Novus was able to work with my insurance, Country Financial, and get me a replacement windshield with calibration same day! Great customer service and fast work.

Had to have cracked windshield replaced. Went into location scheduled appointment. Young gal at front desk very friendly very effective. Came in on day of appointment and dropped off car a little early; vehicle was ready before they said it would be. Will come back here next time I need my windshield replaced. They handled the insurance claim. I just paid my deductible straight to this Shop.

Great service! Got me in the next day to change my windshield. Was done within a couple hours of dropping it off. Worked well with my insurance company!

When your road trip takes you through the mountain passes of northwestern Montana in the winter, you're going to get a rock chip. Hey that thing repaired at Novus Glass when you get to Spokane. Matt runs a great shop. We were in and out in less than a half hour. He even called our insurance company and got them queued up for us to make a claim.

Developed crack in RV windshield in Alaska and taped up to hopefully hold until returned to US. Worked with insurance, who were not helpful in finding place to repair. Had used Novus years ago when similarly had crack in windshield. Called them and Terri handled everything (including dealing with insurance company). Arrived at appointment, glass was there and Matt did exceptional job of replacement of windshield. Even fixed a few minor chips and seal. Professional service all around definitely recommend the business.

Our Ford F150 suffered a serious break going through Coeur d'Alene when a semi threw a rock at us. Novas got us in the next day and it was done by noon. Very impressed with how they accommodated us as we were 1500 miles from home when this happened. Service representative was great! Very cordial and made getting this unpleasant situation behind us an easy process. Thank you !

My car was broken into while I was working. There was glass EVERYWHERE. I drove straight to Novus. He kept my car, and gave me a loaner. My car was done the next day and the inside was immaculate. They, again, did above average work. They are fantastic

It was late afternoon when I had a rock chip my windshield. The CDA location was booked up but they offered to get me in right then at the Spokane location. The front desk ladies couldn t have been nicer and the work was very professionally done. I wouldn t have had the time to get it repaired for another week if Novu hadn t been so accommodating, and I definitely would have been paying for a new windshield. The team at Novus glass on Sprague were amazing. I've received many bids to replace my windshield and they are the only ones that not only emailed to follow up but also offered to price match. The windshield looks amazing and the price was very reasonable. Thanks, Novus!

I am very impressed! Called on a Thursday and had Technician Brad out the next day replacing my windshield. They were here when they said they would be here and gave me a courtesy call before they showed up. Brad was very nice, professional and got the job done quick. We were just beginning a cross country road trip when I discovered that our windshield not only had a crack but the crack was increasing in length. I was very concerned about our safety given the temperatures would be in the high 90s until we reached our destination. It was a miracle that we were able to get in and have the windshield replaced. I can't thank this business enough for their kindness in helping us out on short notice and the day before a three day holiday weekend. We were able to safely continue our trip and as I write this review, are a day away from our destination, safe, sound, and with no concerns about the windshield.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Used Novus' website in the morning to request a free quote and upload a picture of our cracked windshield. Received a phone call within the hour to confirm some details and they provided us the quote. I honestly didn't shop around but their customer service immediately landed my business. They were able to get us in same-day for a full windshield replacement. The new windshield looks amazing, I can't believe we were in-n-out all same day. I love this place! I had a car windshield replaced there a few years ago. They did an excellent job so when my windshield was broken in the Hailmageddon yesterday I emailed them last night. I received a call from Novus even before their business opened today. They verified they had my needed windshield and told me to bring my car in today and they would work me in. Perfect! I was from out of town, leaving the following day and needed my entire windshield replaced on a Monday morning... Not a good situation to be in. Fortunately Matt was able to accommodate me and the process was seamless and incredibly professional. I was very impressed with Novus Glass and their level of excellence. Visited here today to have a chip in our windshield repaired. The staff were friendly and courteous. They took their time to make sure repair was done correctly. The wait was a little longer than expected only because they were repairing a diesel truck windshield that took all the techs to get it in. Once they got to our car it went quite quickly. They also contacted the insurance company for us. All in all a good experience. Will use them again in the future.

