Will was so amazing! He made it so easy and basically guided me through every step of the way! Such a great experience! And at a good price too! I already pinched myself and yup this wasn t a dream! They really are just that great

They were quick, friendly, and honest.There drive thru service is a refreshing concept i almost forgot I was getting an oil change, non of that tell you one price and find out later it s 4x as much.

Sean and Ethan helped me out tonight and I left thinking, that is exactly what local service should feel like. Sean and Ethan were very welcoming and went over everything with me in a way that was very comfortable for a customer. He offered some services that I know I need, but he didn t make me feel bad for saying no and didn t make me feel uncomfortable at all and just said he d love to help out next time. I will be coming to this exact location from now on to get everything done for my cars. I highly recommend visiting these guys! Definitely ask for Sean!

These guys are fantastic. I have brought all my vehicles for the last several years to these guys and they always do wonderful job. I think the manager's name is Steve and he's helped me at a few locations. He is exceptional every time. Super personable and explains everything.

I appreciate the two very thorough professionals that worked so well together to do my car great service. I will return soon to do any follow up needs as needed. Thank you for the maintenance needed on my G6 Pontiac with many miles on it. It is running great now.

These guys are on top of everything! best oil change experience I've ever had. They were kind, fast, honest and unlike most mechanic/oil change places, they didn't talk down to me. They checked all my fluids, tires and air filter and they had a 2 person verification process for my oil, they even showed me my dipstick with fresh oil. I never had to get out of the car and I was out of there and on with my day in a snap. I'll definitely be back!!

Very quick, didn't overcharge and got to use a great coupon. Good service overall. Cheapest oil change I've had in years and mechanics were very nice

Super friendly, very professional work force. I had a slight hesitance coming since the acquisition from Spokane Quick Lube but service is as always above expectations. Steven is amazing and I couldn t recommend them enough over their competitors.

Will and Jean were amazing the other day when I went in for my oil change. Greeted me with a smile even while it was freezing outside and had the best customer service. They both showed great enthusiasm and provided me with valuable information. The knowledge provided was greatly appreciated, I will be a returning customer because of the time and care they provided while servicing my car.

As a woman I hate getting my oil changed because I feel like an easy target for up sales and stuff I don't need. I did not feel that this evening at all when I got my oil changed here. Sean and Will were amazing and so kind and friendly, they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They went above and beyond the call of duty, even helping with a burnt out turn signal and answering questions that I had. I would highly recommend this place to anybody and thank Will and Sean for their kind help and not making me feel like an easy target.

The best service I ve had in a long time. Not only did Will and Jack do an amazing job changing my oil, my car battery died when I went to pull out and they were super patient and helped me get my car jumped and up and going again. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to everyone.

I was very impressed with the service. Several technicians worked together to complete a checklist which involved not only the work I requested but more. I would rate them a 5! I have told my friends about the good service too!

When I pulled up to the oil changers on Francis. My first question was do you check the antifreeze because that s what I m most worried about if my antifreeze is adequate for our winters the guy said they would check it. Later, I asked the service man if he checked my antifreeze to see if it was at least 20 below he said it looked like it was but he didn t have the tool to check it. He said it looks good. The manager then told me they never check antifreeze level and they don t have the proper tool. In other words they lied to me I would never trust them again. My advice to anyone who reads this don t go there they re liars if they lie about checking your antifreeze, what else are they lying about?

On 12/9/2023 I went in to get my oil changed and typically am treated like an idiot at most places, but not here!!! WILLIAM and ETHEN were AWESOME!!!! AND freaking REALLY thorough, almost too thorough. Lol They were fast and explained things nicely and recommended things but did not push them on me and I APPRECIATED that so much. I'm not the review type person, however these two really did do a great job and now they've earned a loyal customer. I'll no longer bounce around when I get my oil changed. These two are my new GO TO guys. Beings it the holiday season I hope the owner reads these because they truly did go above and beyond and they deserve something extra. These two are making this business look really good. Good job guys and THANK YOU two so much. See ya at next oil change.

I had been putting off an oil change and finally had a window of time to get it done. Most places near me were closed, so I came here. They were fantastic, great attitudes, knowledgeable, and thoroughly completed the oil change. I will definitely be back.

These guys are great, take time to show you what they are doing and very transparent in cost. They are quick and efficient and locally owned and operated by a lot of our Veterans too!

The first location (South Hill Spokane) I went to stripped my bolts on my oil pan without telling me (they covered them in some sort of sealant goop). When I went back for another oil change the tech told me that they were stripped and referred me to their claims department. I was put in contact with William at the Francis location. He worked so hard to get my new parts and took care of all of the repairs. He was so helpful and even called me days later to make sure all was good. He has top notch customer service and genuinely cares for the customer. I was planning on never returning to oil changers because of my initial experience but William is the reason I remain a customer. This review has five stars, and those stars are for William. If he wasn t such an amazing help and awesome worker, I would be giving a one star review. William is an asset to your company and others should be receiving training from him. Thank you William for putting your customers first and doing what is right and ethical!

I have used this service twice for my Toyota prius and both experiences were amazing! I don't think I will ever choose another company to help with my vehicle. They even jumped my car when she gave out on me for a brief moment there using an employees vehicle and I was so grateful. Top-notch service, quick and efficient and very friendly staff

Fast and friendly. I appreciate that they showed me MY dirty filters and MY oil dipstick with clean oil on it. I like being able to stay in my vehicle and watch the work get done.

Was borrowing my brother's car temporarily. Took it in to change oil before giving it back. Still had 1k miles before needed changing, but was doing it as a courtesy to my brother. The fella pulled the dipstick and told me it didn't look dark enough to change (I explained why I was doing it early). Point is, they were being honest. Who doesn't appreciate that?

I have been very happy with the service. Other places have turned me away do to not having the right filter or/and oil. I have a mini cooper. Last visit they even helped to turn off the need maintained light. Thank you
