Seems like an honest small business. I took my work vehicle in to get a DOT inspection and took about an hour and cost was something around $118 (company expense so irrelevant). If you plan on waiting there while they do it just expect more of a workers break/lunch area rather than a nice clean waiting room.

INTEGRITY, HONESTY, QUALITY and won t get taken to the cleaners!!!Big B s is the only place I take my trucks, literally the only shop I have found that I can drop off my truck and say fix what s needed and not have to worry about getting ripped off. The employees here know their stuff and don t just remove and replace items hoping it fixes the issue. I refer everyone to this shop! Only thing bad about that is it creates a longer wait for me to get my truck in.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes

Went there to fix a collent & Oil issue I was having in my semi-truck, I wasn't expecting anything more than $400.00 because that's what they told. While they were working on my truck they came and told me they broke an exhsust connector and will need to repair that.I was blown away that they would break something, but then when I seen the bill that they gave me, it was $4,175.00, had the nerve to put the exhaust connector replacement in the invoice. I'll never return to this place again. They never did fix the initial issue I went there for. I went somewhere else and they were able to fix it for $500.Service: Exhaust

Was down in spokane on a job, truck blew a hub seal. And I needed to get rolling g right away to make the border with an OD load. Called em night prior, Bill mentioned if I was there at 7 they'd get me fixed up and gone...and they did that, they also did it with no charge. Just a good ol handshake and safe travels. Thanks guys, made it home that night.
