These people have always treated me with the utmost respect and done very good work to my vehicles. Lonnie is an excellent mechanic and spends more time and effort on his work than any human being ever should. I'm glad I can sleep at night knowing that they will have me taken care of and look after my vehicles better than the ones they own. Rates and time are always great, I can walk in and they'll have something figured out for me, and use their own time to get what I would like to have done on THEIR PERSONAL TIME. I'd like someone to point me out any high end dealership that would put forth the same effort and time consumption for you. 10/10 would recommend

Wow!! Great mechanics,, always get me in the same day, or next day! Quality work at a very fair price, also they always give me a loaner car to take for as long as I need, and if they do not have one available, they give me a ride home, and pick me up when complete,, several times the price has been Less than the quoted estimate, even though Lonnie ended up doing More work! One time my work truck broke down, and Kristin brought the part i needed to me and fixed my truck right on the spot!!Been going there for a year,, and will continue to support local small business's.

I brought my car here and got different repairs done on my car and got my engine rebuilt after my engine over heat. This is a great shop with honest fair prices and great work. The 3 employee's that work there go above and beyond what s required of them. I won t take my car anywhere else. Not 1 shop in Spokane will do for u what they will. We have had a quite a bit of work done on our jeep recently. Finish line quoted half the price that the dealership wanted. We've had suspensions rods, Cv joints, and new tires put on for under $1000. The customer service is by far the best I've experienced in spokane. I mean, what mechanic drops your car off to you, at work, and has it washed! We will not be taking our cars anywhere else in spokane. You've got a customer for life in us!

Will always bring my vehicle s to finish line. Sent my son there when he was having car trouble, he s 17 and not very knowledgeable about prices and things mechanical on his car. They gave him a great price and treated him like a grown man. We love them and will always go back.

Do not bring your car here. Brought mine in for a fuel pump, and ended up needing a spot welded in my chassis as well, and they said they could also do the welding. The weld failed about a week after I got my car back, I took it to another shop, had it fixed, picked up the car, drove home, put a new bumper on, and left to drive to a car meet and the fuel pump they replaced went out. My car was at Finish Line for about 2 MONTHS and a week later both repairs failed, to which the owners response was "I didn't do that work on your car". Raven fabrication finished my car in three days, and I'll be replacing the fuel pump myself, which should take a few hours at most. I wouldn't even go here for an oil change

Kristen and Lonnie Clark are running a top notch auto repair shop here for sure. This shop is clean, organized, secure and fully updated. Upon entering the lobbyI immediately noticed that they have a lovely waiting area including a pool table and a comfortable couch as well as TV they also have clean restrooms and adequate space for multiple parties the lot is well-lit they have razor wire fence that protects all vehicles that are locked inside the perimeter overnight it's also on the main road that is frequently driven by Spokane Police Department this is a fairly new business but they are building this business day by day customer by customer my stepfather is a tugboat engineer and I'm pretty handy with a wrench I rarely ever take my vehicles to a shop unless absolutely necessary whether it be for skills outside of my ability or lack of tools or complex problem that requires diagnosis in this case I was having difficulty reinstalling new oil cooler lines on my Chevy truck I have a storage unit right next door so when leaked I had no choice but to take my truck to a shop Finish Line happen to be next door I got checked in the next morning my truck was worked on before lunch and I got it back in the afternoon completed completed unfortunately even the best mechanics have to redo things occasionally let me make this clear the Chevy pickup trucks with built-in oil cooler and transmission cooler in the radiator have Supply and return line that click together with a plastic clip and a series of O-rings when they are compromised they leak terribly and they're hard to install properly at least when I was done with it it leaked after they reassembled it the best thing about these people are their work ethic and their dedication to customer service I brought my truck back pointed out the week bitminer it was put on the lift and immediately repaired again unfortunately at least again not their fault by Design This system does not work very well in general well-known so on 3rd go round my truck had to be towed back to the shop because the snap clip popped off while I was driving at about 40 miles per hour play oil pump immediately almost completely pumped out all the oil in my Chevy 350 V8 when I pulled off the road I had a huge stream of oil on the ground under the truck all the way in to a stop then the rest of what was in there leaked out into a gigantic puddle while I waited for them to come pick me up it was about 10 at night Lonnie was bucking hay on a farm finish that went and got a flatbed pickup truck came and met me where I was at and towed my truck to the shop at about 11 at night we also had to transport my utility trailer which I had with me so the third time in the shop Lonnie made it custom flared fitting and installed a small chunk of high-pressure tubing bypassing the factory setup and ultimately sealed these oil cooler lines permanently have not had a problem since this repair cost me less than $140 all three times in the shop I only paid for the first couple hours for the first attempt Lonnie and I also did a little bit of bartering together in exchange for some additional services I had some parts that he wanted and a valuable toolI'm also from Western Washington and not familiar with any mechanics in this area and had to choose them because they were directly next door I couldn't drive my truck more than a few hundred feet with an extensive oil leak right past the oil pump so it was just by chance that I ended up at Finish Line just by chance I found a great business that is honest provides excellent service installs parts from Napa Auto PartsI have not had an oil leak since and I have not had to continually buy oil week after week to keep my engine topped off money also did a full inspection on my truck and gave me an itemized check list of what services I was needing and which ones were complete giving me a clear idea of how much my maintenance is going to cost in the near future I found this to be a very valuable tool for budgeting they even offered to put me up since I'm from out of town.

This hard working bunch of alcoholics who will do what it takes to rip you off. Lonnie's short sighted troubleshooting will leave you in a money pit. If you want an over priced oil change, this is the place. If you need more than simple repairs I suggest you find another mechanic.
