Auto Max is the best place to buy a vehicle. They will take care of you and make sure you re comfortable throughout the entire process. They definitely focus on the PEOPLE instead of the money. A couple of weeks ago I purchased a vehicle from Automax for the SECOND time. As with my first purchase, the entire experience was comfortable, quick and tailored to how I like to shop and buy a vehicle. Zaid is attentive and amazing and Sam gets it done. If you truly want a no pressure consumer led experience, if you want a salesman that listens to what you are saying and does not ignore your wants and concerns then go to Automax, go see Zaid!! In July, I found the exact vehicle I wanted within my budget at a dealership that seemed reliable. My dealer was Ashley, whom did a great job selling me the vehicle and getting a fair grade in. Unfortunately, there was pretty bad exterior damage to the car and it was written on contract to have the dealership take care of one of the doors that received the most damage while on their lot (which was later disclosed to me). I figured they would use the body shop attached to the name of the dealership but they picked some random body shop that isn t listed to the public. When the body shop was done with the work, they left the car at the dealership for around a week and while I called the dealership and asked them where it was at, they told me they didn t know where the vehicle was at. I finally drove up there on my day off and the vehicle was sitting in customer parking where anyone and everyone could touch it after a fresh paint job. I got a new door which I m thankful for, but the work done on the door is far from decent. I can live with a terrible paint job, but to have the door placed on the car correctly is pretty important. I reached out to the body shop, even drove it up there to have them look at it and it s an easy fix I was told. Never got ahold of me, after a month of trying to get ahold of the body shop owner, I reached out to Ashley. Ashley is out of work and hasn t been able to help me much on this deal since July. It s October, I paid $5,000+ above what the market value of the car really is to drive something that has water leaking into the cabin, incomplete seals, paint runs and chipping off from multiple areas of the vehicle. I even paid to have body work done on top of what the dealership paid because of the condition of the car and non-matching replacement parts. Thankfully the car is clean otherwise. I d have a little more buyer s remorse on this purchase. I wish I could had the work done correctly the first time.

Adam was an amazing salesman, he helped me get exactly what I wanted with the payments I was looking for and wasn't pushy like most salesman and he actually knows something about the vehicles they have on their lot. After having a very disappointing experience at Auto Credit Sales where they knew nothing and just wanted a sale out of me, it was refreshing to find Adam at Max Auto Sales who was kind, understanding, personable, and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful and kind to me, my other half, and my children! Thank you Max Auto Sales, and thank you Adam!

Me and my fiance Lyal just bought a new Truck today!! Mitch went above and beyond for us and made it happen!!! This is the 2nd car we've gotten from the team and we won't go anywhere else! Customer Service is excellent!! It's not an easy process buying a car usually, but here at Max's it always feels like family!! A smooth stress free car buying experience!! The service department was fantastic! Service advisor Abby was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Abby had great communication with the mechanic and our repairs were done in a timely manner. Outstanding service, we ll continue using this shop for our auto repair needs!

Awful experience. I called about a specific car and was asked to fill out a credit app. They called back 20 minutes later asking me when I could come test drive the car. We planned for 4pm the next day. I showed up and they couldn't even find the car. I followed the service rep around for 15 minutes trying to find it. He had to ask 4 different people before he found out it was apparently it was being checked by the service department. Would have been nice to know before I drove down there especially since they asked me to come test drive. I was told they would call me back the next day. I never received a call about the car. A week later they emailed me saying "Remember me? I was checking to see if you still are shopping for a car." I responded that I had been waiting for a call back for a week and nothing. 1 more week later again and still nothing. Highly unprofessional; no communication between employees. Do not recommend.Another couple was there complaining about how they had big scratches on their brand new car which had been dropped off the previous Monday to be repaired (1 week prior) and still wasn't ready. They said they tried buffing it out and the customer said "I knew it wasn't going to buff out since it was down to bare metal and had rust in the scratches" and they told the customer they would be out of their car until Friday. They were quite upset.

