This location has been very great to work with. They are quick, prices are overall competitive, and the buy online and pickup in store is extremely fast. The few times there was an issue with a part not being in stock I received a call immediately after placing the order and was given several options making my experience great every time.

Jorel is so knowledgeable and he took the time to pull parts out and make sure the part would fit. We live a good hour away and having him take the time to really listen and help figure out this issue was huge.Highly recommend this Napa go See Jorel.

Amazing Presidents day sale! Got 78 piece socket set for only $36 and 10 piece set screwdriver set for $5! The employees are very helpful finding what you need and letting you know about further and future deals!

I'm not too savvy when it comes to cars ,so I am at the mercy of what I'm being told. Tire alert goes off saying "low tire" so I drive around looking for an air pump ..All of them broke,so I came to NAPAs.Fix a Flat 16.99Tire caps 3.99Never used any of them ,went home and "low tire" alert went away by its self a day or two later.

Extremely helpful. Initially called and talked with Nelson about my questions and then spoke with him in store when we arrived. He was able to assist with parts we needed and got our part on the next truck to the store since they only had it at the warehouse. Very happy with our experience and the help they were able to provide for us.

Whent in for paint strainers have to buy 1000 at 79 cents each don't sell individually anymore but that box I saw had been there sence 2019. One person was nice the other kinda rude.

My dad decided to stop here after having a terrible experience with another car place to get a part for his truck. The assistant manager Brad was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. My dad was happy that he got the car part and his truck is running a lot better.

I happened to get a parts Tech that actually really help me find a reverse light socket for my car that is over 25 years old. Thanks to his personal experience with the subject it's saved a lot of hassle, a much better experience that I got at the Crestline store. It's great to have an import guy on your staff, he deserves a raise for the outstanding customer service!

As a typical woman, I know absolutely nothing about cars. These guys at Napa don't mind. The guy took all the time needed to get what I needed. My mean son sent me for oil. I guess he's not so mean because he did change it for me!

The clerk came out and looked to see what i would need to fix my wiper hose. He went in and got the perfect piece of hose I didn't even need zip ties to tighten it. Thanks so much was a cheap fix.

There's a couple friendly people in here but not many. If you don't know the exact name of the part or tools you're looking for is pointless going here. Is it wrong when they ask if I need help, I want to just say no thank you, I know more than you lol. O'Reilly is a much better option just right down the road.

I called ahead to see if they had the part that I needed for my power window, Tony helped me on the phone and had the part ready for me when I showed up to pick it up. Very friendly and efficient service.

Scott is worthless.called for pistons says never seen in years. machine shop guy says never heard of .20 over pistons.. Horrible how can they run business with people that dont know anything..

Horrible service. Went in pretty confident knowing my battery was dead. Had employee double check and was told the alternator was bad and was given no other advise or help. Was later stranded in Spokane with a car with a dead battery. Took about 15 min at a different auto parts store to change the battery. Problem solved.Usually I choose Napa over other auto parts stores but I was very let down by this location.

I cant say enough good things about this Napa location. I needed a new windshield wiper, and I didnt know hiw to fix it, and I couldnt afford to have it installed for me. So I went to Napa hoping for the best. Not only was it a great price but they installed it for me for free! Thank you Napa, and more importantly thank you to Brad! The Napa employee who helped me.
