I'm not sure how to rate this place.... the manager went out of his way to find my parts, I drove 1600 miles to get them... but my order was messed up. They did have what I needed and they pulled them fast. But it cost me an extra 1000 bucks because the parts I needed weren't complete like the pic they showed on the net. So I'm a little conflicted... but great staff and a fast fix.

Completely worthless company, they sold us a rear-end with warranty and it was missing gear teeth. So we had to rebuild it ourselves and they refuse to do anything about it.

I spoke with every dealership between Portland and Chicago then down to Texarkana and Dallas. Not a single one had the PACCAR headlight in stock I needed, and all claimed it was a minimum 2 weeks national backorder. After coming across an ad for LKQ I called and spoke with Bob. Not only was this part in stock, but it was cheaper than Kenworth asked for. Further, Bob was able to get the part shipped by end of day, and this after 3pm on a Friday.Despite living in Texas, these guys will be my go to for parts in the future.

I bought some hood hinges on line ,sent them what truck they were to go on and even talked to them on phone, when I got them they didnt fit. Had to pay to send them back plus they charged me a costly restocking fee. Not a good experience online with these people.