Smooth scheduling, test drive, and purchase with this dealer! I hate buying cars (especially used cars!) but our experience with the team at Max AutoSports made it relatively simple and painless. We bought a new family car last week and everyone we interacted with made the experience enjoyable and comfortable. We were able to get the car inspected by a mechanic pre-purchase then took a day to decide whether to buy, and never felt pressured. Special thanks to Terry Dawes, Zaid Nassar, and Chase Klassen for helping us secure an awesome car that we're hoping to enjoy for many years to come!

I needed service done on my third vehicle I've bought here and Ace listened to me, met my needs as he always does. I also really appreciate the remodeled facility. Dan Arrotta has always taken very good care of me when I needed to get a different vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone. Being a senior citizen it is especially important to have people you can trust and respect you.

Very disappointed in this dealership . We drove over 3 hours to Spokane to see this F350 they have advertised online. My husband had talked to a salesman and got all the financing together before hand. We got to the dealership this morning to find several different areas on the truck that had beed damaged and they tried to cover up with duct tape and paint! I believe that is called false advertising? They then refused to lower the price by the amount it would actually cost us to fix the damages. They were kind enough to give us some gift certificates for our trouble though. Of course this wasn't even close to the amount we spent on gas to get to and from Spokane or the cost of the hotel room.

Sales manager Sam went the extra mile to work on the state tax rebate for new cars (PHEV or EV) and Mitsubishi has the fed tax rebate in the lease! Terry was great! Ask for him.

Beware, bad experience, questionable knowledge of the staff, false advertising, questionable sales tactics.I test drove lot 85780. They advertised online a vehicle free of any modifications(to this day the vehicle in the pictures online are free of modifications as of 11/14). They had it posted for about $50k. After the test drive the salesman brings me a price of about $60k and explains that there are $10k of modifications(wheels, tires, lift(still not sure they know if a lift was put on it), lights bars, jack, gas cans, etc). Hind sight I should not have test drove the vehicle and talked directly with a manager as they bated me to the dealership with false pictures online. I wanted the vehicle advertised on their site. I would have walked out of the dealership that day with the vehicle posted online almost no questions asked. They kept trying to get me into the modded vehicle. They then tried to switch the vehicle and get me into another vehicle that just came in on trade. The offer they gave me for my trade was horrible as well. I was there for about 2.5 hours, horrible experience. None of the 3 employees I talked with seemed to know what exactly modifications were done to the vehicle since it came in on trade. They ran my credit. They did apologize.Attached are the pictures from the site, pictures of the modded vehicle, and the green wrangler they tried to get me to buy instead.Again it's been about a month since I test drove the vehicle and they're still not advertising the correct vehicle online.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I would not buy a car nor service your vehicle here. They will try to rob you blind. They will add Gap insurance to your vehicle or a warranty and then poof its gone and you paid for it and they say you never got it or anything. They'll try selling you a vehicle for triple the price of what it's worth. Overall this dealership will try to rob in anyway they can just to get a sale.

Went here to view a car I was interested in. As someone who has bought and sold several cars and did research, I made an offer $2k less than asking (which was a poor deal according to several sources online). Their offer for my used car I would be trading in was horrific. They came back from my offer with a higher offer than they were initially asking for the vehicle. Never experienced anything like that in my life. I walked out that door the second they countered.

Second purchase from here in 18 months. Salesman was Terry I think, not good with names. Very informative, found a tail light broken next morning, they will order a new one and I will install. Everyone very friendly, would suggest you check them out before you go anywhere else

Arotta s Mitsubishi team was great with getting a new battery in my car. Ace went above and beyond and came to me with a jump box to make sure it was my battery that was failing. Was able to get my car there and they put in the new battery in a very reasonable amount of time. Their customer service was great and I was satisfied with the work that was done.

Totally lost my business! There service shop is a scam ,They charge dealer rates ,with horrible results. I had them diag my 2020 jeep rattle in front end , was told it needed struts , I drive it home jack it up and found 20 dollar sway bar links to be bad , It was supposed to be covered under warranty I was told before dropping it off , then found it wasn't covered so I declined repair and was charged 378dollars for diag , that took me 15min to fix . If your looking to get screwed forget tender !Go to auto max service center
