Jake, thank you so much! Called they got me in as I m pulling in! Replace the coolant hose cleaned out where everything had exploded Amazing service and provided an iPhone charger for me and popcorn for my boy! These guys are top-notch! Without you guys, I would have been stuck somewhere else getting ripped off probably! If you re looking for someone to take care of you, these are the boys!

Thank you guys so much for being patient with my truck window motor replacement on my 2020 Ram 1500. You gave me a great deal & my truck is back to "normal" again. I even appreciated the temporary fix that helped out during the wait for the part/repair. Highly recommend you guys. Thank you for the honest & great service!

Called this shop on a Wednesday morning. Told them having electrical issue. They said bring up truck. They called me in 2 hours and said truck is ready. I was expecting 200-300$ bill. Got up there they said reset all sensors and truck is good to go at no charge. It blew me away. You just don't find that kind of service these days. They are now my new shop

Just had my winter tires put on. I read a majority of the reviews and my experience falls into the great category. I received an excellent price, service was done within the timeframe given, customer service was just fine and what you'd expect from a local family run shop. I had no problems, I would definitely go back. Mike (pretty sure that was his name) did the mounting, balancing etc. he was friendly, thorough and went over details with me. It's a family run business and they're doing a great job.

Amazing place, let me start off with the customer service and friendlyness. First time in, Baring went out on my car at 2 Am Sunday morning, I was close to their shop. So, I limped to their parking lot, slept in my car till morning. Woke up, I knew they saw me outside didn t treat me some type of way even asked if I was ok( I looked scrubby to). Thinking this was a wallet nightmare, they didn t sell me anything I didn t need. Safe to say they got Old Lassie back up on her feet at an amazing price. Also, With quick service. Then, I Had a problem today, (car was shaking while just holding my break in place) they made a suggestion, I countered with what I thought might have been the problem. They eased my mind by checking my concerns I had with my car, then they fixed my problem with their original suggestion(which was the solution). Safe to say they Tuned my car up perfectly, Im as happy as I can be, so much so, I m already planning my third appointment for the future.Thanks guys.

The best customer service, great prices and great parts! Helped me with my truck for a week until the problems were all fixed and they were always willing to try something else and find out what was going on. Very quick with service as well. Definitely will be using them for anything car or truck problems.

Peter is a Rockstar!! Long story short, I had taken my car to a different shop to get my brakes checked out. A pressing matter was conveyed to me but that shop is not open on weekends so I decided to choose Clark's to get the work done. Upon taking my car in to Clark's, Peter let me know that the part the other shop reported as leaking was, in fact, in good shape and no replacement was necessary. Turns out part of my back brakes just needed to be readjusted. I know very little about cars and rely on mechanics to be honest about what needs to be done. This shop has proven themselves to me and Clark's will now be my go-to shop! 5 stars

Dropped car of at 9am to get snow tires put on, was told it was going to 1.5 hours, called at 1:30 was told my car was up next. Called back 4pm (they close at 5), still not ready. Not even 3 min later, I get a call that my car was done. So apparently, getting up from the chair to verify is too much.Walk over to get my car. During the transaction, I ask how the tread on my regular tires are. "They are fine, the guys would've told me if something was wrong" get in my car and notice my back seat lacks the tires. Husband goes in to see what is up. The gentleman that worked on my car brought out the tires to show. Apparently, the guy at the desk claims he didn't realize those were the tires I was talking about. Not impressed with the lack of communication. The tires are on, just not happy about the communication.

I called clarks after I had someone else replace my thermostat and my car wouldn't stay running/idling, and my brakes were barely working. I told them I could hear hissing from one of the lines/hoses under the hood and I suspected they didn't put one on all the way. He said to drop off the car and they'd look at it. He called a couple of hours later said it was fixed. When I showed up I was expecting them to overcharge me like most mechanics like to do with women. Lol. When I asked how much I owed he told me there was no charge. I really couldn't believe it. I knew it wasn't a difficult job, but still took their time nonetheless. Just shows there are still honest decent people out there. Thank you. Will be doing all my mechanical problems with them in the future.

