Clay the mechanic and Loretta the lady up front were extremely helpful today. I came to get a nail out of my tire and Clay patched it wonderfully. I did not have an appointment and I was in and out of the shop within about an hour. They did very good. The highly recommended them.

Clay fixed two tires and got me back on the road in like 30 mins. No appointment and came in end of day.Absolutely stellar service. Probably the easiest and friendliest experience I've ever had any mechanic... And I've been to more than I'd like to admit.My go to from now on. Thanks Clay!!

I love these people! They're experts, know everything there is to know about tires. Amazingly kind, quick and professional. Even the waiting room is great. Phone chargers, laptop hookups, coffee and snacks. I would never even think about going anywhere else. They also knew all the trucks with my car, which is not a common maje and model.

Always great service at this location. Other locations in Spokane are way too busy and don't offer appointments for seasonal changes. Way more convenient to come downtown.

I had a CV Axel repaired which went great, until I took my car on the freeway. The splash shield was left unsecured and was dragging, eventually folding completely over. upon returning I was told (by John -JT) a missing section with obvious signs of grinding on the road was like that when I brought it in and the best they could do was to look around and attempt to secure what was left. I expressed my displeasure and left with the screws which promptly came loose on the freeway a second time. I returned and had the manager (Carol) tell me the the missing sections happened more likely from the snow and ice and she secured it (temporarily) with a zip tie. Earning trust includes accountability when things don t go well- I will not be back.

They have always done a good job with tires. Yes I will continue using them. But, as for anything beyond that, I would consider someone else to do the work. Long story short. They are not very good when it comes to being diligent in checking issues they caused. If three techs can't see the issue and I point it out immediately something is really wrong or they never even really looked at it.

Carol and her crew were all exceptional! I ve been coming to Les Schwab in the Portland area for 30 years, but my experience here in Spokane was absolutely the best. Congratulations Carol on running such a great store.

I'm not satisfied with Firestone customer service. They are too busy to act like they want our business. So I spoke with the manager and she seemed pleasant. I'm looking forward to moving forward with our services and see if they are worth keeping. So far good introduction. Update ****8-15-23**** Took our big van in for almost 2200.00 for brakes, struts, rotors the works. A couple days after picking it up I noticed the wiper blades hitting each other and was not aware that they were removed to install the struts. They are different sizes and were put back on reversed and tightened so tight the other mechanic could barely get them off. The other GOOD mechanic also noticed the one of the bolts used to install the struts was so long it was interfering with the normal operation of the wipers and was hitting the bolt. I took it back to Les Schwab and the woman helping me asked me for my number and I gave her my work cell number. We waited all day from 9am and about 430 I thought what"s taking so long so after calling her back she said I left a message with Michael at 930am. We had 3 techs look at it and didn't see any problems. I was livid. "Why didn't you call the number I gave you?" Uhhhhhh, well I didn't have that one. Michael hasn't worked here for 3 years. I went back to Devine's on 3rd and he showed me again where it was hitting. I drive BACK to Schwab and they were all standing looking at me with that look like uh oh. I showed them the problem and the said OH we didn't see that. OK Will fix that. But now we lost the van for another day and have to pay another company for patient transport. SO HARD TO FIND GOOD, RELIABLE PEOPLE NOW DAYS!!! I will not be using them again for anything. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING YOU WANT DONE RIGHT. At least anything besides changing tires. Go East a couple blocks to Devine's Automotive. They are the ones who found all the issues the other place missed.

If you're old enough you might remember the Les Schwab commercials where they jogged to greet you at you're car and provided top notch service. Those days are gone! For 40 years I was fine paying the Les Schwab premium for good service, free flat repair (same day), and oh good service. My last 5 visits have been poor service and long waits. So long Schwabie, it was a nice run.

Customer service continues to be amazing at Les Schwab. Arrived at work with a punctured tire. Went straight to the downtown location before they opened. Shay got me right in and the team got me all fixed up. Shay is an amazing representative of your organization. She is gold! Thank you Les Schwab for the great service! Customer for life!

Came in today, with a low tire. Was greeted at my car as I shut my car door. Listened, got me inside and took my car right in. There was a small screw in it. He repaired and checked all other tires and gave the keys back in less than 15min. Gave me a quote for snow tires, since he knew that was a concern, when having an all-season tire go bad before October. Great work, Excellent customer service. I will be back and looking for the same gentleman that helped me, and purchase all 4 snows there. Keep up the great work, it is appreciated.

Rick and Gunner are always communicative and do excellent work!Edit: hobbled in 2/8 2024 with a flat tire. The staff were absolutely incredible and fixed my flat for free, even though I'm sure it took more work to clean out the Fix-a-Flat goo I had to use, with no complaints from the staff. Just smiles, quick work and friendly service. These guys over the years have made me a LS customer for live. Appreciate what you do!

This location took two full hours for a warranty battery exchange. I will not be returning to this location. Forced to buy a NEW Battery even though my battery was not even a year old.

