena. These big box stores are okay, but don't forget the little man! Randy's, they aren't typical, but that's what many folks need! Highest Recommendation!

Yesterday the boys and I were headed down to the pool near mission and on our way the tire light came on our pressure was really low so I pulled over to the gas station and saw that they only took credit cards but I had only our parking change on us I figured risk it hit the Pool and get Home the tire gauge wasn't changing but on our way to the pool I saw the tire shop and I pulled over and asked if I could give him the money and if he could fill up our tire? He didn't hesitate to help, he had us pull in and Filled up and checked all of our tires for free I appreciate the time he took to get our tires filled up and look at all the tires too ;) thank you so much

I Had the best experience with this small business in Spokane. He gave confidence in the service he provided. He most certainly Has knowledge in the service area he is providing. A factor very difficult to find in the modern person of today.

Best deals in Spokane period. Randy's a family guy, there's nobody else, I'd rather spend my money with. Will always give ya hand, when you need some help. Guys he has working the garage, were polite, competent, and a pleasure to hang with. (They love tips)

Called to see if they swapped winter tires to summer tires, the guy on the phone said yes. 15 dollars a tire.I said I will throw them in the car and be right there. He said ok. Arrived 10 minutes later to the store, and was told that the next car was the last one for the day and they couldn't help me. Even though there was an hour and a half before closing. So I went down the road and paid his competition to do it.

On the day I went, it was mid afternoon, not very busy, and the employees were friendly and inviting. I bought a set of used tires for under $500 mounted and balanced. I will definitely come again for my tire needs

I called a few used tire stores in Spokane this morning. Randy s opened early and answered the call and told me they had my used trailer rim and two different types of tires they can put on it and I should come on over. Since they are first come first serve, I was third in line and they had guys working with all three of us. The rim was a perfect match which they checked to make sure on my trailer first and then gave me a variety of tires I could choose. I was in and out of there within a half an hour with a hard to match rim and tire! Sean specifically was exceptional and I highly recommend this local business!

Definitely a great price on used tires. Just got a full set of studded tires put on and balanced for less than $400! I do however have a tiny car. Not a fancy place but fursure worth it.

Still the same old randy. Sorry bud not everyone is just a normal customer. Some customers bring you far more business than others just FYI those are the ones you should retain. Went to Ron's instead so ya lost even the mount and balance I wanted. There's your "incentive"
