It was a very good interview. It's like the place that I've always wanted to work. Very laid-back shop they're really relaxed but they want their work done but are a lot more laid-back then any shop I've been to.

We appreciated the time spent to go over all the details & specs, damage & estimate. These Gentleman were Professional & I sensed their honesty & Integrity. Our vehicle isn't complete yet, but they aren't behind either. Looking forward to getting our vehicle back & seeing the finished results, so far, 2 thumbs

These guys did an amazing job on my 2017 Nissan Murano and they didn't just replace the parts with the cheapest next best thing they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend taking them your car if you need body work done. They had my car for a month but it actually helped me out tremendously because my other car was in the shop getting the clutch replaced and I was in the process of moving so I ended up getting to put miles on a car that wasn't mine which I'm ok with! They also said that they put on a bumper and they didn't like it so they wouldn't think I would like it either so they ordered a different one and the car looks great and drives great they replaced my ac condenser my radiator my hood latch everything in the front of the bumper was new, headlights, fog lights everything and its amazing. J and A is so knowledgeable and we re so fast and helpful. My window got smashed out and they were able to find a replacement and install it in the same day! I feel like they are angels!! I am so lucky I found them. Good people! Great dog!

These guys are amazing. They took in my CRV after I crashed into a concrete barrier and fixed my alignment right up, replaced the tire and made it drive better. Thanks for getting it done

These guys were recommended by the car dealer for some body work. Mike, Wayne, and their crew set themselves ahead of their competition by their positive demeanor, honesty, and quality work. They are my recommendation, particularly for any new car owner who is hesitant about body shops that have not worked on their particular model before. They will do their due diligence, obtain the appropriate parts, take into consideration your concerns and feedback, and take care of your vehicle as if it were their own. At the end of the process, I can confidently say that customer satisfaction was their single priority, which is hard to find in this industry.

I took my 07 Dodge 2500 in to Mike & Wayne and they were very curteous, very professional, and very helpful. They told me exactly what it would cost me to repair the damages and how long it would take. When I dropped my truck off, it was a mess. When I picked it up a few days later, I was blown away! Impeccable workmanship!! People that saw my truck before taking it in to J&A were asking me WHERE I had my body work done because it looked SOOO GOOD!! The thing that stood out to me the most was how much time both Wayne and Mike took with me to go over everything and explain what and why they needed to do what they needed to do. They obviously care about each and every customer. I'm happy to tell anyone that asks about a professional, reliable and TRUSTWORTHY body shop, that J&A Body and Fender, Inc. is THE PLACE to get your car repaired.

Just bought a ton of parts for my ford f150 and started to work on it just to relize thier is a ton of frame damage , called around some shops didnt answer, some shops couldnt do it, however these guys took a look and told me what they can do and i was super happy
