I love Costco. I love the staff who are very friendly. And I love the services they provide in the guarantees they make.The only time I hated Costco was during Covid and the mask mandates. Other than that I have always had great experiences at the various Costco say visit.This particular time I had to switch my snow to my summer tires and they helped with that for a very reasonable price.Thank you Costco for providing the best service around.

Definitely the WORST experience I've had at a tire center. I ordered tires online and made an appointment to have my tires put on. I show up and the line was incredibly long. They have people dropping off, picking up, buying tires, and asking general questions all in the same line. No organization or anything. I finally drop my car off and explain I want my new tires put on the rims in my trunk and to have that set put on my car, my old wheels will just go into the back of my car. Only 30 minutes after I leave I get a call that they have my car but need me to answer some questions before they start. I'm not sure what's confusing about putting new winter tires on my car and taking my summer wheels off. I spend the next 20 minutes calling the store. I got hung up on twice and otherwise it just rang and rang. Finally, they call me and tell me my car is done. I ask about the voicemail and the employee has no idea what I'm talking about. I have zero confidence in the work done at this location. No communication, no organization. Just an incredibly stressful day dealing with them. I will never go here for tires again.

They will NOT MOUNT ANYTHING THAT IS NOT FACTORY - I bought replacement tires to match the tires I already had on my truck. I called to confirm that they will work, checked the pricing and got an appointment.After waiting 3 weeks, I get there 20 minutes early and spend that time waiting in a long line with only a single register open. I hand off my keys and get a call from Scott, 40 minutes later that I won t mount these because they are too big and heavy and you have aftermarket wheels so it s just not what we do here that would ve been nice to know BEFOREHAND when I called and verified everything and wasted 2+ hours driving and waiting here.TLDNR: the business model is: if it s easy then they will do it. If they don t feel like it, they wont. Except first, they will wast your time.

You simply can't beat Costco's prices, but when you match that up with their incredible service in the tire department, you just can't go wrong when buying that new set of tires. Nobody budgets for tires, but Costco makes that hit a lot less painful with their discount options.

Richard balanced the rear tires on my 65 mustang and did a fantastic job. WAY better now, after TireRama and Discount tire weren't able to do it. Thanks! Highly recommend.

I've been a customer for more than 10 years with this store. Last week, I had them installed my winter tires--on the way home, the TPMS signal started to show. The next day I went back to ask them. They just spent 2 minutes and told me that it must be a dead battery. Then, I went to Les Schwab on Regal. The guy there checked inside of my winter tire and found that the sensor was destroyed--apparently due to the change of the winter tires at Costco. They didn't charge me one cent for this check and printed a report for me to go back to Costco. Then this issue was fixed by Costco in half an hour. I wasted several hours and trips back and forth due to this mistake and I didn't even receive a Sorry! All they told me is "sometimes it happens" !

Owning a business knowing customer service is key especially in todays world Costco tire center is exactly opposite. These guys are the most rude I have experienced in years at any business in Spokane!!! I ll make sure never walk in that tire center EVER AGAIN! Words spread far and I m seeing a trend with a lot people and their reviews. I would take a hard look and get someone in there to get more training before it gets out of hand .

Just terrible, over two hours for a tire swap,At least 5 technicians and only two vehicles on lifts. My pickup sat on the lift for an hour and a half with no wheels and tires on it. And no one doing much at all. I will not return, discount tire could have turned through 20 rigs in the amount of time these guys did 2.

We had a suprise flat when got done shopping at 7 on a friday night. I believe the gentleman that helped us out was named Roland, and without hesitation he hopped out to help fill the tire then he asked if we had time and he could take a look at it for us. got it fixed and we were back on our way in less than 30 min. Definately will remember this experience next time i need tire work done.

Honestly don t waste your time. You spend more time waiting for someone to show up at the counter to help you, then hope they have time to fit you in, and finally hope they don t change the price after they have told you one price already. You aren t saving enough for the headache and stress they create in your life.

They had great service here years ago. At the time (2017) they had a female manager & they got my rotation done in 20 minutes.

We had a busted tire that was unrepairable and had to go back to the west side of the state. Rick and his team worked for an hour to find us the tires we needed and had them on in record time. They are the place to go for good customer service and to help you out when in need.

Picked out my tires online and then tried to call to order and get an appointment.No answer so I went in person and boy there of course was a line....no wonder why they can't answer!!! .The line went nice and fast,the salesmen were considerate,patient and very helpful.I got my appointment,tires ordered and gas on my way out.LOVE COSTCO!!!!!

