BIG D and crew are amazing!! Im on a limited budget and needed my tires put on my truck. Big D was super sweet and worked with me on a payment plan. if not for him id still be unable to have safe ride.

We had a tire blow on our way home to Oregon on Easter Sunday. This place was near and thankfully open. They were extremely friendly and the prices were very reasonable. An outstanding outfit.

The guys at Payfair Tires are great! I took my flat tire over to them, and they quickly found the problem and got it fixed. I didn't need a new tire or expensive repair, and I didn't have to wait all day for it to be fixed. This is the second time I've gone to them, and not only will I continue to take any tire problems I have to them, but I will also continue to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you so much, guys!

I have held off writing a review because I honestly felt bad for the company bringing my car in. I came in here in January trying to switch out my tires. I didn't realize the tires that I was given by my children's dad were not appropriate for my car and they slapped them on my car no questions asked. We didn't make it far as they were too big fortunate to request the place them on the back. The person there tightened the bolts so tights that they were unable to get them off and stripped the bolts so bad. They were unable to then get them off they had to make multiple runs to a part store because they didn't have any attachments to get the tires off after their staff destroyed my rims hitting the bolts and fighting to get the bolts off. It then took them almost a week to figure out how to get my tires off and get them put on properly. I wasn't able to then drive my car because there was so much noise going on I parked it for a bit anin hopes I would be able to get it into a better shop. That I could afford. I had to use my car for quick trips to work and home only as the shaky got worse and I was unable to barrow a car anymore. Today I was driving and the tire completely fell off and this company is in complete denial they even worked on my vehicle. They have completely pit me in a position to now fork out money I don't have to do repairs that i would have never had to do or deal with if it were not for stopping in this hole in a wall tire place. Steer clear of them please make a better choice of a trusted company! They do not give u great prices they do not care what their employees are doing. They knowingly allow their employees to take extended breaks while working on a vehicle and come back clearly on drugs to continue working. They are only looking for a quick dollar and do not care what conditio your car is 8n before leaving their facility!

These guys went far above and beyond, I ended up stranded with 3 bad tires on a Sunday and not only did they deal with my bad mood, they dug and dug until they found me something that would get me on the road, they were incredibly nice and I even left in an awesome mood after a very stressful situation. I could not be any happier, this is one of those small businesses that most people would have to share my opinion.

I went in with 4 brand new tires, unfortunately they were supposedly one size to big. They sold and traded me 4 of their tires. A week later I got a flat on the freeway and had to break a lug because it was not budging. Then they fixed that tire and said they don't even have spare lugs when I complain that there is a smaller size lug on another one. Well as you can see there is a bucket full of lug nuts. Went home and there was a buldge in the one they just fixed. Went back yet again to get that fixed. Now just 2 months later I'm dealing with constant flat tires in 2 of them. I either want my old tires and the ones I traded back or 4 brand new tires. I'll update this review if they make this right. As you can see there is also an open beer on the counter as well.

Duron, Stan and Mark at Payfair did me a real solid. I only had $20 left on me and the put a used tire that usually cost over double that on for me.These guys are the most reasonable and affordable place in town.You need tires call these guys. I guarantee they'll make what you got work for you for sure

Gotta say this place is amazing. Super nice people and super fast, Great service. We had a nail in our tire called them and they had us in as soon as we got there and got it all changed out before I had to get my daughter from school at 3. Took less then an hour. And to make it even better they are super affordable. Thanks so much and we will for sure be going back.

BAIT AND SWITCH BEWARE! I called and asked specifically for a brand and model of tire, the guy told me they have it, I even asked twice to make sure. I get there and they tell me they don't have that brand and subsiquently try to sell me a full set of tires, that i didn't need (I needed only one tire), and weren't even comparable to what I need to use based on weight rating. And to make it worse, when looking at the tires the guy quotes me $250, get to the counter and then he said $300. I wasted an hour driving there and back all for nothing. Im just thankful im savvy to scammers and didn't get taken advantage of.

Went in & they seemed nice enough, the guy charged me 70$ for a rundown tire that blew up within an hour because they put it on wrong. On my way to work it exploded, do not come here!! go to ron s automotive

Brought them a simple job. Two tires and wheels off the car and all they had to do is mount and balance them. Well, dropped them off, they told me an hour. So I left and came back yet still not done. On top of that when I got home and mounted on car, I was washing the sides of the tires off and one was slow leaking on the bead. To make it extra not cool, I don't think they balanced them because original sticky weights were untouched and no new weights added. Still gotta get bead to seal. They said when I was leaving "cheapest in town" lol they got me there.........

Best customer service that I have received from anywhere in what feels like forever! My tire blew down the hill from these gentleman and their willingness to help me get back on the road was such a blessing in my life that day!The world needs more people like you guys! Stayed open for us last closing time willing to sell and change our tire, didn't have cash on us and he let us go to ATM to get him the money out and bring it back to him, A FULL 6 STAR rating AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!!

Best place in Spokane... If your not spinning wheels here... Then your gonna have those tire issues...This place is open seven days until five pm and they answer the phone calls...It's one of those places you know home sweet home.. yet no place like home it's an all go around spinning deal and place... Thank you and bless your heart for it shows you put your heart into us, folks around town...

These guys are the best tire shop in town hands down! They not only have really fair prices but they are always fast and are very professional. They have helped me out with multiple tires this last year and will always come to Payfair Tires before I go anywhere else. They put the capital B in the BOSS!!

They were busy as all hell and still dismounted my fronts mounted and balanced them and threw them back in for just 40 bucks I'd go back every time I need my tires changed out

I stopped in to get some tires for my Mazda after reading all the super deals. I was on a serious budget. Xavier worked with me and gave me a fantastic deal on 4 brand new tires. The guys got on it and finished up fast. I was in and out in under an hour! Thanks again Xavier, you guys are great!

Been here numerous times. In again today for a quick valve stem repair. The guys are friendly and easy to work with here. You'll usually have someone helping you the minute you pull in. Service is fast and I like that. I bought a set of 4 tires from them over a year ago and was very reasonable. I've been here multiple times for flat/valve stem repairs. I've never had any problems with their work and would recommend them. Thanks and see ya next time..... but not too soon, if ya know what I mean

A friend recommended Payfair when I got two flat tires. I called them to get a quote, as well as three other places, (Costco, Perfection, and Discount). Payfair's quote was cheaper by more than half of the next lowest quote, (Perfection), and $300 less than Costco. They fixed it very quickly, were super friendly/nice, and the price was exactly as quoted. Great place.

Absolutely love these guys, fair pricing honest service, no bs involved. Not a big corporate place just down to earth little mom & pop no frills kinda place. They had us in and new tires on and back out the door in about 20mins no appointment.....thanks guy ya"ll are the best
