These guys are awesome. They got me right in. They also recognized that the wheels I picked had different ways they could go and asked how I would like them to go. They were very respectful and helpful. Even the guy in khaki pants jumped in and helped witch in my eyes shows good leadership.

Went to Commercial Tire on N Fancher in Spokane to get winter tires swapped outNoticed serious brake problem on the way there and asked them to check . I was expecting to take the vehicle elsewhere as CT doesn't really do brake work but they not only found the problem (leaking brake line) but fixed it! Great experience!

These guys did a fantastic job getting a problematic set of tires balanced using their Road Force option. I thought Hankook tires were a quality tire but regret purchasing them because they were nearly impossible to get balanced. Tony and the guys were my 6th attempt, and frankly the last type of balancing I could think of to try. I had heard of road force balancing over the years but thought it was more of a marketing gimmick, boy was I wrong. I previously tried two different types of balancing beads, balancing liquid, nothing at all, and traditional lead weights prior to the road force. No other approach was remotely acceptable, presumably due to low quality control on the tire manufacturing. At any rate, every employee I interacted with was friendly, the price was competitive, and the results by far exceed all other attempts. I m so glad I called these guys, and will be back in the future.

I can t speak to the quality of their work, but I felt like I was being scammed on the phone for sure. I called in to describe the basic work I needed performed and he starts ratting off different prices for each step in the process. I politely stop him and tell him I don t have a calculator and just need the total per tire to keep it simple. He gives me a price, and I clarify that it s that price Total for everything per tire. He confirms it is. I then ask him about a less laborious task on the front tires which he quotes me a higher price for! When I ask about the discrepancy, he is forced to admit the previous price he quoted me was in fact NOT the total. I will never do business with a company who is unethical in their practices to get customers in the door with one price expectation, only to surprise them with another price after the service has been performed.

Isaiah is incredibly kind and helpful, really went the extra mile to help me out. Most of the other shops would not have done what he did to help, so I truly appreciate his help. Incredible service throughout, would definitely recommend and plan on coming back whenever I need tire service.

I ended up going to a different tire shop that had my unique size in stock but these guys were very helpful. They checked multiple warehouses and had a very affordable same day offer for me. If I didn't need the tire right away I absolutely would have gone with these guys and I recommend them 100% based on their excellent customer service and knowledge!

Excellent service from these guys! Took the time to understand my needs and did a great job. They packed up my tires in plastic to protect my wife's car, and were nice to my 6 year old in letting him check out some huge industrial tires. Nice work!

Tony and his crew do a great job for us. We buy a few tires a year from them and have no complaints. If you need excellent service and a great buy I would recommend Commercial Tire in Spokane.

Had four new tires mounted that I had bought from Tire Rack. They did the job in well under an hour for a very reasonable price.
