We took our 2 trucks for repair and they did an excellent job on both! The associates were very professional and courteous. They were able to get both of our trucks in and in a timely manner. We received them back quickly as well. Highly recommend this shop!

I took my car here after a deer ran right into the side of me. They did a superb job fixing it, made it look like new again. When I got it back it was even shinier than it had ever been. Didn't expect that part, definitely a nice surprise. Highly recommend Craig's for any body work you need done.

I had an excellent experience with Craig's for the repair of my car. The quality of the work is excellent..............the car looks new! Juan was an excellent support throughout the work, providing regular updates and reaching out with additional support. He even offered to check my tires on the other vehicle that I was driving, when the recent cold snap caused my sensors to go whacky and register false information...............very helpful!

Work done on my F150 was done to perfection. Truck looks like new. Juan was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He answered all my questions and kept me advised through the process. Highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship and according to their projected time table. Additionally they let me know I had a bad battery concerning which I had no idea. This is 2 days before single digit and sub zero temps came to Spokane for a week. I would have been dead in the water(or ice:D) had I not known. Thank you Craig s!

Been a customer for years and have always been totally satisfied with their work! I have even stopped by for advice for a problem and they have went out of their way to help me-Case in point,today I stopped by to have them look at a window seal problem and they fixed it on the spot! No charge! They even give excellent referrals for dent repair! I will continue to take my business to them still!

My insurance company told me he's holding my car hostage and refuses to release it to me after he totaled it. Two other shops disagree with his appraisal of damages. Do not ever use this shop it came highly recommended and I'm extremely disappointed. He's changed the total of the prices twice to equal the amount of the appraisal from the insurance company. Thievery. My attorney advised me to leave this review. Be very wary of this shop.

I can't say enough about the good group of people that they have working down there.They were pretty busy at the time that I came in to see them, but Juan still got my truck in and got it out in a great time. The workmanship was fabulous and looks completely brand new.Thank you Juan and staff for your outstanding work!

I had 2 accidents in the same week, and Eric made the whole process so easy and just completely took everything over so I wouldn t have to worry so much, he kept me updated throughout the whole time my car was in the shop! Amazing service and they make sure to really take care of you and your vehicle. Honestly recommending them to everyone I know in Spokane!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Excellent work. I mean TOP NOTCH! Consistent communication during the repair. They go above and beyond every time. They detail my car and provide extras like buffing out cloudy headlamps at no extra charge. Super friendly and helpful!

I highly recommend Craig's for autobody repairs. The repairs are flawless and my car looks brand new. Plus the customer service was top notch - Jose always kept me in the loop and kept tabs on the insurance company throughout the whole process. Plus they cleaned my car, which was such a nice surprise. They really went above and beyond.

Juan handled the scheduling and work on my work vehicle. He did an amazing job of minimizing the amount of time my vehicle was out of service, which is critical for a small business like mine. Thanks to everyone at Craigs Automotive Collision Center who took part in getting the work done well and on time. Juan even worked with the company who recently installed our brand new vehicle wrap I was also damaged in the accident, and got it back in service as quick as possible. Not enough stars to rate this shop. After repairs at Craig s, I would never use another. The quality of service, customer support and overall concern was amazing. My car was finished before I expected and you could not tell the difference between the new paint and the original ten year old paint job.

Chose Craig's because of third ratings, and all I can say is OMG they are amazing. Took my damaged Prius In gave them insurance information, and they had started their research for parts before I got out the front door!!! I asked if there was any way I could get it back in 8 days. They told.me they would try real hard. Two days later they call and tell me I can pick it up at the end of the day. Way to under promise and over deliver.The work looks great, the car was cleaner then I left it. I can't say enough. Hope you never need it, but if you do Craig's are is an excellent choice.

They did an amazing job on my Cadillac CTS4. They used all genuine GM parts and came in well under the estimate. She looks better than the day I bought her. Thanks Craig's!!!

Craig's did a great job fixing my wife's car! They handled all communication with with the other drivers insurance, Made sure that the other insurance paid for original parts, kept to the timeline they promised and did a detailed job of fixing the car. I would recommend them to anyone who needs car repairs.

Great experience, great staff, great work...fair price!Will never go anywhere else! After I called many places the guys here were the only ones to take a minute and try to help me. I needed a simple remove and replace of my grill on my Chrysler 300 and they knew exactly what I needed done. The phone estimate was right on when I picked up the car. What I paid was half the price other places said...MAACO was 4 times the cost of these guys fyi. They in my opinion did good honest work at a fair price! I will reccomend them to every person needing the services they provide without hesitation!

Best experience with a repair shop ever! Not only was the work first rate, but my vehicle was returned squeaky clean and a day earlier than anticipated. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!
