Pete was very friendly, very helpful and made sure my loads were safe and stable. I CANNOT speak highly enough of his character. It speaks volumes when you take the time to help someone and help them learn along the way. I appreciated more than he'll ever know.Thanks Pete

For being somebody who works in the profession of fixing cars for customer and working with the Publix. Sure is one hell of a rude guy would not recommend going here, poor interaction face-to-face with The guy who is supposed to be fixing something that I rely on every single day to get me where I need to be safely. Very unprofessional and says if it s not broken I ll break it and then fix it , same Pete at every other petes garage.

I have a classic car that I inherited and it hadn't run in 8 years. As I attempted to get it running, I found it that it was leaking fuel from the carburetor and that the fuel inlet threads were stripped. I decided to take it to Pete's as when I googled carburetor repair, it came up. I went to Pete's and told him I needed it not only rebuilt, but I needed the threads fixed. Pete said that wouldn't be a problem and it would take 2 weeks. About 9 days later, he called and told me it was finished. I picked it up, took it home and put it on the car and the car fired right up! I thought I'd maybe have to tune it a bit, but I didn't, it was perfect. I definitely would recommend Pete's garage. They were fast, very friendly and I was pleased.

Took a driveline here to get balanced, was told 150$ just for balancing. Was also told he would get it done in a couple days, that turned into a week. Then was told that it can t be balanced because the driveline I purchased was not straight. So I got sold a junk driveline yes. So this con artist charges me the total for balancing the driveline still. Rip off mechanic tells me that he needed money for diagnostic, I said ok fine $25 $50 ?? No he charges me the total and he tells me he worked on it for 30 min so that s his diagnostic charge. I guess Pete s garage charges 250$ an hour for repairs to your vehicle, better yet he is just all about $$ that s it.Service: Steering & suspension repair

He provided the type of service you would see 50 years ago. A family member was driving through Spokane 200 miles from home and his driveline literally snapped the flange and fell off downtown. He stayed the night and on a Saturday morning took the pickup to a big name repair place to have it fixed where they told him that they were not able to fix it. We called Pete's garage and they informed me that they were backed up but if we take the driveline in that he might be able to fix it after looking at the damage. We took it in and he had a replacement for the broken piece. He was able to change all 3 u joints and replace the broken piece. Keep in mind this is all done on a Saturday! We were able to get the fixed driveline back in and back on the road.

I found Pete to be honest and informative. He could have told me my car needed repair and I would have believed him. As it turns out I was told what critcal symptoms to look out for, charged a labor fee and sent on my way!

Needed a warped exhaust/intake manifold planed. Pete's was the only place I found that could do it (recommendation for Pete was from a local machine shop that could not plane the manifold). Pete did a great job, and the price was more than reasonable. He also put installed the manifold back on my car, and it was done the same day as promised. He took the time to go over the details of the installation, and even walked me through some items that may need future repair.Very satisfied with my experience and plan to be a repeat customer.

Pete is the best mechanic in Spokane! "If it's broke he will fix it!" He is honest about repairs and will make sure the job is done right even if it takes a little longer! He is a one man's shop that works like a 10 man shop! Sometimes customers take up all his time and he may get behind. No worries he will get the job done! Plus it's repaired right the first time! Every time!

Pete's Garage has always done right by me and my family's vehicles for the last 15+ years. I've even taken cars that we were thinking of buying to him while out on test drives to get his opinion.

If I could have give it a zero stars I would. Makes appointments breaks them to plow 3 times didn't bother to call any all and let me know ahead of time. VERY UNIMPRESSED!!!

We sometimes have a difference of opinion but he won't tell you something is broken when it's not and it's fixed right the first time as long as you let him fix it.
