I typically change my own oil, but decided that crawling underneath my vehicle in the garage in the cold is no longer good for my body or comfortable. So, I decided to take it over to Grease Monkey. The day I took it over, something was going on in the waiting room so they had me sit in my vehicle during the oil change. I was very impressed with the procedural compliance... Each member had a script memorized as they checked parts of your car. Very professional and courtesy of every step to the oil change. I was talking to the manager and mentioned how impressed I was with each of his employees. He thanked me and was very appreciative. It may cost a little more than doing it yourself, but this shop is very professional and does a great job, so worth the money. Thank you Grease Monkey for the great service.

The staff here were awesome! They were all very friendly and professional, explained everything they would be doing before they did it, and never pressured me to replace anything they felt could wait. The service was also pretty fast, considering I had three or four other people ahead of me. I'll definitely continue to use this company and location for future oil changes!

I have been going to Grease Monkey for ten years. They have never done anything wrong to me. They always work with me on what needs to be done to take care of my vehicles. Very polite and courteous. Awesome about vacuuming the vehicle before returning it to me. That's just the cherry on top. I will never go anywhere else again.

The service person I had was so polite and thorough. He had a good sense of humor too and that goes a long way with me. My husband takes his vehicle to Grease Monkey as well.

This is the first time I have used this facility. I was greeted immediately. If there is any draw back to my visit is they ask you what type of oil my car uses. That is good thing as they want to get it right. Bad thing some of us are not sure what to use as there are so many different choices. They quoted me a price and sent me into to wait. They were prompt, gave me an assessment of potential tire problems and explained their 90 day warranty on the oil change. They washed all the outside wi down and vacuumed the interior. They offer a 15 per cent military discount. I was very satisfied with my experience here today. UPDATE. 3 16 2023.HAD OIL CHANGED AND STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY. after i checked out i noticed that my military discount was bot applied. I went back and showed receipt and they immediately made the adjustment. Very pleased with this facility. They have my business

I have been going to Grease Monkey for a long time. They are so good with everything they do!! Very thorough with checking on every detail!! They explain to you of what they have done, and things that should be done. They are all friendly, polite, & thoughtful!!! I go to the north side at Windermere. Great place!!!! Sincerely Kim K.

I always get great service here at Grease Monkey: The guys are all nice and they work efficiently and fast! Not to mention getting into a vacuumed car afterwards doesn't hurt either. Highly recommend!

Great service. They checked my tire gauge was reading correctly after they remounted my regular tires, Treated my fuel, and replaced my wipers. Looking forward to future road trips knowing that these men really care.

Staff was up front about costs. Changed the engine's air filter and oil. Gave me some new knowledge on fuel filter also. Staff was great and treated my vehicle well.

I was treated with total respect and had super help from two young men who reset my dashboard to settings I couldn t find. I was so happy they could do it and was very impressed with their excellent customer service.

Such great service. The worker who helped us was pleasant and accepting of the work we wanted done on our car. The service was done in a very timely manner and our car was vacuumed and ready to go. Thank you!!

I came in sometime this week and over heard someone talking to the employees about possible new management change. Looked like the employees were all stunned when they heard this. I'm just wondering why a customer like myself is hearing these things at a professional business? Don't do your employees dirty like this! Sad to hear this as a customer. I have been coming in for years and now I'm not to sure of this company at all. Doesn't seem right that this company is sneaking around the fact intead of talking straight to the manager. Poor poor business ethics. The other manager that started this rumor or not rumor should be ashamed of himself. Remember oil guy when you talk to employees while customers are around you are also talking to the customer!

I went to another oil change place and they were having problems so I went to Grease Monkey. I arrived literally 3 minutes before closing. Steve and Nich said let them look at it. They stayed late and fixed the problem. They changed my oil and even checked my tire pressure. They went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company and location.

Nice of the guy to let m know I was early for my oil change. But the sticker in the window is worthless. I pay a lot more for full synthetic which is a 10,000 mile oil. The sticker is for 3,000 miles out. Either put the mileage when it was changed or the mileage when it s due or put nothing at all.

Very nice experience. They always explain if/when you need extra done. I recommend Grease Monkey off of Division St. at the Wandermere Shopping Center. I would give them a 10 if I could.

Just spent 15 minutes at the front desk being ignored by staff. Meanwhile the young woman who came in after me got someone s attention alright. Pathetic. I ll take my business to the nearest competitor.

Hi,I tried 3 different days to get my oil changed on my company cargo van. Each time I called to see if they were busy I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. (My business is 6 minutes away). So I got in the vehicle and drove right over. But each time when I got there I was told it would be an hour to an hour and 20 minutes to get the oil changed. Or that they were no longer accepting vehicles. Each bay (where they do the oil change) only had 1 vehicle in them and no one else in line. All 3 times I arrived at the location it was before 1:00 PM. The reason why I called in the first place was to avoid driving there and then not getting to get the oil changed. I have brought my own personal Mercedes in and never had any trouble. Now I will think twice about before I come back!

Asked them to check my headlight, say they did, headlight is out.Would prefer to take my truck to a place that does what they say. Hope they used the right oil .. have had good experiences in past. Maybe guy was being lazy, who knows

They changed the oil, but left grease and oil marks all over my car, including the arm rest. They also pealed off the previous service sticker, but left a patch of sticky residue for me to clean up. I don't like having to clean up from a job I paid someone else to do.
