I had a bit of a hiccup working with a parts person today and assumed it was another case of customer service being a thing of the past. I was surprised when I expressed my perspective to Brian and Dan, and they heard me out, appearing to genuinely have an interest in finding a resolution. I m nobody special and not what a massive corporation would consider a high value client, but these guys took the time to call me and discuss the earlier events. In my book that act was uncommonly admirable by most standards, but especially by modern corporate norms. My previous experiences here were all positive so I m certainly inclined to recommend them to others.

Just bought a 2024 Freightliner. Thank you Brian for the excellent customer service. I appreciate the time you took to explain all the features on this truck.I would also like to thank Susie for always getting right back with me to answer all my questions. Mr. Brian (in Parts) was very sweet and kind to help me get assistance with getting extra keys made for my semi. I had went to the parts section.They do also have a service section. This Freightliner location is pretty large place inside.

I have no idea why people put it a negative review about this place. I have not seen anything wrong, this is a great place, friendly environment and very helpful people, take cares of your warranties and many more. I strongly recommend to trucker if you broke down please go to this place and they'll take care of you and especially I'll name some people who help me a lot and very first name is TIM and Maria which in the beginning of when you go inside and they right up a job then Mr Randy and Mr Scott who helped me a lot and then the most important person yeah which is Mr. Ryan the service manager he's so humble he's a very gentle down to earth nice person and take care of your worries and I think Truckers should go there and fix the truck by timely manner they fixed my truck on time and whatever time they told me to. I don't know what else I can write about them because I don't have a more nice wording about them but at the end only thing I can say this is very great place and please don't listen to those negative reviews I don't know why they put it negative reviews, they might have a personal issues going on you know but I served as a gentleman and I took my truck they fixed and I'm good to go.

Arriving on 3-4-2024 at 1:20pm checked in parked and waited, pulled truck in 3-5-2024 @ 9:00am, recall on brake module, egr cooler leaking, 3 pass threw seals leaking, check engine light, 4:30 pm I m given a repair sheet, all while waiting I m back and forth to smoke area which bypasses the area where my unit is being serviced, two technicians 4 trucks, the technicians are serving two trucks at once, which explains the 9am-4:30pm diagnosis wait, ok it s 3-5-204 we have the diagnosis we ordered the parts( now the part that they are replacing you can t reuse the same parts to secure the new unit that was ordered, so the thing to do is check inventory for parts and order everything together did not happen they ordered the egr cooler it made it 3-6-2024 *{11am}* they didn t attempt to get the unit in to be serviced until 3:30-4pm now it s a 3-4 hour job they close at 11pm technician knocked on door I ask him to give me 5-10 minutes I had food on but I was wrapping it up warp things up 7 minutes after I m very accurate on times because I had a timer on my dinner walk in (Misty) was telling the technician to push it off until 8 or 9pm not knowing I was standing at restroom I heard everything/her shift will be over, once they take it apart I can t sleep in my truck, so I walk to front desk tell her hey I m done I was cooking dinner, her exact words were ohh I told him to move on to other jobs it may be tomorrow or Friday before they ll get to it, 7pm (Rob) walks out which he was very helpful in the situation told me hey if I pull this truck in and we don t get it bk running before 11pm you can t sleep in it, ok we come up with a solution jus go ahead sleep tonight we ll pull it in 7am surely it won t take 16 hrs to get it up and going 3-7-2024 7:38am knock on truck I get out, they take unit in, 5 minutes later get a call, they don t have parts to secure new unit which was ordered 3-5-2024, now if you re aware that you can t reuse any parts when replacing a egr cooler why would you not order everything that is need to replace it initially when cooler was ordered on 3-5-2024, now here it is 3-7-24 unit is taken apart I can t sleep in my truck, the parts won t be here until 3-8-2024 entire week for a 3-4 hour job, ******* ********if you read the reviews trust me they are true I ve never met these people before in my life I m 3k miles away from home I have no reason to lie or make anything up about this location (Misty is exactly who the reviews say she is very rude and ***prejudiced** individual that should not be at the front helping at any operation,******* trust in believe no one is making these reviews up future truck drivers of any other ethnic don t take your unit to this location very unprofessional but this is what you can get away with when every one is covering every ones bs no one at the corporate office knows, who s in charge, locations forward you to someone who will cover the person or personal that issues is pertaining to its a complete you ve been warned

Parked at Truck stop next to them in a storm. Had light out. Truck stop said try Freightliner. Walked over 2 guys at parts counter 1 with a customer, other no eye contact. After about 5 minutes 2nd guy says "what" asked about my light his answer "dude your screwed" I asked "any suggestions" his reply "told you your screwed". Customer at first parts guy then steps in suggesting other places. 1st parts guy said "Utility across street."Ain't nothing like friendly srrvice!

In the past, they were great. However, this year, they waited until we arrived with our 2003 motorhome to inform us that they no longer service RVs over 10 years old. They couldn't tell us that when we made the appointment and before we used $100 in diesel fuel?We are very disappointed with this new policy and the way they implemented it.

