They got me all set up with some new tires for the winter. They got me all set and ready to go in just 45 minutes and even wrapped up my old tires in plastic before putting them in my car. I forgot to ask about windshield wipers until the last second but the gal working insisted it wasn't a problem and they got me all set up with new windshield wipers in no time at all. The customer service here is great. Whether it's in person or over the phone, they are really kind and quick to get down to business! Five star experience by far.

Why would anyone get tires anywhere else?? The service at South Hill Les Schwab is incredibly efficient and pleasant and cost affective. Lizzy at the front desk is truly a wonder. And the kindness shown everyone Even on the most crowded days is very impressive. When I make an appointment I have never been kept longer than promised And the fact that they will help you with a flat repair or inflation is needed with their tires is greatly appreciated !!!

Absolutely the worst tire repair shop I ve ever been to. I brought it a simple tire to be fixed and they didn t even touch it. They still charged me the $20 though and didn t even bother to fill it up. When I realized this I brought it right back in and they didn t do anything about it.

Awesome service and prompt and professional. Always easy to work with on scheduling and will be a customer for life. I just had airbags and a leveling kit for my new Tacoma and it is sharp with the new canopy and rack system. Thank you!

came in for a tire repair to remove a screw. Job done and no charge. Crazy. They should charge something. Job well done. I will be back!came in this morning 2 days before Thanksgiving to get an alignment. I expected my car to be there for awhile, as I was not able to make an appointment. 9:00am this morning Mike called to say "your car is ready". Wow. Service +. Way to go Mike and Les Schwab. You all are Awesome with a capital A!!!! You will continue to get my business and recommendations to others. Happy holidays!

Great experience. We were to leave for Portland and came out of the hotel to find out one of the tires had low air pressure. Les Schwab's team was quick and got a screw ot of the tires and patched up in 45 min.Commendable job!!!

Dropped my car off for four hours to get the snow tires put on. When I picked up my car it was strangely at operating temperature and someone had adjusted my seat and made themselves at home. I then look over and see my brand new car with 1,500 miles on it now has hit a peak boost of 18.4 pounds. When I dropped the vehicle off it had a peak boost of 17.6. When I picked the car up I reset the boost and raced around trying to get my boost that high and could only hit that much boost going 60mph in 3rd gear with track mode on. I don t know exactly what happened but someone definitely took my car out for a joy ride or revved it putting the gas COMPLETELY to the floor. I am not happy and very disappointed. I left my car in the hands of these employees expecting it to be treated with care and respect yet I receive the opposite. Very upset a les schwab employee has driven my car harder than it ever was driven in its life without my permission. I will definitely be on the phone with corporate tomorrow

I asked them to see if my car needed an alignment. Made an appointment and when I came to pick up my car after they said it was ready they had not even looked at it. Wasted my time

So on Monday, I walked in at 10 am and was able to buy my son a full new set of snow tires and wheels for his car, $2200 worth, and get the work done by close of business day. Tuesday, I walked in to do a seasonal swap on my car and was asked If I had an appointment! It was 820 am. I replied no, because your appointments are scheduled out for a month and I just need a swap. I used to just leave the car until close of business as I have done for 25 years. Today got there at 750, She said she couldn t fit me in. There was only 10 people in line. I have been a Les Schwab customer for 25 years and have never had to make an appointment to do a tire swap just drop off and pick up at the end of the day! I will never buy another thing from you! Since you were bought out it s been a steady decline with customer service! I can walk in and spend $2200 but no longer walk in and get the winter wheels and tires (that I previously bought from you) swapped! Les Schwab, if you want to look up my account, you will see how much money I have spent with you! But no more. We ll take our business elsewhere.

I honestly don t know why anyone would purchase their tires from anywhere else. Les Schwab has built their reputation by standing by their products. They just fixed one of my tires (which was deemed to be irreparably damaged) rotated my tires and sent me on my way. No charge. One of the finest companies in America. Period

Love this location. They were able to help me out last year when my size snow tires were sold out EVERYWHERE. I have been going to them for car maintenance. This morning I came in because my car was taking a long time to start up and they had it ready in a couple hours. I live in Cheney but I much prefer the drive to this location. Thank you!

Very honest people! Excellent service! When Costco changed my winter tires, they broke a sensor in one tire--I didn't know but I saw TPMS sign flashing--Greg from Les Schwab did a thorough check without charging me one cent, and then he even printed out a diagnosis report for me to go back to get Costco fix it. I was so thankful to him! Will go back for more business!

I walked in at open for a suspension inspection on my vehicle. I was able to drop it off, and they completed the inspection and necessary work same day. This included tie rod ends and bar bushings. I was happy with the work, the speed at which it was completed, and the cost was quite reasonable. I've always trusted Schwab, and this branch is no exception. I will be returning.

Wonderful crew at this location. They are always helpful and friendly!The last 3 times I have gone to the location, they do the work for less than expected faster than expected.Today I asked them to clean my battery terminals because my vehicle s battery is tough to remove. They did it for free and all under 2 hours from my initial call (I left my car).Thanks for the great service!!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Greg told my friend she had a bad fracture even sent a picture to her, something that should have taken a few hours took all day and when she was heading back to western Washington both front tires started losing pressure ended up needing to be rescued 90 miles away from home at 2 in the morning. She took her car in this morning to a different Tire shop and they told her the picture doesn t even line up with what tire they put in the back of her car and it wasn t even a tire that was originally on her car to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT TRUST GREG!!! Also they tried to quote her $500-$1000 at first to fix what was wrong and after making some calls to men she knew that are mechanics the guy lowered it to $200!!!!!

