Super helpful crew at our local South Hill O Reilly s Auto Parts store. We came in because the snow and rain wore out our windshield blades. Brad came out to help us put the blades on and he was so efficient and pleasant. This was our first visit and will definitely be back. Appreciate your help.

This location of O'REILLY'S is very convenient if located in the South hill location of Spokane Washington 2 parking spots in the front of store that is handicap accessibleThe staff is very friendly & anything automotive they will be able to help you with repair questions & or clean upgrades oils gas cans automotive towels fan shrouds alternators batteries;everything an automotive store might contain.I highly recommend this O'REILLY'S Automotive store to anyone

Decent small store. Staff very helpful. Come out from behind the desk and chat with you in the aisle to help. Wish they still had the paper ad flyers. Prices are good if not better than other auto chain stores. Had a problem with my membership and they took care of it.

Ordered this battery online Came cracked without any fluid. The crazy part is the box was fine so that told me it was broken before it shipped. What a pain Certainly somebody knew it when they put it in the box. The store was great to work with in person though, still very disappointed.

After our first visit at the beginning of September (2022), we were given the wrong part and told we needed to return to the store to pay for the shipping of the new part. I had to show the sales associate the direct pay to order after he turned the screen my way because he simply had no idea what he was doing. Fine, whatever. 2 weeks ago, with our vehicle still giving us issues, we were told we needed a part for the fuel pump. The sales associate took our money and "ordered" said part. A phone call to the manager (we've had to speak to both John and Brad several times now) to pick our part up today (as we were told to do a week later) was met with "the manufacturer never put the order in"...so, no part. We've been sitting without a vehicle for 2 weeks, again, but someone took the payment for the part, and we are now having to go entirely elsewhere to get this piece (thank you NAPA, you will get my positive review!). It's the 1st of October. ONE MONTH LATER. I'm fairly certain that any employee who works here has never owned a vehicle, let alone fixed any part of one. The incompetence and ignorance is astounding and it's a sh*t show any time we try to give them another chance. Never again.

horrible service, multiple employees were rude, utterly unhelpful, and condenscending in response to being asked for help locating the right part. Would not recommend if you are a woman looking for basic respect or help.

My visit into this store was an exceptional one! I received excellent customer service and help from Chris who had solved my problem with getting my grill removed to replace a headlight. He was very knowledgeable and proficient in getting it removed and replaced since I didn't have the extension on my socket to get the job done quickly and easily! And afterwards when he was finished, I told him I had some issues with the rear tail lights not working all the time, and he offered to help me get this problem fixed as well! He troubleshooted the connections in the wiring harness of the rear tail lamp and found the cause of the problem without difficulty. His excellent expertise on the computer in finding the correct replacement harness made the task so simple and easy to get fixed! His exceptional willingness and knowledge in helping me was so very much appreciated. I will not hesitate in returning to this store for any and all of my automotive part purchases!

You do not have to remove the entire bumper to replace light bulb in headlight I could have had new light last night but guy was backwards.

I've been to different store locations and never had an issue, but I will never go to the south hill one again. The sales staff were unhelpful and rude. The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because they actually had what I needed(once I searched the store for it). If you are unlucky enough to need to go to this location don't bother asking for help, you'll be better off on your own. I would've understood if they were busy and not talking about their weekend.

Don't expect someone knowledgeable. My wife was sold a portable jump starter being told it would work and it clearly didn't as the package says it is ideal for caaaars. Don't go in unless you know exactly what you're looking for, unless you wanna go back for a refund. Please, hire people who know the job they apply for.

I called prior to arrival to the store to see if they had the battery I needed and if they could install it. I was told they could. I arrived at the store within 15 min of the call and was told they would not install the battery. The battery price was $$189.00. If I had been told they did not install batteries, I would have bought the battery and taken it home. But, because they lied I will not use this store again. Poor customer service.

I went for a check engine light code read. Christian did the code read and said it is an EVAP code. He did not connect scan tool to the store computer and print out the details. He said I need to take my car to a shop for an emissions full system diagnostic. He also said that I can just drive it like it is and that it will just get worse gas mileage. I went to Auto Zone and they did a proper code read and printout. I bought the part from Auto Zone and easily replaced the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor thru access panel in the trunk. CHRISTIAN did TERRIBLE customer service and lied to me.

Can t say enough good things about Adam at this location. Incredibly courteous, helpful and went out of his way to help me change my battery and offered invaluable suggestions on how else I could improve my car s health and performance.I highly recommend asking for him by name, he is just great.

I've had accounts with this company for the past 20 years from Texas all the way up here to Spokane snapping every store has always been helpful and knowledgeable and I will continue to do business here their pricing is some of the best around for auto parts

It is good to see that there a lot of good reviews. But remember they are there for your service, not there for your free mechanic. A lot of knowledge to take advantage of. So please give respect and you will get respect.

I highly recommend this store and the people who work there! One of their employees not only replaced my windshield wipers, but also reset a maintenance required light on my dash that had been worrying me for a couple weeks. Thank you also to the same nice gentleman who answered all my questions today!

Standard parts shop, some things are a bit overpriced but not too bad. Local parts stores are always good to have in a pinch and it doesn't hurt that this one has generous hours.

Its convenient and there strategically placed throughout are State and its surrounding City's well as many other States the prices are competitive with other retail auto suppliers and they have many parts in stock . They offer free testing of some electronics > Batteries starters and others . They have specialized tools to loan . See store for complete details.

When I need help knowing what my car needs, and how to do the general maintenance, this is where I go. When my car seems to be falling apart, this is where I also may find out it isn't. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and very very patient people work here. When your car is screaming for help, go here!

Have had a lot of good experiences here. Staff is so helpful. People do take advantage of them by having them install simple parts that the customer could and should handle themselves. That may speak more of folks on south hill than staff here. Lol

Good selection. It's nice if you don't have a special tool they have a list they loan out.
