From the experience that I have had with them working on my 6.7 I haven't had to bring it back because I wasn't right.. it's the only place I take my truck. When people ask me where do I take my truck. I say icdi Diesel Repair..

ICDI is the quintessential example of a courteous, genuinely honest, hard-working, professional, family-owned small business. My husband and I were stuck on the side of the highway, and were frantically calling places to take us in as we are from out of town on a road trip. Renee answered the phone and was kind, knowledgeable and took us right in. She helped read through paperwork for our warranty, understood the time sensitivity of our situation and was a calming presence during a stressful situation. The atmosphere was friendly and you could feel the familial ties in their banter and interactions. Right away I knew we were in good hands. They fixed our truck straight away, faster than even they expected and got us back on the road. I would bring any vehicle back here to be fixed. Thank you to this amazing family and business. I can t say enough good things about my experiences with ICDI. They are friendly, accommodating, and honest. There s only one mechanic shop I d take my vehicle to, and that s ICDI!

06 f350 .. The Truck spent 9 months in and out of the shop . new injectors new wiring harness, rebuilt turbo. Truck was supposed to have been fixed, drove it to lewiston and back and the turbo exploded. they said they weren't responsible , had to completely rebuild the motor . long story short ..COMPLETE engine rebuild and over 20K into the 6.0 and it still doesn't run, and they no longer wish to help fix without charging for services .

I was able to have my daughter's car towed to the shop and they had her issues properly diagnosed and repaired in amazing speed. We are grateful for their service and they kept the costs down by finding a part that was still under warranty. We will be returning customers in the future for all 3 of our diesel rigs. Very weird shop tells me they can look at truck get there people on break people come back from break and I just sit for 3 hours don t even touch my truck or nothing thanks for wasted time

They put new airbags on my truck so I would be more safe while towing my fifthwheel. Also checked a few little things and did a complete service. I like the professionalism at ICDI and won't go anywhere else.

2006 Ford F350 6.0 PowerStroke. Quality and honesty goes a long ways and ICDI went above and beyond my expectations with great service and quality work. I will not take my personal or work rigs anywhere else. ICDI Diesel is the best and has proven trustworthy advice and quality workmanship time and time again. Thank you ICDI. Added service due to another issue that cropped up with cruise control and turbo and upon more deeper dive into turbo to find busted fins on an internal fan/wheel which is a rare find along with a cruise control issue and airbag sensor issue that ICDI was able to diagnose, my truck has never run better and its because they all really care about helping, troubleshooting, and repairing the issues for their customers. Thank you so much ICDI family for going above and beyond. Over the past two and a half years I have been bringing my daily driver as well as my Freightliner to ICDI. My experience with the team as well as the management / owners has met / exceeded my expectations consistently. Customer service is paramount and the willingness to help, no matter the day, night, or weekend is far above other service locations I have used. I am a returning customer with full confidence in their ability to repair, service, and find the necessary parts needed to complete the job.

Would recommend to anyone with a diesel to take here. I m a rural carrier so the importance of me getting my vehicle back is a paycheck. They fixed all my problems and went far and beyond. It s been imported from Japan so they had to look up all the parts I needed. I Love, love this shop and when the time comes I ll be going back. They made a costumer for life.

Amazing people that do quality work for a fair price. Had a fuel injector go out of a box truck during a cross country drive. They had it diagnosed in one day and repaired in another day - definitely did some expedited work to help us out. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing some diesel work in the area.

ICDI was recommended by a good friend. He raved about their customer service, quality of workmanship, and competitive pricing. I dropped my truck off, they checked out my complaint while I was there, inspected the rest of the system and found it alright. Diagnosed, kept it to repair. I would be surprised if it wasn't fixed in less time under budget. Great shop!

The young ladies in front desk are pleasant, and the mechanics are very professional and easy to talk to. Price is very reasonable. My food truck smokes really bad, and I am so happy that I took it to ICDI and it was fixed like magic. I would not take it anywhere else. I will give a perfect 10. Great place and great crew! Excellent customer service at the front desk and over the phone! There aren't as many diesel mechanic shops in Spokane as there need to be, so don't expect a quick turnaround. That being said, they maintained healthy communication and continue to perform solid work for reasonable prices.

I've done business with this shop for a few years now, and their service every time has been great. They have always been very upfront and honest about what repairs/services my truck has needed. They are very straight forward with no B.S. and for me i like that in a business!! They have never tried to sell me something my truck doesn't need! Every employee there is very knowledgeable about anything mechanical, diesel or gas powered vehicles. They have gone above and beyond to get me back on the road safely every time. Highly recommend this shop to anyone!!

My husband and I had to stop here when our 6.0 excursion lost power on the freeway. We were SO GRATEFUL they squeezed us in being so far from home. They were very knowledgeable, fast and fair. Needed a vacuum pump replacement halfway through a road trip and ICDI surpassed my expectations. The full diagnosis and replacement took less than an hour and I was back on the road. Great customer service, knowledge, and timely execution. If I m ever in the Spokane area in need of diesel repair for my 5.9L Cummins, I ll definitely be back.Service: Engine repair
