I got my brake pads and rotors replaced on my BMW and it was a really smooth experience from scheduling to completion. I love that they send pictures of pads and rotors, as well as the measurements with how much material is left, with what their recommendations are. It added a transparency to the process that was very appreciated. The cost felt reasonable. From the time of my approval of said work to completion was just about 3 hours. I'd definitely recommend Golden Rule to others.

Corey the manager at the Francis store was incredibly helpful and really worked with me and my sporadic schedule. I was truly expecting my car not to get looked at until the next day but it was done within hours and back to breaking beautifully again! The text with the summary of services included pictures which made me feel completely at ease with the services they recommended. Highly recommend to anyone looking for honest, professional, friendly car repair! A huge thank you to everyone over there!

Needed new front rotors and pads, I knew beforehand. Getting too old to do the work myself. The Golden Rule Team had me in and out within 3 hours, which included their no-charge assessment plus the actual work. The work was done professionally and efficiently, no issues at all. Their cost was substantially less than the Dealer I go to, plus 24 month warranty on their work. Would recommend!

They did a great job. Found a failed control arm bushing that Les Schwab ignored when they d aligned my car the week before. I went ahead and had them fix it and replace all my pads and rotors, as I was leaving on a cross country trip towing a trailer. It was nice not having to worry about brakes through the mountains.

My brakes were a lot worse than I thought. I just knew they weren't working right. Golden Rule did a very thorough inspection with pictures to show me of the condition of my brakes. They fixed all of it same day and I'm very pleased with their work. I feel safe in my car now. Thank you for a great job Golden Rule Brakes!

My 2016 Jeep Wrangler brakes were making a different noise then usual. I went into the Francis location and talked to Anothony. I asked him if I needed to make an appointment for a diagnosis and estimate. He said they could look at it right then. After the diagnosis he talked with me about what the problem is and what it needed for repair. I decided to get things fixed. He also informed me his tech could work on it right away instead of coming back another day. I got the work done and they finished even faster than i was told it would take. EVERYTHING about my visit was 5 star. Definitely be going back with our other vehicle and refer friends and family.

Took my Jeep in for death wobble, Corey was so helpful and did everything he could to get the part to fix it but the part for my jeep is on national back order. He recommended me a custom shop that could possibly do an aftermarket part. I will always come here if I have any future issues with my jeep or need an alignment. This business and Corey is super honest and nice folks, highly recommend!!

I went to Golden Rule after being ripped off at Les S******. Not only did they use sub par brake pads but they wouldn't correct the problem. I took my truck to Golden Rule and had them do the front brakes. They were able to fit me in the same day and repaired them within a couple of hours. Great place to do business.

I Had concerns about my front suspension so I got 2 company's to look at it knowing that 1 year ago and 3000 miles most of the steering system was replaced . Golden rule checked it and told me everything was tight,and looked good , the other shop was on north division by pawn 1 said everything was loose and needed full replacement for ruffle $3k , Thank you for your honesty and integrity.

After purchasing new tires I was informed I needed to have an alignment service in order to maintain my warranty for the tires. I called Golden Rule the following Monday and was able to get in right away. Thankful for the outstanding, quick service on my vehicle.

They did a COMPLETE rebuild of my front brake system. Didn't try to sort change it in ANY way. Replaced both rotors and calipers, when all the other shops just wanted to fix one side with new pads. That's not the right way when dealing with brakes. They would not do the job unless they did the whole thing, which was EXACTLY want I wanted done.

I went there yesterday. We started off with a little bit of confusion and miscommunication. But once everything was sorted out, these guys went above and beyond. I'm most certainly will be going back. Thanks to the desk guy for doing an awesome job and the boys in the back. Keep it up Gents, . I'm glad I took a chance on you guys than other places I called.

We took our work van in for a brake issue. They weren't able to repair it due to the parts no longer being available. They probably spent 2 hours working on the van & didn't charge us. Great customer service & honestly goes a long way!

I brought my vehicle there as I'd read good reviews they were a couple hundred dollars cheaper than where I had gotten other repair quotes for my vehicle from the time I authorized work till it was done was super fast the employees are very knowledgeable very nice and they're concerned about the customer I will definitely be having them do any future work on my vehicle I was very very happy with the results of their work. update different vehicle more work done higher price but excellent service and parts installed

I appreciate the work the crew went through diagnosing my problem, but I'm surprised that they didn't offer a quote to repair the rest of the items they found, and were shown on the receipt. Such as replacing the parking brake shoes and caliper pin boots. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up the vehicle.

I needed all my brakes replaced and was so pleased with the results from Golden Rule! I was able to drop my car off before hours since I had to be at work early. I used the key drop off and it was so convenient. Corey also had awesome communication all day to let me know the progress. I would definitely recommend!

Very prompt service with competitive pricing. I really liked the text message with photos of the rear brake pads that needed replaced, the front pads that didn t need replaced at this time and the leaking rear axle seals, it made the process very transparent. Last summer I called Golden Rule on E Francis requesting a complete (front and rear) brake job on my 2014 Ford F350. I dropped off my F350 in the afternoon, and the job was completed the next day! During the repair, Corey texted me several photos of the old brakes as well as the total price, requesting authorization to continue and complete the repair. I called him back to discuss the work, and authorized the repair. I received a call from Corey that afternoon, saying that the work was complete, and I picked up my F350 that afternoon! Thanks for your good work and superior customer service. I have had work done at Golden Rule in the past, and will continue to use Golden Rule in the future! More recently they did pads & rotors on my Honda Odyssey, and once again their work was excellent!Service: Brakes

Came in to get brake pads replaced. Ford dealership said they needed replaced immediately. Golden Rule showed me they still had 70% left. I was very grateful for the honesty of Golden Rule. I would highly recommend them for any brake work.

I got a very curt response when I dropped off my Chevy Cruze two days ago. Felt like he was having a bad day. The job was done well I believe for the price that was paid and was quick and fast.
