Ken and his crew at Pete's Honda have been extremely reliable, honest, and more than fair on charging a reasonable price for their top notch services. I wouldn't trust to taking my Toyota and Hondas anywhere else. I've been going to Pete's when Pete actually owned it over 20 years ago. Ken Peterson continues to deliver the best service in town. I feel like family when I go there. It's such a good feeling to know that I can trust them completely with my cars.

I've been coming to Pete's for over 20 years. If you want a mechanic that does an honest days work for a fair price, Pete's is unbeatable.I vehicle had that ended up having an incredibly peculiar issue that required significantly more labor to address than was originally projected. They ate the entire cost. Who does that?Pete's. Only Pete's. I've lived across this country and there's no place like Pete's. I'll be going here for my service in the Inland Northwest until I'm dead.

I've brought my car too Pete's Honda three times... Pretty quick fixes and nothing major. Every single time they fit me in when I left my car. They are usually very busy but have found time to do these fixes each time I have brought my car in. They are super friendly and I think the owner's name is Chris ( who happens to have a couple of darling little dogs who live there) and he is super friendly, knowledgeable and really works hard to take care of his customers. Prices reasonable. If you have to wait the waiting area is comfortable with a TV, couches, cool old memorabilia and a restroom. Highly recommend. When I moved to Spokane I lost my car guy in Bellevue and followed my daughter's recommendation of Pete's Honda when I moved here. Super glad she did

A+++ I haven't been to Pete's Honda since Pete and Joe used to work on my vehicles I had an appointment today for a timing belt and timing chain on my Toyota van these people found a sticker that I didn't see that the timing belt had already been done 3,000 Miles ago . The mechanic showed me where it had been done already. They could have said nothing to me and just charged me for the service. THEY ARE THE MOST HONEST PEOPLE IN BUISNESS!! PLUS THEY ARE GREAT MECHANICSPS Thank you and God bless America

Pete s Honda did an amazing job and in a very timely manner. They were very easy to work with and got straight to work to get my vehicle back on the road with no extra fees from what they quoted me. I m very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone that has a Honda and needs major or even minor repair work.Thank you Pete s Honda!

If I could leave 10 stars I would. These guys are absolutely amazing.I have been going to them since we moved here in 2015. They have gone above and beyond and are always extremely fair. They never push anything that doesn t need to be done and their turnaround time is amazing. I now have almost 200,000 on my car and because of them, it runs extremely well. it s so refreshing to have a mechanic that you can truly trust what they say, and not feel taken advantage of. I could never purchase anything other than vehicles they would work on because I love them so much!

I took my Mazda in for an oil leak, and I was back on the road with the problem fixed the same day. They were straightforward and honest about the repairs, and the price point was very fair. This was my first time going to Pete's and I wont be going anywhere else from now on! I highly recommend them.

Pete's Honda is an absolute unicorn of a mechanic! The kind if place you never think you'll actually find. The place where they treat you with respect, do the job, for the price they quoted, their waiting area is cozy and friendly, and...their bathroom is fantasticly well-appointed! I'm always shocked that such a place exists! Amazing shop, amazing staff, amazing service! If I could give it more stars, I would. Thanks for taking a bit of the sting out of car troubles, guys!

First time there today for a used car inspection/diagnostic on a newly purchased 2004 Honda. With 200k miles on it I was nervous! So relieved to have learned the vehicle had no mechanical issues and only needed minor maintenance issues addressed. Just felt like they were honest and very fair in their prices. Will definitely return.

Friendly staff who enjoy their jobs and the people they work with. We felt welcomed and comfortable at our first visit. Fast, competent service for our 2010 Honda and the bill was less than what I expected! We'll be back!

Trust.I go to Pete s Independent Honda because I trust them. Over the last decade of caring for my and my family s vehicles Ken and his staff have earned that trust over and over. I don t know anything about engines, but I know about earned trust. I work in healthcare, and people trust me with the most intimate details about their health and sometimes their lives. Earlier this year, my sister was quoted a brake job on her Tundra by a shop that claims to follow the golden rule. That quote was $5000. Ken fixed her brakes for less than $500. That same year the unthinkable happened. While doing work on my Tundra, my engine experienced a catastrophic failure. Instead of blaming it on the age of the vehicle (14 years old) or mileage (over 190,000), Ken took responsibility and replaced my engine. Without charging me a dime. No one ever wants to hear that something happened to their vehicle while it was in the care of someone else, but I am so thankful that it was with Pete s Independent Honda. They proved again why we trust them. Their expertise, customer service, and friendly attitude has earned Ken and every member of his shop the trust of myself and all my family members.Andreas F

These guys are legit.. they are as honest as they come.. Seriously! They are the ONLY shop IN whole PNW do I honestly trust to get the job done correctly efficiently with morals and old fashioned values.. the only draw back is getting in sooner than 2 weeks is a gamble but that speaks for its self, if they are always booked out that far.. it s for a genuine reason.. they are getting it down correctly. Their clientele speaks for itself!I even bought the whole crew insomnia cookies for such great service to my person and Honda Civic.. I am humbled that I was lucky enough to stumble across this amazing mechanic shop.. I know my dad is proud his daughter can drive safely because of these ethical and knowledgeable men.. BRAVO.. I hope more shops take on your ethnic.

