Got a 1987 toyota 4x4 from here a number of years ago with only 97,000 miles and was a little rough on the outside but truck still to this day was and is the best $5,800 iv ever spent truck now has 219 000 and runs like a top fire her up and get out of the way

I love my Toyota! Employees were genuine and extremely helpful. Price was affordable and my money was well spent. Thank you Jon Henry's for an all around positive purchasing experience!I'd recommend to any of my family or friends!

I had a wonderful experience with this lot. I bought a Toyota Sequoia about a year and a half ago and couldn t be happier with the purchase. They were more than willing to let me take the car on 3 separate test drives because I couldn t make up my mind. I had to drive it myself, bring the wife in and let her drive it, and bring my father along to drive it with me to make sure I wasn t overlooking something. Would recommend and would buy here again.

Am sad to hear John Henry's is closing. Have had great experiences while searching for reasonable prices &decent Toyota pickups even if I didn't like whatever they had on the lot they were sure honest and nice by telling me what to look for and what not to look for in a Toyota truck. Can't find an honest salesman these days John Henry's will be missed

Found a good looking 4 runner at their dealership online. Asked if it had a clean carfax to which the response was yes. Salesmen kept skating around my questions . I m 5 hours from their dealership so I was trying to get as much info as possible before committing to the trip. He kept replying with auto responses such as great truck! Must see! You won t be disappointed! Salesmen said he d send me the carfax and when I asked about why the truck was a almost double NADA excellent condition retail, he got defensive, rude and told me that after I came, looked at the truck and committed to purchasing that he d pay for a carfax (which sure seems weird because he already said it had a clean carfax and that he d send it to me). After reading plenty of reviews, it seems this is just the way they run their business. Just another roadside used car lot that want to turn over as much inventory as possible.

Drove up from Walla Walla to buy a tundra on the lot. Advertised hours stated they are open 9am Saturday... Was there at 9:15. No one on anywhere. Came back at 10, no one there. Called them numerous times with no answers at the shop or the listed cell number. Left messages in hopes that they would call back so we could go buy a truck today but never heard anything... Maybe just having an off day? Next time leave a note at the lot or something.... They missed out on selling a truck today.

Overpriced vehicles and a poster boy used car salesman for an owner to rip you off. Looked at a Tacoma that was severely overpriced and when inquiring on the price the lot owner told me he put $1500 worth of parts into the vehicle. When asked to see proof of such work the owner became very rude and was only able to produce a $250 receipt as proof of the work done to the vehicle. The vehicle may have been excellent, but the owner was as sleezy as it comes for a used car salesman.

Uses NADA as a selling point without adhering to the NADA guidelines (perfect interior, great running condition, no known issues). Sells highly overpriced vehicles with many problems known both to salesman and on-site mechanic. Recently bought a vehicle from them and the heater stopped working as soon as it was off the lot. They fixed it with no problem, but then the brakes went..and then the power windows and locks. After contacing them about these issue they let me know that I had signed am agreement saying that I was fine with the vehicle as is (this was hidden in the paperwork). I very much should have read more into what I was signing, but was unaware I would need a magnifying glass and a degree in law to buy a car from a outwardly "Christian" car lot. I hope that these people do not sleep well at night knowing that they are willingly and willfully harming people, but they probaly sleep very well as people like this have no conscious. Stay away from this lot!Also seems like a lot of their 5 stars are coming from their employees or friends/family

Bought a 4 runner from Jon Henrys just over a year ago and within 3-4 months it started burning and leaking oil and at the same time water pump went out leaving vehicle stranded called Jon Henrys left messages with number telling them what happened and no response ever. So I fixed water pump then about 6 months later reminder it's still burning and leaking oil pretty good about a gallon every two weeks. Now it's blown a head gasket so I'm just done with it. another $2000 for a new motor. Basically at Jon henery's auto sales they are over priced and there vehicle look good on the outside. No bartering on mark prices. Sad to say I claims to be a Christian auto company.

I am a woman who doesn't know much about cars or buying one. This dealership took total advantage.sokd us a car at a rediculous interest rate.then it broke down a month later. I couldn't find anyone who could figure out what was wrong with it. so,we've been paying on a car we can't drive. Do not buy from this Establishment!

A year into the vehicle being purchased the transmission goes. If he sells one like this i am sure he is selling others. Six months into owning it the break line was shot do to corrosion- This guy is about moving vehicles and selling something of value- just go to reputable dealer and save your time.

Just called in to try and work a deal with them on their '04 4 runner. Gentleman I talked to (I'd list his name but he didn't introduce himself) showed no interest in making any amount of deal. Was rude and belittling. I would take a look at the 1 star reviews. Those seem to be the real ones. Unprofessional.

He sells some good clean hand picked cars, specialized in Toyota Honda Subaru ect, check them out you won't be disappointed
