I called them at 1pm on a Tuesday with a rough running engine after the recent cold snap. Dropped it off justcafter 2. They had a diagnosis before 5pm, and an incredibly reasonable estimate. I approved the work, and my SUV (aka Mommymobile) was ready by noon the next day! I had called a few shops, and next week was the soonest they could even look at it, much less work on it!It really pays to shop local. I'm delighted with the friendly service and speed. Coming back and sending friends. Shop local!

They fixed my car quickly and told me why the part failed. A little pricey but they were fast and quality work was performed.

This fricken guy, I've used him before and he squeezed me in earlier than my appointment because he knows I drive for a living (thank you for that), But I called him because I was having trouble with a misfire on cylinder 2 and couldn't identify the specific source of the problem, he advised me to try swapping ignition coil 2 and 4 and if the engine code changes to 4 then I have my answer. This dude didn't try to charge me or upsell me or anything, just helped me fix my problem. hes a gem, HIGHLY recommend. Thank you Sir

Was buying a car near by here and lived out of the city, called and asked if they could squeeze in an inspection on the car with the owners and call me back , Cam said he d make time and get it checked out, he called me back with his honest opinion!! so grateful he made time!! would definitely recommend to anyone who lives in the city

What a classy, honest, hard working bunch of guys.I live in Vancouver, WA... and started getting a misfire in my 2014 mazda cx9. Took it to em the same day, gave me a quote, and had the injectors replaced, (including an oil change, and spark plugs replacement) the SAME EXACT DAY, so I could make it home safely.If I lived in Spokane, or anywhere near, they would be my go to shop.Thanks so much Cameron, Shawn and Gage!

Excellent service, affordable and punctual. Sean was most accommodating, I had quite a bit of work to be done on an old car, he noticed I have young children and took the price down for me. They didn't have to do that. Highly recommend.

I only gave these guys 5 STARS because it only goes as high as 5. These guys are a 10 STAR shop. Mitch, Tracy, Cameron, and Sean are all honest, hard working people and know their stuff. I've had several rigs into them and had work done at both of their shops. All work was done on time, and professionaly. They were honest with parts and time, if there was any issues, they would call and keep me updated on progress. It's hard to find great shops these days, but go no farther this is the place. I have several rigs and all will be coming here. I will also tell my friends and family to use this shop. This place has a small town feel. The owners are local and they treat their customers like the neighbors they are, they care about the community and care about thier customers. Truly a great place. Highly recommend.

Had my truck in for timing belt and water pump change out and asked them if they could also do a transmission service. They said not a problem. They called and said they test ran it and I could pick it up. I noticed the next day the transmission was slipping. I called them and they said bring it by to check the fluid level. I did and they found it to be low and had to some in and that probably had air bubble. Okay I accepted their expert opinion and off I went. It was still slipping and they suggested I give it a day or two. After a week or so I called to let them know it was still slipping. I asked if they used the correct fluid and was told they followed what the computer told them. I'd asked another mechanic and he said sounded like the wrong fluid. Asked what the next step is and was told might need to rebuild the transmission. Well it was fine when I brought it in and got the old we followed what the computer said. I'm sorry I just spent over $1000.00 and felt they did not care. I had a 20 year plus mechanic drain the fluid and he said the fluid was burnt and probably the wrong fluid. He then purchased new Toyota brand fluid and filled it. Guess what, no more slipping and I'm out $150.00 dollars to have my transmission serviced RIGHT. Nice guys but once they get your money they don't seem to CARE. BEWARE!!!Services: Transmission, General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great, I took a vehicle in for inspection prior to buying and good thing I did because that car would have been a horrible option to buy. They informed me of a massive oil leak that coated the engine and told me what engine actually works best for those vehicles. Good to meet people that actually care. Thanks guys!

Needed some work done on my truck Sean got me in with no problem it was a bigger job and the work was done within a day. Thank you so much. It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. Will definitely be back.

Best mechanic is Spokane! I won't take my car anywhere else! Fair prices, great mechanics! They always make sure that the work is done thoroughly and I have never had a problem!! Thank you North West Auto Services!! You guys rock!!

Best shop in town. Helpful people always going above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied and back on the road. I'm constantly dropping in on them with issues and they've always done their best to fix me up and get me my car back quickly. I definitely recommend this shop.

They will put on the parts you bring! They can not warranty the parts you bring or guarantee their quality! But to me that's fine especially in some cases when it is something I can not do! 125 bucks an hour and they do guarantee the labor!

Curt had my 2-2001 SeaDoos for the Last 3 full Months and did nothing, NO Repairs, and if he did it needed to go back for RE- Fixing. Absolutely Nothing. 1/3 of my Summer is wasted by this SHYSTER!!!!!!!! He also had them most of Last Summer doing his BS Song and Dance Excuses!!!! BitI have Paid Curt over $ 4,000.00 and received Nothing for that $ 4,000.00 He basically Robbed and Stole from me!!!!! Do not let him do this to you!!Every MOTOR VEHICLE I BROUGHT NEEDED TO HAVE RE-DO'S over and over, and over., And RE- FIXES. He was to fix an ABS problem on my Nissan Truck, which is still not fixed. What a worthless Mechanic!!!Northwest AUTO and MARINE is CROOKED!!!!! Curt is a Liar and makes excuses after Excuse.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is all I have to say!!!! Beware!!!