Great service. They replaced the clutch in my cherished Toyota Tacoma, when I heard some new noises I called them and they didn't hesitate to have me bring it back in. It turned out the heat shield on the muffler was rubbing a little and was a simple fix.

This is the only shop to go to for your Honda! We ve been going for years. Today I took my 2017 Ridgeline in. Check engine light was on due to a bad fuel injector Ken found. Ken looked it up and found it s under an extended warranty through Honda. Taking to the dealer to be fixed for free this week. He could have sold me something but didn t. Only mechanic we trust 100%. That s why we keep bringing our cars back! They know their cars!

Stellar service! This place is great, they are friendly, helpful, honest, and they know their stuff and make sure you are driving down the road safely. I hadn t been in before and was having an electrical problem. Someone came and helped me fix it right then. Had me out of there in a half hour. I had dropped it off earlier in the day somewhere else and the other place didn t know how to fix it. Pete s knew what to do though. I suspect that the case almost all the time, they know their Hondas. I will be coming back here for sure!Service: Electrical

This business has fair prices and quick turnaround repairs (once you are able to get an appointment!)I only wish their technicians would be more careful not to get greasy fingerprints on the car interior.Owner responded to my concerns, and upon my next visit, assured that driver's door trim was cleaned by technician.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

We trust Pete s Honda 100%. Have taken our vehicles to them for over 10 years. Always have Ken look over a new to us car for his expert opinion before buying. Have sent multiple friends and acquaintances their way. This family owned business is an honest, budget friendly, ever helpful place to keep your vehicles running smoothly. I hadn't been there in a while, I do a lot of the regular maintenance on my 2009 CRV myself. Took it in yesterday because I thought I had a wheel bearing going out but it ended up being my rear brakes. I had planned on doing the struts/shocks this weekend but since they already had it, I asked them if they would do them if I had my wife bring them when she came to pick me up. They installed all four struts for me at a VERY fair price. My AC went out last summer so I had them do that too and a door lock was making a weird noise when it locked so they fixed that as well. They had it all completed in less that 24 hours and my Honda feels great! AC blows like the arctic now, brakes perfectly and back to feeling like a brand new suspension. My CRV has 214k on it, runs perfectly. This is the only place to bring your Honda. Honest mechanics that do great work at a great prices!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes, Air conditioning

Cheap and honest work. Will only take my Toyota here from now on. I had a laundry list of electrical stuff wrong with my 30 year old Toyota, and they fixed all but 2 things I wanted (They were minor electrical issues that I'm sure was easy to forget about). The team was honest about the issue and the labor cost. in a sea of scummy repair shops in Spokane, I think Pete's is one of the only favorable shops left!

I love this place. We have two used Hondas and Pete s does all the work on them. They are fair, honest and charge fair prices for their services. Two things that I love about them are they will give you a rundown of what service is needed right now and what can wait. They also are my go-to for vehicle inspections for used cars I'm looking to buy. I recently bought a used 2015 Honda CRV, and their inspection caught that the front brake pads and rotors needed to be immediately replaced. I was able to negotiate with the dealership to have those replaced for free, and it was a safety issue. They are very busy (so call ahead to get on their schedule) but they are worth taking your cars to. Love this place!

I went to Pete's for a 2nd opinion after taking my hybrid to the AutoNation Honda on Sprague. The dealership couldn't tell me what was wrong but wanted me to pay almost 4500 to replace multiple components with a no promise that it would resolve my issue. Pete's mechanics correctly diagnosed, told me what the faulty part was, replaced it speedily, and had me back up in running for under $700.

Pete's has worked on my RAV4 twice now. First time they replaced rear brakes and diagnosed a bad water pump at 54k miles which they said was highly unusual. They did it fast and provided a ride home for me. The new water pump failed and they replaced it at warranty for no charge and did it in half a day. I especially love their old fashioned customer service which is so hard to find now. Their waiting room is cozy and well stocked for comfort if you need to wait. The team here at Pete s Honda, take excellent care of all our vehicles, including our Subarus and Toyota. They offer great service to us at a great rate. We love them.