I've been a customer of Les Schwab for over 20 years and three different cities. Unfortunately, that came to an end yesterday.Last winter, I had my tires changed out seasonally. Les Schwab did the swap. Those tires were stored in my garage safely. Fast forward to yesterday, when one of my all season tires blew out on the freeway.I went home, grabbed the other set of tires from the garage, and took them to Les Schwab to get installed. Problem solved, right?Nope.I was informed that the tires were "unsafe for the road" and could not be installed BUT they could sell me 4 new ones for between $650-$1000...Left there so incredibly disappointed as they were the ones who last took those tires off and said nothing of the sort last winter (did not tell me last season they would need to be replaced).I started coming to Les Schwab so many years ago to avoid this exact behavior, but like others have stated - this isn't the same Les Schwab brand that we grew up with and came to know and trust.

Incurate pricing. Cheney location is honest, Regal location not so much. They provided a quote higher than Cheney, called corporate and confirmed they were overcharging.Response from the Kylee was totally not factual. The Cheney location did not give manager pricing. The South Hill regal location gave pricing higher than an suv would have been per the corporate customer service rep, and it was a passenger car. Les schwab please get your information correct.

Well, I didn't want to be this person but after much thought I cannot be OK with how I was treated by this individual Les Schawb on Regal Street in Spokane Wa.On Saturday November 19th, 2022 I was on the South Hill in Spokane helping an elderly friend move. We were all packed up and ready to leave when I noticed that I had 9 PSI in one of my tires. My husband had to leave with the full U-Haul to make it to the destination in time and I went to find the nearest Les Schwab. I drove less than a mile and went in to see if I could get my tire looked at. It was 3:00 p.m when I arrived and they were still open for another 2 hours per their web site. I went in and explained my problem and the lady at the front counter said well all we can do is top you off with air. This is not an emergency so we wont be able to do anything for you. I said I'm sorry I do find this to be an emergency I am a long way from home with a flat tire. She asked where I was from and I replied Deer Park, Wa. she looked at me and said "Isn't that only 30 min away? (In fact it takes almost an hour to get there in traffic) you can make it there in time. There was only one family waiting inside the building and open bays when I drove in. I was never offered to wait to see if they would be able to fit me in or anything. Just a solid No we will only give you air. I had to stop to put air in my tire TWICE to be able to make it back to my home town to get the BOLT taken out of my tire and fixed! Thank you Deer Park Les Schwab for treating me with kindness and always valuing my business. Regal les Schwab you should be ashamed of your customer service. Also as a side note, I did call the corporate les Schwab number to file a complaint and they didn't offer any solution of ask my name or phone number they just said I need to take it up with that stores manager.

My car was in my garage and I had a message that the R. front tire was low. I could see a screw. I drove it to Les Schwab and the techs there broke it down, removed the screw, patched the hole and I was on my way. Everyone there was kind, understanding, helpful and friendly!

Update: The manager didn t do anything, while it makes u look good on Google by replying , you guys still charged me for the faulty service. Ha!!Didn t inflate tires due to a faulty pressure gauge , installed wrong thread depth on the front, and got a gash on the door after picking up the vehicle. Close to my house, but won t be coming here for sure, want my money back!

I visited the Les Schwab dealer at 3105 S. Regal in Spokane. I had a flat tire that needed to be looked at. I arrived at the dealer without an appointment and they were able to look at my tire in about an hour. They fixed the tire and did not charge me even though I wasn't a previous customer. I couldn't believe the excellent customer service. The repair person told me that they just wanted me to consider them if I ever needed to purchase tires in the future. This is the type of customer service that is needed in all businesses. I will definitely go to Les Schwab for my future tire purchase needs! Thank You!

Stopped by to get some air in my tire. I could clearly see a screw but the tire seemed to be holding air fairly well. I told the youth (maybe 19) putting air in my tire that I would come back tomorrow to get it fixed and I just needed some air. He told me that there was no way that could be repaired because the screw was to close to the rim. I have all wheel drive so of course that means getting all new tires. After putting air in my tire, I waited in my car for him to run the estimate. After he informed me I had just missed a huge sale (must have been Presidents Day) he gave me the estimate or over $1000 to replace my tires. He said they have them in stock, and I if I could wait they would get me taken care of. I declined. Because I completely felt like this young man was totally trying to play me. In fact, he left me saying, "Well, I tried." The next morning I took my car to the Les Schwab downtown where they promptly fixed my tire and had me out the door at no cost and no mention of the tire being unrepairable. I will just save myself the trip next time and head to a different Les Schwab.

These guys get a 5 star rating from me, and I haven't even bought anything from them yet! Today is the second time in the last few months they've fixed a nail-punctured tire for me at no charge. I came in today and told them I was in a major time crunch because I had to get back to work soon, and I was in/out in just over 20 minutes... awesome service. I know they can't guarantee that kind of service every time, but I sure am grateful anyway. My car is pretty new, but next time I actually need to buy something for my car, and they offer it, I'm definitely getting it here.

Outstanding first time experience visiting this shop. Mike looked my Buick over thoroughly and explained everything I needed to know about the car. He did not attempt to talk me into repairs that were not necessary. I will return to replace my tires as recommended. Don't hesitate to take your auto to this shop. Overall a pleasant and very positive experience. Thank you for a job well done!

Had my cars aligned here multiple times. Always an exceptional job in a timely manner at a fair price.However, what makes this place stand out from others is the friendly staff. There is free coffee and pop-corn for the customers. Once I came here with friends just to grab some and they were ok with it and didn t stop us. Makes you want to return :)
