I got my car here back in July! And let me tell you what, I LOVE Sami! She was so easy going, friendly, and straight forword! She was funny as well! She got me my car no issue, and she worked with me no issue! I d recommend this place a million times!

I bought a car from them and the second day morning I found a lot of oil under the car (huge leaking).I just drove it home 7 miles away. I stopped by them couple of time and they mentioned they can not help because the car was sold as is. That was very frustrating and unfair. They checked the car at a close by tire centre and that centre cheated and mentioned that the car is perfect however the car was obviously leaking. In addition the heating was not working and I paid a lot to fix it. I do not trust those guys anymore and please do not buy from them.

I would not recommend using this business to consign a vehicle. They couldn t actually sell my car for some reason, and when I went to pick it up parts were removed from it and a big scratch that wasn t there before and magically appeared.

Fair prices, good deals, extremely friendly staff. These are just some of the few words I, as a consumer would use to describe Hardin Auto sales. Being my first time purchasing a vehicle for work, I felt like they really went above and beyond to insure our experience was of the highest caliber.

What can I say excellent customer service from the awesome staff to a super nice detailed car can't beat this lot. If you're looking for a quality car that's clean and will last for many years to come this is definitely your spot.

Hi the names Mic, I dealt with Hardin Auto Sales about 2 months ago. I traded a vehicle for one off there lot. The owner of this dealer was genuine and straightforward with the information of the vehicle. The process was very simple and no hassle/ scam free . After the having the vehicle for about a month I ran into some issues and again the owner was just an Angel. She and here team help get the vehicle repaired and back running smooth. The dedication that this Small business puts towards customer service and care is amazing. I recommend Hardin Auto sales to anyone looking for a vehicle, truck, Car, or Suv. I m sure they will have something you will like.

I ve been a customer for a year now. I ve purchased 2 cars from them and I can say that they have the best customer service. They don t pester you when you drive up to the lot. They have helped me multiple times to fix my cars. Sammi made the buying process so easy and explained all the paperwork for me. Definitely would recommend this dealer to anyone to buy a car.

BEST CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE! We live in Georgia and purchased a car for our daughter who is an Airman in training in the Spokane, Washington area. Sam was our contact person at Hardin Auto Sales and their family owned business was absolutely the best to work with. Their website had up to date photos of the cars available. She personally knew all about each car I called about. When our daughter went to look at the cars Sam was so very helpful and informative. We purchased a car there and Sam and her staff were just outstanding to work with. The car has run so well and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this family owned and operated car business!

This is an edit to my original 5-star review. The people who work there are nice and not pushy, but they sell lemons and deny it even when you've had multiple businesses say the same thing about your vehicle being completely rusted on the bottom. The vehicle ended up not being save to drive and couldn't fix the alignment due to rust and how someone had previously fixed a problem on it prior to us buying it, so it needed a whole new under parts (can't remember the name of it, as it's been a few years since having the car) to be replaced.

Wow!!!! I love this place. Awesome people, very helpful and kind. They aren't just selling used cars. They sale quality used cars. I bought my Infinity here and I absolutely love my car! The sale was quick and easy. We weren't sitting at this car lot for hours like we had done previously. The owner Ron is so sweet and kind, I can't say enough. We will definitely be buying our next car from here as well. No pressure sales. We enjoyed our buying experience! Go see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

A very dear friend if mine recommended Hardin. He said his dad had bought several cars there and they had been in Spokane for a long time. So on a snowy Friday evening we went to take a look. I found one that I liked and had everything I was looking for. I told Ron what I had down and what I could afford monthly and he made it happen. Sam treated me like family every time I went to make my payment, recognizing me and remembering which vehicle I bought without me having to tell her. It has been almost a year and I just paid off my car a few days ago. I love it!! Other than regular maintenance I have only had to replace a headlight. Thank you Ron and Sam! I will definitely recommend you to everyone and if/when I need a new vehicle you will be the first stop.

I purchased a used 2002 Toyota Echo from Hardin Auto Sales on January 3. When rating a car dealership, I think the most important thing to keep in mind is, did I walk out of there feeling like I got a good deal? I did. I felt like I got a reasonable price on my car after we negotiated a lower price. The dealership also deodorized my car for free and offered to replace the brake rotors at cost (I plan to take them up on this offer). The car itself developed one other problem that wasn't disclosed (the overdrive turns off) but otherwise the car runs as advertised. The staff (a family-owned business) were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant enough experience as far as buying a used car goes.

I found that Hardin Auto sales had a great selection of affordable cars and some very good finance options. I was looking for a car for my kid and they took great care of us. The 2001 Civic that we bought was solid and we had a great, no BS, buying experience with the great folks at Hardin Auto Sales. They are a family run business and a very well run business at that! They put the needs of the customer first and do a great job matching you with the right car at the right price. Based on our experience, I'd highly recommend doing business with them!

