Phenomenal! I've never experienced such amazing customer service. Not only did they do a wonderful job on my car, they went the extra mile keeping me posted and dealing with the 'extras' that come along with the headache of having your car in the shop! I didn't have to worry about anything and it was repaired in a timely manner, albeit the holiday season. This is the only choice in Spokane for auto care! Thank You!!!

We were so impressed with the team and workmanship at Caliber Collision in downtown Spokane! The whole process was extremely prompt and smooth, everyone was very pleasant and the final result was excellent! Will definitely use them again if we need work on our car!

Hands down the best shop to get your vehicle repaired in Spokane! Marci was amazing keeping us informed with updates about our van. The entire team was very friendly and helpful. We definitely give them a 10/10

My estimator Austin Godwin was very passionate about my situation. That paired with his knowledge and professionalism made it a no brainer to travel from Idaho to work with him exclusively. I would highly recommend to anyone this shop and him personally.

Great auto repair shop. Clean shop. Trustworthy service. Marcy and Austin were responsive and friendly. Turn around time was great. They even washed my dirty car! I would definitely recommend.

10/10. Entire process of a stressful/frustrating situation after a collision was seamless and flawless with Caliber Collision. Updated weekly/daily as to where and what they were working on, gave timelines and updates. My vehicle looked as good as the day I drove it off the lot! Picking up my car both office & shop staff were extremely professional & friendly. For reference I got in the following business day to schedule to drop my car off, took almost a month for repairs (no fault to them- they received faulty parts). Either way extremely happy & grateful for their work. When I picked up my car it was shining bright & cleaned inside and out, so lovely! Hopefully I ll never have to use them again, but if I had to- I would rest assured they d be amazing.Service: Body & Trim

Really had a good experience. Everyone was super helpful, couldn t get in as fast as initially thought so moved to another location which was fine, and then fixed it ahead of schedule and were very communicative along the way. Even had one issue afterward that needed a quick change and they were very friendly and accommodating. Would trust them and come back again if needed in a heartbeat. Welcoming environment. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I know very little about cars and they took time to explain my issues and offered best possible solutions, for a lady on a budget. Car fixed. Happy customer.