Bad service the web says they close at 6 I went there at 5:00 pm and they told me there closed and I can come by in the morning to get my tire fixed so we going somewhere else at least the little girl working the front desk was nice

This was by far the worst service I've ever experienced anywhere!! My car sat for 3 days being told "oh we will get to it", finally work started, I didn't receive a quote, they started the work before running the price by me, I had to call multiple times to even get any sort of answer and had to pry a price out of Justin. When I showed up at the store my car was still on the rack, the technician told Justin, that he was putting the inner and outer tie rod ends on and would be done. I requested an alignment as well so I doubt that service was done. I will now have to go elsewhere to double check my specs. Also when I told Justin I would like to pay I presented a coupon and was told that he wouldn't honor it because the services that I had done aren't what they cover on the coupon. I let him know that I had inner and outer tie rods put on along with a ball joint control arm and CV Axle.He then proceeded to say that I supplied my own parts and I had to remind him that the CV axle was out of Seattle from Oriellys that I had to find myself! He walked out to the technician and grumbled that I was trying to get work for cheap!!! What a horrible place!UPDATE: went to tirerama to have them look at the alignment that was supposed to be done by Clarks, picture below shows that when the inner and outer tie rods were put on they decided they wouldn't do an alignment, car's steering wheel started to pull left and right at highway speed and outer sidewall is now balled on front and rear tires due to toe being so far out of spec. Technician at tirerama said rear toe bar bolts weren't even tightened causing my toe on the rear to change going around corners and bumps.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Made an appointment for a few days out, I waa worried... I received an email almost immediately inviting me in. My truck was in scary shape. Carks had me back on the road that afternoon. I went in to Clark s tire and automotive repair for the first time today(4/28/23) trying to figure out what a noise was up by my front passenger tire I spent over $1300 and 5 hours of my day waiting for my car to get fixed. Imagine my surprise when I leave to pick up my kids from school and still have the same problem! It turns out all the stuff they replaced isn t what was making the noise in the first place. It will probably cost another $950! Which I don t have because I just spent over $1300! I was really hoping that I could find a shop that didn t nickel and dime me, one i could trust to get the job done right the first time, and not take advantage of me because I am a single female and no nothing about cars! I am sorry to say I will have to keep looking! Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

My starter started going out around the 1st of the week . I called Clark's and spoke with Brandon . This was Tue about noon . He said bring it on in. He didn't think it would be ready until Wed morning . He called back around 4 PM and said it was indeed the starter . He told me the cost and I gave him the OK to replace the started . Wed morning at 8:30 he called and said it was ready . I found Brandon to be very professional . He treated me like a life long customer . I thought the cost was reasonable. It started right up . LoL . The shop was clean . They have a relaxing wait area . Give Brandon an Atta Boy . A+++++

I will never go there again as they did not seal correctly the trap doors after they replace my A and b fuel sensor.They argued with me aggressively and tried to sell me other repairs when I knew that it was not properly sealed, and that was the cause of the strong order of gas in the vehicle they eventually did fix the problem which was a 5 min job.They are paid on commission, rather than hourly, which always breeds a lack of integrity. As they try to sell you things you don't need because they have an obvious problem with honestyI would encourage anyone to stay away from them.P.s. mr clark She's not a fake review. It was on a Saturday and you weren't there.this was about two years ago at your Francis location?I had a Hyundai Santa Fe and the police were called for me to get Your guys to get my car off the lift.The proper response would be when did it happen? tell me the details and let me Look up the notes on the Incident? Let me see if I can make a right?NOT THIS IS FAKE

First off i had to go find someone to help me no attendent at the front desk, then i was told my vehicle was going to be done same day ended up being the next but i wasn't worried about that as much as being told it was going to be done in 30 min after i called almost 2 hrs later is when i got the call ended up being late for work! Overall not a bad place to go they gave me a detailed sheet of the work order, but the quality of the customer service needs improvements. 4.5/5 on the vehicle services part2/5 on the customer service part

Went to Clark Auto for an oil change (had a Groupon that covered $25 oil change). When I got there, they told me my oil pan gasket had an extensive leak and whoever did my gasket last had a double gasket on it. They recommended fixing it with a scheduled oil change, which I agreed with. Jason was awesome and friendly and had pricing ready for me before they drained my oil pan so I could make an informed decision and choose to go elsewhere if I preferred. I decided to just have it done there. Their trainee pointed out that my engine mounts are starting to fail so I could add that to my radar for a future visit. Also changed my air filter for me (I had the part in my car so I could do it myself later, and he offered to do it himself). Jason honored the Groupon despite the change in service, gave me their first responder discount with my work ID, and offered great customer a service throughout the repair (even though my 2 hour repair likely threw the lunch schedule off for the day). Please give him a raise. I don t like going into shops and my usual shop is neutral at best, but the experience was definitely top tier. Met the district manager who was also super friendly. Great garage and will be going here for my future repairs.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