Walked in because they had prices clearly on the cars. We had been to others and were intimidated by sales people when we were asking for prices. Not at Hardins, we met Samantha and she was amazing. We bought a used car and are very happy with it. We will recommend this place to others. We will also go there when we need a newer car.

Hardin Auto Sales is everything you hope for when you are looking for a used vehicle. They had an incredible selection of quality used vehicles at great prices and a friendly, knowledgeable staff that was helpful without being "pushy." As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with a warm smile and solid handshake from the sales manager, Samantha. I told her I was just looking and would probably not be purchasing today. She still took the time to show me their inventory without pushing me to buy. She was informative, as well as courteous and answered all my questions about their inventory without hesitation. I ended up buying a 06' Eddie Bauer Expedition for a great price. The sales process was easy with very little back and forth. Hardin Auto Sales is family owned and operated and it shows. The customer service was second to none and I felt comfortable during the entire car buying experience. Highly recommend Hardin Auto Sales, these guys rock!!

Fantastic very helpful helping you find out available options super super friendly family ran place nice quaint great clean vehicles update one year later cars just finished paid off still runs like a champ. They don't pull your chain they give you a quality vehicle . Proud to say I can trust this car lot. Highly recommend this if you're looking for reliable vehicles. Thanks again. Really appreciate it

Hardin auto Sales is a Great place to buy a vehicle. Family operated,very friendly and easy going. Dad and Daughter are both on the job trying to help you find what your looking for. Best of all they are not pushy like a lot of sales people are.The daughter Sam short for Samantha is in the office most of the time and is very friendly and willing to help you if she can I had some health problems come up and she was very willing to extend my payments where i could manage them just fine. just be honest and truthful. The Dad is awesome guy very pleasant to talk to and I think he is a little like me and likes the older classic cars and trucks. If i was to rate Hardin Auto it would be five stars hands down. So if your looking for a vehicle, Just stop by and have a talk to sam or her dad Great place and Great people Thanks Guy's Be seeing when I'am ready to buy my truck

Sammi and Ron are honest, trustworthy and dependable people. Hands down. I would never hesitate to purchase a car from this family owned business. I see the care and dedication they have to selling quality, used cars on an almost daily basis . They refuse to sell junk. maintenance and repairs are performed after the vehicles are properly inspected to ensure quality and longevity .

Bought my daughter's first car there in 2007. She has moved on (to other cars), but the car remains strong with me. When she visits, she can't wait to drive it. Very friendly staff. No pressure to buy and they were flexible with the financing. I would buy from them again.

When I go into a car lot I m usually on the defensive because I know the salesman is going to be pushy. I ve visited Hardin Auto Sales today and Samantha helped me. She was fantastic! She wasn t pushy and she was very pleasant and fun to work with. I highly recommend Samantha if you re looking for a used car.

We bought a rig from them. We gave them $1500 down and the rig lasted 2 days. Less than 100 miles later the engine blew. We just found that they towed our new rig away before our first payment was due. We are taking them to court for sure now. They promised it could make it to Arizona and it couldn't even get out of town. They delete any bad reviews, and after my daughter said on Facebook she'd never buy a car from them, right after that the daughter of the dealership started harassing my daughter because of it. Don't trust them at all!!! We are repeat customers and shouldn't be treated this way.

Okay Hardin auto sales absolutely gots to be the best place I have ever bought a car from, when I walked in I felt extremely welcomed and vary friendly smiles. They have been vary helpful of everything and I am Deeply grateful for everything that they have done for me and the car. This place definitely deserves a 6/5 stars and agin thank you for everything you guys have done for the car and me!

This has been amazing! I saw a car I liked and called the lot. Sammi helped me on the phone and I filled out the application online. I have horrible credit and really thought I was applying in vain. But...Sammi called and let me know I was approved!!!! So that in itself was awesome; but it gets better...Sammi and her amazing family had the car and all the paperwork ready before I even left work to pick up my new car. I was in their office for about 25 min is ALL! Everything was signed, sealed and delivered and I was driving off in less time than it takes to pick up my lunch most days. This business is amazing! Their service is amazing! Sammi is amazing! And if you're wondering...my new car is flipping amazing!!

Hardin Auto in Spokane, Washington is a tremendous family owned small business. They are well versed in the automotive world and are here to help you with whatever you need. They personally helped me in my time of crisis when my vehicle needed some repairs. They took care of me from the beginning to the end, which relieved a lot of the stress that comes with broken down cars. If you are looking for reasonably priced used vehicles and are advocates of small businesses, Hardin Auto would be the number one place I would recommend to anyone! It's a one stop shop with very knowledgeable and friendly managers and staff.

I absolutely would not recommend Hardin auto sales to anyone looking for a car, they are bad business all the way around. They will not work with you!!
