Overall, I was so pleased with the final product. Thank you to thebody technicians that did the repair! Staff was helpful during the process which turned out it didn't take as long as anticipated. Greg explained clearly the work needed to be done, plus he made sure I was kept in formed through it all. Katie is right there for us customers. She juggled appointments without a glitch. I highly recommend this Crash Champions location if your vehicle needs body work done.

The crash champions team on E Main are great. They do an amazing job and are friendly, reasonable, and keep you in the loop. They get the job done in a reasonable amount of time and usually are done before the estimated date. I appreciate everything they have done for us.

I called about 5 places to get an estimate after my accident, the person on the other end here was by far the most helpful. I got an appointment set up later this week even without insurance claim number. If their customer service is anything like their actual service, I feel like I'm in good hands. Kudos to whoever answered the phone here, its been a frustrating process to find someone and you made it easy.

Crash Champions are amazing. I mean no one plans to be in car accident but unfortunate circumstances like this happen. To make a long story short in the whole city this guys were the fastest one to get me in despite the delay in shipment of parts across the country got my car back in a pretty decent amount of time and I was short of words. Could not believe that it was ever in a crash. The before and after photos were clear as day. I was very appreciative of the service and I would most likely recommend them to anyone else.

Wonderful experience! Greg provided an itemized estimate of repairs after a thorough inspection of the damages and an in depth discussion with me. Repairs took place as scheduled and my car looked good as new! I couldn t be happier with the professionalism, service, and friendliness at Crash Champions located at 34 E. Main Ave in Spokane.

Oh, boy. What can I say? I cannot express enough how amazing these guys are. I was in two accidents within the same month. Both times, These guys did an amazing job! Not only were they sympathetic that I am a bad driver (Not really the weather was terrible and no amount of safe driving I did, I still was in an accident). The first accident was a deer hit and run, he ran and I was left with the damages. The second was a slide off the road and saved by a tree. The tree prevented me from rolling on the steep incline. Both were within the same month, I had literally gotten my vehicle back from the first repairs and two days later slid off the road. I only have pictures of my vehicle from the first incident, the second I was too devastated to get them. Either way, both times the guys at River City Body & Paint did an amazing job. They called me throughout the work to give me updates so that I was fully aware of the length it would take and what steps still needed to be complete. It was like I was working with them, I really like that.

Had a previous visit with a diffrent vehicle and was very happy at that visit , they are friendly , efficient with the intake process, were great at keeping me aware of were they were iim the repair process , over all I'm very happy with the out come and would recommend them to others

They do not take cash payments and are incredibly condescending. I'm sure the works fine, but the people are awful. I'd spend your money anywhere else.

We were referred to River City by our mechanic at Preedy's. They worked flawlessly with our insurance company and did a fantastic job restoring our Ford Expedition. Great customer service and would gladly use them again.

Crash Champions on main street in downtown Spokane are amazing people to work with. They not only did an excellent job on my repair, they also kept me informed through texts and personal phone calls letting me know the status of my vehicle. This felt like a bait and switch. The antenna on the top of our SUV struck a garage door and slightly damaged the roof. The advisor gave us an estimate of $642 to straighten (pop out) the roof and replace the antenna. He indicated it might require painting which would be more. He didn t say anything about possibly costing twice as much. A few days later we received a call that the antenna was on but that the antenna doesn t fit flush. The advisor said that when they put water on it it didn t leak. He asked what we wanted to do? My thought was what about 60 mph in a rainstorm, are you kidding me with checking for a leak by pouring water on it? This was the first indication to me that there might be problems with this shop. We of course told them to fix it correctly so that it is like it was before. Our ultimate charge was $1288 before taxes. Interestingly, there is a Washington law that states you can t be charged more than 110% of the estimate. Our final charge was just $60 less than what is allowed by law. I don t believe in coincidences.We had another car repaired here 15 years ago when the name was River City Body and Paint. They were honest, fair and did wonderful work and they had a great reputation. We went to Crash Champions because of our prior experience with River City Body and Paint. In trying to be fair to the company, I thought it might just be an inexperienced estimator/advisor. However, when I spoke with one of the people in charge she supported what the advisor/estimator did. Caveat emptor Service: Body & Trim

Worst experience! Went for small dent repair, they also had to pull / reinstall windsheild. All this was estimated for 3-5 days, well 14 days later the vehicle was done. Upon picking up vehicle, there was debris under the paint, over spray on gasketing, tonneau cover and a new 3/16" diameter paint chip. They scheduled a warranty repair to redo, 1 day went to 2. Upon picking up, in the dark, the paint felt smooth. There was mud on the floor board and dirty hand prints in the headliner and glue on the rear window. Several days later during a few frozen rainy days, I opened the passenger door and water flowed out, the windsheild was not installed correctly and water flowed inside the vehicle. I call Crash Champions and they told me to call their window company they contracted for the work. 2 calls later, they never picked up the phone, why I had call and they did manage the warranty claim, no idea, they don't care. I then contacted my insurance company and we found a different glass company to replace the windshield for another $811. It took days and labor to remove the interior of the vehicle to dry thoroughly. I contacted Crash Champions corporate office and they "took my information" but never heard back. I would avoid Crash Champions at all costs.Service: Body & Trim
