Rich was extremely kind and professional! Laid out everything I needed and was honest and fair. He worked with me to get me what I could afford and he was really fast! He got it done with a time crunch before closing on a Friday! I couldn t be happier with my service. It can be hard finding trustworthy mechanics but I will definitely be going back here again!

Never met a bigger #$$hole! In an effort to support small business in my new neighborhood I brought my car to this guy to be diagnosed and repaired. I expected the repairs to be substantial as I was having several issues and it's a 12 year old car. I explained this to Richard and he seemed very concerned about how much I wanted to spend but explained his concern as just wanting to prioritize. I arrainged to have a rental car (not cheap) to give him adequate time to do repairs and get parts. He had my car 25 minutes then called and said "it's not worth fixing" and I suspect this is because I wouldn't agree to let him have free reign over the budget (I'm not an idiot I expected close to $1000 in repairs) I told him before I dropped the car off I'd be out of town for the remainder of the day so I was unable to pick my car up 30 minutes after I dropped it off. When I called today (next business day) he said if I didn't get my car immediately he would charge me storage fees and that he wasn't a free parking lot! I told him I would be able to get a ride to pick it up as soon as possible and he said my ride was my problem and that he had things to do. I should have never delta with this business. The language he used over the phone is inappropriate for Google reviews. I had never seen a car in his shop. His sign advertises "free diagnostic" and "30 years experience" almost begging people to try his shop. Should have known better! Stay away! Call Lloyd's automotive or the place across the street from this shop. Never been spoken to or treated so rudely by a "professional" no wonder he has no business!

I just had Rich change the front wheel bearings on my Chevy and I couldn't be happier. He did it right the first time and beat even the large auto shop chain's estimate. Excellent service!

Pozzi's Pro Auto Maintenance is the only shop I will have work done on my car. I have tried others and never get the care, quality or attention to detail that I get at Pozzi's. The best is that when you show up for your appointment is ready for you and when he tells you it's going to be done, it is!Thanks!

Rich has worked on my rigs for 30 years. He does excellent work. I've never had any complaints. He rocks. Call rich any time. Sincerely Scott from Star Pruners

Been taking my VW GTI VR6 to Rich since purchasing the car in 2007. Fixes stuff right the first time, always looks the car over, even when doing a basic oil change. Highly recommend.

Rich is honest and hard working. Not at all out to rip anyone off which unfortunately is rare when it comes to mechanics. He always does a great job and he does it in a timely fashion. I wouldn t go anywhere else.
