You need to fix your hours, just drove 60 miles to get here an hour before you are listed on here to close (6pm), on your door it is listed as 4pm and if I call the number on the door it lists close at 8pm.Apparently 4pm is close time if anyone is curious. What a waste of a trip.Fix the hours, I fix the review.

Our check engine light came on while we were traveling through Montana to Coeur d'Alene Idaho. Called Cummins and got an appointment. The diagnosed the problem. Ordered a part that arrived the next day. Fixed our motorhome. Brian, the Service Advisor that helped us, was absolutely outstanding. Would highly recommend this place for your motorhome repairs

Our generator spontaneous stopped working and they got us in within a few days. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to order the correct parts the same day. The hookups were fantastic and kept us cool during the heat especially since we fulltime.Within two days our coach was back up and running. They were great about communicating and even fabricated a new exhaust pipe for us.I was so stressed and they helped take all that away! We are so thankful for the wonderful service we recieved. If we have any future generator problems we will definitely come back here.

The staff at the front desk were courteous. This is the issue I have, I took my RV to get the heater fixed it was not working and smoking. I had to drive two hours to get this worked on. I drove two hours to pick it up and was told it was fixed to spec. Get the RV home and it was not fixed and still smoking, same problem I took it in for. I called and talked with the service manager and was told, if I paid the bill I was satisfied with the service. Then they told me it was old and needed replaced. The best part is on my bill it states it was fixed to spec. Common sense says, you don't drive four hours, pay to have something fixed, think it is fixed correctly, get home and it is not fixed. I would have had a new one put in if someone would have told me that is what was needed. Will not be taking anything to them again. Very unsatisfied.

I was losing antifreeze, but it wasn't hitting the ground and you could smell it at the exhaust. First thing I was thinking was my EGR was going. I started thinking about an overhaul. My truck has 820k miles on it. I called the Cummins close to home in NC. They acted like they didn't have time to talk to me. Told me it would be at least three weeks to get me in and another 3 or 4 to do the work. I also asked about what an overhaul was running now. They just said 50k plus and was ready to get off the phone. I called this Cummins dealer. I told Dale what was going on. He told me he could get me in the middle of the next week. When I asked him about the overhaul. He took his time and told me about the different overhaul kits and prices. Never not once making me feel like he wanted to get off the phone. Well it turned out it was just my dozer hose. I also had them fix some airleaks and they replaced an exhaust sensor that was starting to give some false readings. They did great work in a timely manor. When I do get ready to do an overhaul. I will be back to this dealer instead of the one that is close to home in Kenly, NC.

On Oct 29, 2020 I picked up my coach from Cummins Sales and Service Northwest in Spokane. I was given quote for Air Bag replacement and the time frame for repairs, which they had a delay in parts but still managed to hit deadline. I would highly recommend Cummins Sales and Service to everyone. They were very polite, knowledgeable and keep me up to date with progress on my coach. They also have onsite RV parking with full service hookups, very clean and well maintained place. I cannot say enough excellent things about the service I received from Cummins Sales and Service Northwest in Spokane. Thank you all very much :)

Wont accept return on part purchased within 2 weeks with unopened factory seal. Per Cummins manufacturer page and hotline they are required to accept. Unprofessional would give 0 stars if I could as this is not the first time.

We took our Motor home here on a Monday after talking to the "service advisor". Our hydraulic fan is running on high all of the time. This was explained to the advisor. We explained our house was sold and we were trying to finish packing and leave by the Friday. We were told it would cost $450.00 for the diagnostic to determine the problem. He said to bring it and they would do their best to work us in. My husband asked to be kept informed of things going on. On Tuesday late afternoon we had not heard anything, so my husband called. Oh we are going to get you in first thing in the morning. Wednesday came and went and we heard absolutely nothing. Early Thursday morning my husband called. A different fella answered the phone. So when asked about the coach he said oh I'm sorry. Our mechanic is in Pullman and we hope he'll be back this evening. We're gonna start first thing in the morning. So to be clear, you have not started on my coach. Nope not yet. So in about 10 minutes we called back. Our advisor answered and said, " Oh we are working on it right now." My husband said " I don't think so." the fella said " Excuse me?" Again my husband said " I don't think so. I'm on my way to get my coach." This man just FLAT OUT LIED to us. When we got there we got our keys. Nothing was said to us wondering why we were leaving. Our coach had not been moved from the place my husband parked it. Please be careful. Probably best if you can be there to talk to them when getting updates and or info on work being done. We are 100 miles from this business or my husband would have been in checking on our coach.

The service was great, dealing with Dale was great, when I got the truck back it was low on anti freeze. Hose clamps were loose leaking anti freeze and one wasn't even tightened, another was tightened at such an odd angle it will make it difficult to undo if it has to be worked on again. I should have gone over the truck thoroughly before I left...

I am very impressed with the service and professionalism with this repair venue. From the time I made my appointment until I was escorted out of the service bay and down the road they were completely professional. I was met at the service desk and escorted to my assigned bay; they had two spotters designated to assist me in driving the rig into the bay, which was 12 feet wide, 80 feet long, and 16 feet tall. In 1.5 hours they had the genset pulled from the RV and told me they would have an answer before end of business day. They did, and it was repaired and ready to pick up the following day. Every person working there projected the attitude that they were glad you were there, and they were there to help. When I returned, it was the same drill in reverse, escorted into the bay, genset installed with no delay, a complete review of the problem including showing the faulty part, and then offered a choice to wait for the paperwork, or they would mail, fax or email it to me, and all covered by warranty. I was then provided with the escort spotters to leave the bay and I was on my way. What a great experience!

Beyond Amazing!! This crew out there, its really hard to put into words how awesome these guys are. They helped us out in a time when our family had received some really bad news and could not afford to fix our rv. I will never forget this act of kindness from people who did not know us. In a time with so much going on and so many businesses struggling it really says a lot for this team of amazing people. They have my business for life! Thank you!

These guys dont want to work on your truck if you're single owner op like myself. They cater to big companies like system transport or coach repair. In my experience these guys are just parts changers they will try to sell you part instead of diagnosing problem.

Unreal. Terrible attitude right from the get go. Just wanted to buy fleetguard(cummins own brand)oil filters, fuel filters, air filters etc from them for my 5.9 12v. Not only did they not know what filter from their own brand their most popular/most well known engine used, but they left me on hold for 5 min randomly without telling me so they could figure it out. I don't care if it was their first day on the job(u should know this stuff on day 1), it was the terrible attitudes of both parts kids that made me leave my first ever review of wa business or anything for that matter.Later on I called peterbilt, they were so accommodating it was nearly comical. They didn't even stock fleetguard but said they'd do it just for me! Hahaha! They also said they'd get a representative out in hayden so I didn't have to travel to spokane! All with a great attitude and a level of customer service level that literally made me laugh with joy whilst speaking with them.Cummins spokane doesn't gave the worst customer service ever, but their barely below dmv level in the parts department at this point. Call peterbilt, awesome guys down there

Do not use this company for parts. Called to have a part set a side for an emergency repair. Showed up just before 5pm and they are closed. Google shows they are open till 6pm and their phone system states they are open till 8pm. Parts guy never said anything about closing early.drove over 2 hours round trip.