Wonderful service! I was short on time and had a flat tire. They found the nail and checked the pressures in all other tires in about 20 minutes! They didn't charge anything for the service!! I was pleasantly surprised. I would be willing to pay anything for such excellent service but it was free! Such kind people. Highly recommend this place. Thank you so much.+

My friend had a brake line blow out on him Saturday afternoon. We got his truck there and the boys fixed us up! A little pricey, but what'ya do,its got be done. They were up front with the cost and checked the rest of the truck out. No games or up sell. They fixed us up as quickly as the could,and had us done in time for our scheduled plans.

Wow! I cannot get over the fact that I left this place without spending a dime! I am incredibly grateful and glad people are running a business and taking care of customers. I was visiting from out of state and got a flat on the road. I drove up with my tire blowing air out, and they found the nail in no time; they managed to patch it up, check all my other tires, and got me back on the road in less than an hr. When they rolled my rental out, I was waiting to have to go inside and pay, but the service man said it was a free service! What on earth??? FREE??? I am still mind blown. Thank you, Les Schwab!

AMAZING! Road tripping from Seattle, got a nail somewhere along the way. Needed a quick fix and they took us in with no wait and got my tire fixed up in about 15 minutes! Amazing customer service! :))

If Les Schwab was a woman, he d have been Carol at the 3rd avenue store in Spokane. While I waited for my tire to be fixed, I could hear her cheerful voice ringing out through the store. As well as working the front end she took care of the lobby as if it was her own home. Good job Carol!

P.J is so awesome and helpful. I came in with a nail in the side wall of my tire. Because of this, that tire needed to be replaced. Then we found out that all of my tires needed to be replaced. He was very helpful with explaining the difference in tires I could purchase and he even put the spare on for me. Awesome guy!! However, who ever the older lady is that is in the office is quite the opposite. I was trying to figure out how I could go about purchasing said tires and was inquiring about financial options, which she seemed to not be interested in assisting me with. So I left. This was troubling because my business is Mobile so it is imperative that I have a vehicle with no issues and/or that I get these issues fixed right away. When I called to set up an appointment a week later . She had the same attitude. Telling me they did not have the tires that were on my paper that I was given. I asked her if she could order them and she said See, that s the thing you don t understand, we do not have them anywhere! She made me want to hang up the phone right away and go elsewhere. This lady seems very irritated and not fond of working in the customer service industry. P.J though, he rocks !! Oh and the Manager lady is awesome too!!!!

Vandals gave me three flat tires Les Schwab repair them and did not charge me for the third flat tires I'm going to buy my next tires that Les Schwab they were efficient they handled my situation with professionalism I give him five stars way to go Les Schwab

As usual, Les Schwab immediately took my car in to see why I was having a slow leak on a tire I just purchased from them two months prior. Come to find out, I had ran over a screw while on the job site. They patched it up and had me out the door within a half hour with absolutely no charge to me! They have always backed up their products with no charge to their customers. I will ALWAYS go to Les Schwab when I need tires.

I had a nail in my tire. I was stressed and the kind and caring workers at Les Schwab took care of me. I arrived 5 minutes before closing. I was not turned away. The gentleman came right out and was ready to help!! Made a huge difference in my evening!! Thank you for all you do!!!

Every Single Time I visit Schwab, I am greeted with kindness and professionalism.I've been taking all my vehicles and trailers there since 1987.I have Never had a bad experience.

I made an appointment for an alignment, new tires and a brake check online. I came in and received a quote, but I didn't realize that it was only in regards to the services for new tires and did not include the alignment. I got the new tires, but it was explained to me that I needed to return another day for the alignment, which I scheduled online while still in the store. Again, I still didn't realize that the alignment cost extra and wasn't included in the original quote/payment as on my receipt it said "online alignment $0.00" so when I received a new balance after the alignment service, I was caught a little off-guard. The service guy quickly remedied the misunderstanding by making the alignment free of charge, but explained that it's not typically included in the services of new tires and wasn't included in the original quote. I really appreciate the help, explanation, and quick-fix of an honest misunderstanding. I feel like both service guys were honest and had my best interest in mind. I'll definitely be recommending this location and returning.

Not helpful. Pulled in to their business because my "check engine light " was on & my car was bucking like a wild bronco.They informed me it would be a $100 to hook my Honda up with their device to ascertain what might be wrong.Just said, "no thank you".Called a mechanic friend & described what was happening. He immediately indicated it could be a coolant problem & recommended I check that.I have had a bad interaction with hot radiator contents, so I offered to pay whatever they wanted to check my coolant level. Terse reply, "We don't do engine work. "Well yeah, not asking that...& rest assured, you won't be doing anything else for anyone else, I know, if I have anything to say about it.And... I drove the two & a half miles to my mechanic, shared my friend's assessment, popped my hood & was relieved to be immediately told, " you need a radiator " yep very apparent hole there.Thanks Les Schwab - I realize you don't do engine work, but I did not realize you don't do customer service either. I will say that I have had positive experiences regarding your products at other outlets, but you seriously dropped the ball today in my opinion.