I love getting tires from Costco! They almost always have a special on one brand or another going on. The service is usually pretty decent.My only gripe is they never answer their phone and when I ordered tires off their website this time they never called to let me know they were in. Otherwise always had great service!

As far as pricing goes, Costco beats the following--TireRama, Les Schwab, Discount Tires, and Sam's Club--at least in Spokane. I had new tire installation, so I didn't have to deal with "service" but given the incentives that exist with Costco tires that I saw, they are on par with any in town and don't think anything would be radically different from the competition.I got the Michelin Premier A/S + H installed including taxes. $587. Period. Comparable pricing was 763 as the next cheaper option in town from one of the four mentioned above. Was done in under an hour.

The pricing on their tires is fair and the warranty it's great but their service is lacking. Sometimes when you call they will not answer the phone until you call back 5 times then they will finally answer. Don't bother leaving a message because they won't call you back

My husband ordered set of 4 tires here in store. Greg with the red beard asked to look at the truck, my husband told him we didnt have the truck with us, and that the current tires are cracked making it unsafe to drive. Greg did not ask any other questions about the truck. However my husband asked if these tires would have a suitable load range for a Chevy 3/4 ton truck, Greg said yes, no problem. Today 11 days later my husband shows up for his install appointment and tire center manager Greg walks out looks at the truck and says nope, we cant install these tires on this truck because "its a true 3/4 ton" and has 8 lug hubs instead of 6. My husband asked why didnt red beard Greg ask about the lugs when my husband was in store buying the tires and was nit given a straight answer from anyone, not even an offer to make it right or order a appropriate set of tires. Manager Greg even acted like he wasnt going to refund the money. Costco tire center wasted 11 days of his time because the tire center employees arent properly trained. This whole debacle could have been avoided if red beard Greg would have asked some simple to answer questions. He ended up driving over to Bucks tires on w mallon and got the same tires installed the same day, no wait. We will never trust North Spokane Costco tire center with any of our vehicles again. If you are looking for great tires at a great price without the costco headache take your vehicle to Bucks on 900 W Mallon

Tried to call and order tires 6 times with no answer. Finally purchased tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. They confirmed the appointment but never said they hadn t gotten the tires. When I arrived at my appointment they advised the tires weren t there. If you re going to confirm an appointment, maybe, just maybe you should see if the tires are there. Thanks for wasting my time.

Amazing customer service(Rosie deserves a bonus for her phenomenal customer relations)!!!and great prices! May have to wait a bit longer than other places for mounting(to be fair, first snow of the season so probably a bit busier than norm) but I'm shopping anyhow, so not a big deal.

A huge thank you to Jeremy from the Spokane valley tire department!My daughter and I had finished shopping at the Valley store just before closing Friday night. When we got to my truck we discovered we had a flat tire :(As I was dropping the spare one of the lot attendants asked if he could help by getting someone from the tire shop, I said sure but figured they had all gone home as it was now 8:30pm. Jeremy from their shop came out in street clothes, took one look at the factory jack and asked if I wanted him to get their floor jack, I accepted and he was back in a few minutes. I had removed all but two lugs nuts and as he jacked up the truck I dropped the flat and threw on the spare.With Jeremy's help with the jack my tire was changed in the time it would have taken me to get the stupid factory jack set up and lifted the truck.Thanks again Jeremy!

Haven't been able to get a rep on the line called in 5 times today all never answered and no voicemail system already purchased tires online making it very difficult to get them installed. Update the rep broke my audi wheel cap and tried blaming me saying it was already broke when I came in what a joke.

3 stars for best prices however if it weren't for my husband, I would spend the money elsewhere for 100% lack in customer service. Please hire someone to ONLY stand a the front desk and answer the phone. They do not answer the phones and it will be at least a 2 hour wait without one.

Ordered tires sent there and paid for installation. They won't work with people who can't wear masks. They won't even pick up the phone now that we have to send the tires back!

They were honest about not being able to fix my tire w a nail in it. Ended up doing it myself w a repair kit from an auto parts store. UPDATE went back for air pressure check which never happened because they had me wait outside their doors for someone to help but that never happened.

Basically the guy didn't want to really help me buy atv tires from Costco even when I told him the tires I liked from them. Kept pushing me online.This store just lost my tire business on all my vehicles.