I want to say the service i received from Novus was second to none. I was so pleased with how fast they were able to accommodate me. I contacted them at 8:30 AM and Novus was at my door at 11:45 AM. The gentleman Matt L. exemplified the very essence of great customer service and because of that, I scheduled another appointment for my wife's vehicle. If you are looking to have a windshield replaced or glass work dont waste your time searching around call Novus!!

Had my windshield replaced. Office lady was amazing! Helpful, personable, and funny. Workers were quick and efficient. Found out they have mobile units too! Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Our car was broken into and the front passenger window completely smashed. I did my homework on auto glass companies and chose Novus Glass because of their good ratings, their pricing, and free mobile service. They did an excellent job, not only replacing the window, but cleaning up all the glass in the car! The technician, Ben, was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We highly recommend them.

Really bad rock chip cracked completely across my front car window!! Yet, I needed to visit family across the state the same day! When I called Novus on Sprague they were booked Full of Winter rock chipped windows! After explaining my situation to the Owner, He said bring it down immediately! They fixed it within minutes with a smile, quality and great price! It was really nice to do business with such a caring and thoughtful business! This type of service, with respect is seldom seen anymore! Plus, well worth the drive if your not living in the local neighborhood!!

FIVE STARS! I cannot recommend Novice Auto Glass enough! I found my shattered car door at 10am, they got me in the same day and it was fixed by 2pm. Their staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Raylyn(a 5 star employee!!!),answered all my calls and questions, and had a lovely sweet presence while I waited for my window to be replaced. Staff is paid to do their work, but Novice employees bring another level of caring and support. Their work was done well and in a expedited manner. FIVE STARS!!!!!

After a cross-country move, my windshield had three big rock chips. I called Novus Glass about 15 minutes or even closer to closing time on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, hoping to come in on Black Friday so I could take my truck out to the mountains that weekend. While all the other auto glass shops (and other businesses) were closing for the holiday weekend, Matt heard the urgency in my voice and offered to stay late that night to get my windshield all fixed up. He handled the claim with my insurance company for me, and was even welcoming to my dog and gave her a treat! I didn't wait very long before my truck was ready, and he really did superior work. I think he used some special cleaner on my windshield, because it seemed to repel water nicely during the last rain!

We've used this business several times for rock chips in our vehicle windshields. They are easy to work with & always fit us in on short notice. They have even fixed a couple of chips with no charge! Great place & personable staff! Highly recommend!

Our car was broken into. Friday before Memorial Day. We called around and were quoted 350 dollars plus 5 days to repair. Called this place they had me an appointment for in an hour, replaced it by noon, and it only cost 187 dollars. They truly saved us and were very nice and did great work. So many other places are corporate feeling hard to get a human on the phone, this place was not like that. Which is really nice when you've had your things stolen and vehicle damaged.

Novus glass is excellent, trustworthy, and professional!! I gave them my home address, my car info, and they made me an appointment that fit my schedule! The whole experience was pain free for me!! After calling to say they were on their way....two professional young men showed up at my door, on time, and replaced my windshield in a timely manner!!!! I was busy at work in my office, and with a quick knock on my door, they gave me the care info for my new windshield, took my payment, and they had even offered for me to put the cost on my insurance, if I desired! Novus glass is above and beyond!! They went the extra mile to make the experience easy! They even installed free, complimentary windshield wipers on my car!! I will choose Novus Glass every time I need window replacement on any of my vehicles!!!! You should too!!

I originally had an appointment with another mobile glass service in town and they cancelled on me last minute. I called several other companies but no one could accommodate my windshield replacement. When I called Novus, they quickly checked to see if they had my windshield in stock and came to my house after business hours to replace my windshield at no extra charge. Life savers!!! Thank you so much Novus, I will highly recommend your business to anyone looking for repairs/replacement