This place was awesome. In and out quickly and great facilities while waiting. The people were friendly and did what they said they would do. Even th new guy in parts was helpful. I have no complaints a all.

very bad truck service, I do not advise anyone to contact them. i brought my truck with def problem. they took the truck away for a week as if they were fixing it and they demand $4000 dollars to take the truck back the problem is not fixed. they don t want to give a written guarantee for their work and what s interesting is that I watch how they work, they take a truck, park it inside the service, and in the evening they couldn t finish the job and that tomorrow it will be ready for sure. and so I lost money all the time and did not get the result

Customer service is horrible, expecting you to sit outside in a tent, unable to keep social distancing away from others. Porta-Potty next to tent. Taking covid-19 the extreme, for employees but not customers

Brian has reached out to me since leaving this review to apologize and offer coaching to the team member. I'll give you guys another shot and hopefully be able to update this review to 5 stars after our next interaction.I called on Tuesday to try to find out compatibility on a couple of hoods between two trucks on behalf of one of my own customers and the person behind the parts counter wouldn't even run the VINs and instead told me "oh no- those two years aren't compatible." My customer was crestfallen as we had put a lot of time and research in to prepping this hood purchase/swap already. If you can't trust the dealer for part information then who can you trust? You literally represent the brand name. The whole thing felt fishy. Well, we decided to call up the Hermiston branch and the guys there took both VINs and checked the replacement part numbers coming up on the two hoods. What do you know- they were the same part number, same hood.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable people. Try their best to accommodate the repairs. I had an emergency breakdown of my truck. Got it fixed well within my schedule time. Very competitive prices for parts. Overall wonderful experience. Keep up the good work guys.

This dealerships service center and bodyshop is definitely one of the best we had the pleasure to deal with. Very professional, knowledgeable with top quality repair work and no surprises.In the past month we have had breakdowns and they have done their best to get us in, repaired and back on schedule as quickly as they possibly could.The service people always keep me informed as to price and timelines. This semi repair shop does not take appointments, which is very challenging for a truck driver. Once they do start working on it there are no guarantees you will have it back in time for your next load delivery. We have had our truck in often over the last 6 months and they have repeatedly said they solved the radiator leak and yet here we are and it's still not solved. Very unhappy.

These guys are always helpful and even though the reason for my visit was a breakdown it was a pleasant experience. My truck gave them all kinds of problems and it took 6 days to fix but I live in the area and was able to stay home. Thank you Scott and Tim and the rest of the crew for all your hard work and friendliness!

Had a rebuilt transmission put in on October 2022. Due to the shop not tightening my universal joints correctly my drive line came loose at the yoke with less than 40k miles on the rebuilt. Had to take my rig to a outside shop to have a new yoke, 2 universal joints, & carrier bearing to the tune of 3k out of pocket. Found out a few days ago when my transmission fully failed on the high side it was due to a shock load on the yoke bearing when the universal joint failed that wasn't properly installed. Freightliner Spokane is refusing to cover the damages due to their failed universal, simply because a non Freightliner shop repaired the drive line due to a 2 week wait. Do not take any major repairs to this shop

Stay away from that place if you care about your feelings and times they will try to invent new rules and laws to keep you there and to charge you more, when you ask the reason and explanation they said take it or leave its up to you , then you feel helpless and bitter because you need justice and rules of the laws.

This is the WORST place to bring your truck. We brought our truck in for what we were made to believe was warranty work. We MEVER signed an actual work order with an estimate on it not received a copy of anything as we were told all good see you. Over a month later received a final notice with an incorrect unit number in it. When we contacted Ryan the service manager he was more than rude. He still to this day has not provided us with a copy of anything. After a lot of back and forth Ryan stop responding after even hanging up on us. The other freightliner came good with their half as they determined it was a dealer to dealer issue. Spokane still will not accept responsibility TERRIBLE place to go

Cool and friendly people. They got my truck repaired in a timely fashion. Pricing is a little high compared to others but I hope that come with your truck getting repaired right every time lol. I would bring my truck here again. They have space for you to drop trailer and let them service your truck. They have a driver lounge with vending machines and a tv. They also have free wifi as well .

$4900 dollars & 2 weeks in a hotel. The same problem resurfaced in less than a day. They were simply guessing. No more Freightliner dealerships for me.In regards to the reply. I've spent $25,000 on repairs at 3 different Freightliner dealerships and hotels since last November. There's nothing to talk about. I've lost faith in Freightliner repair work.

Have been recently financially abused by Nate on the service dept. Issue is related to a $1,092 charge for a third party tow service they hired to bring my truck from the parking next to them. Yes, they charged me $1,092 for less than 50 yards of towing... And it was during business hours on a week day. Initially they said they didn't make money on top of the tow but now they say I can't discuss the cost with the tow company. I don't have a problem on paying for a service, but I am not taking this abuse. I am taking this all the way. Have sent an email including all managers. Let's see how far they want to take it.

Gary, the Frieghtliner front desk manager got my truck in that night. He was a little overwhelmed when I got there, but stayed calm and professional. He was very patient, as I was with him, knowing that most every business is under staffed. Kevin, a real go getter mechanic fixed my truck before they closed at 11pm, I really appreciate you guys for doing what you do. I hope all customers who come through remain patient and understanding. Frieghtliner at this location I highly recommend, everyone is friendly, and working as fast as they can to get everyone back on the road.

10-star service. Got us in right away to diagnose, Scott our service writer overnighted the part and told us exactly what to expect. We were traveling in motorhome with family of 7 and they went over the top and allowed us to stay in the parking lot. Roger (I think was technician s name) was very kind and understanding to our situation of urgency and had us in and out faster than expected. Highly recommend this shop.
