Love these guys! Perfect service professional and lovely!*edit: Came back 2 years later and they still going strong needed to fix another muffler till we can buy another and they hooked it up. Love these guys and they always treat customers like family!(:

I had an exhaust leak, and my usual place was unavailable. Wanting to still stay local, I called Mark here at American Muffler, and I'm not disappointed. I always go to small shops like this because they know their stuff and don't try to cheat you. They make friends with their customers and keep them forever! They got me all fixed up and and out the door quickly and got much less than the dealership would have charged me. I would definitely recommend them!

I own Carlson's Lawn Care and my work trucks exhaust kept coming off for the past month, i got tored of me or my employees needing to get under and slide it back on. Took it to these guys and with in 2 mins of me pulling up they had it on the lift and started welding it back on. Great speedy customer service and great price. I will be taken my work rigs there for all exhaust and break needs.

Love my new muffler. Sounds great. Until it fell down.I went back to get it looked at. And I was willing to pay for the weld. I was treated poorly right when I walked in the door. Ended up leaving due to poor customer service. I have taken many work trucks and personal vehicles here in the past. But definitely won t be back.

When I ve gone to muffler shops it s been all business. Get in, take your car back, do the work, see ya! Well not this place. They are excellent. They are honest and do the stuff that needs done now and show you what needs to be done soon. They ll tell you what needs to be done soon and their prices seem more than fair. They took me into the work area and showed me what was wrong on my car, what needed to be fixed and what they would be fixing. They were super friendly and the service was fast! They were a bit out of the way compared to where I normally go, but they were 100% worth the trip. I m so grateful they were open on a Saturday and open til late afternoon.Service: Exhaust

This is absolutely hands down the best place to get your exhaust system done. There exhaust systems are amazing and paired with the best customer service. Friendly ,fast, and fair service. Just had a muffler installed today with the quickest turn around of my life. The mechanics were diligent, thorough, end extremely knowledgeable. The price was less than I expected and I left with my car sounding amazing after their great muffler installation. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to make the most out of their money for spectacular service.

I was super happy about my visit today. I went in expecting to need a new exhaust system, and after we threw my car up on the lift, dude took me through the whole exhaust system and showed me that I didn't have any issues. He went on to check out my engine and let me know of a few easy fixes I could do myself for cheap. I will definitely come back in the future if i have any questions about my car. :)

Damn it he was right. The kit sucked, it cost me more money than I needed to pay. However, I am able to use the tubing on another car. However he could have told me in a less condescending way I was being stupid. Changing my review to a 5 star.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I have had the last 4 brake jobs done on my vehicles at American Muffler and they have been great! I generally won't take my vehicles anywhere else to have brake work, oil changes, or suspension work done. They're always friendly and best of all the owner is honest about everything that he does! I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for brakes, suspension, or muffler work!

I have dealt with American Muffler for years! They are like family. They are trustworthy & complete work timely & efficiently! I am very happy with their service & expertise. My 2013 V6 challenger is my dream car...it was just too quiet for a muscle car. I took her over to see the guys at American Muffler and got my free estimate and added on 2 beautiful metallic blue caps to my new custom exhaust system, walked out with my estimate and about a week later I got my car in (this was due to my schedule and finances). They are friendly...professional... incredibly talented and dedicated to their craft. Not only did they do a top notch job on my car, they stand behind their work with a promise to fix anything if ever the need comes up. I will definitely be doing business with them again when my brakes are ready to be replaced, nothing beats a local and dedicated business.

I could not be happier with the service here. I took my mini cooper to have the front brakes done; the mechanic jeff was did a great job and saved me about half what i was expecting to pay. I will be a repeat customer and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good honest deal and fast friendly service.

I think I will never see another business like the ones back when I was young, the kind that thought you had all the right in the world to spend your money where you wanted. And worked hard to convince you that the bestplace to spend it was with them. And then I happen upon AmericanMuffler where courtesy and kindness are at the forefront of theirbusiness. then comes promptness and satisfaction all with a handshakeand a smile. This shop did a very good job with getting me a new muffler. I was dreading the quote on the job but it was not as bad as I was expecting. They did the job as promised, can't ask more than that. I have a feeling that if I have a problem with the muffler, they'll stand behind their work.

Took a '97 S-10 Blazer in to have a muffler checked out, turns out it was the Catalytic Converter that was broken up inside. These guys treated me like friends they've known for years. Up front about what was wrong, what needed to be done, and how much things would cost. Performed the necessary work in a timely manner, all the while keeping up a good conversation. Can't get that with big corporate fly by night, here today, gone tomorrow muffler shops that are just a memory now in Spokane. I was even referred to a shop across the street about a body shop issue that I had fixed the next day. I'm happy with the body work that shop performed as well. That's a review for another day. Thanks Guys! Will be back!~Jacob~

What a great ran business. Just the kind of place that a person goes back to. It is ran by guys that have many years experience in the trade and they are honest people who take pride in their work and understand that they are still here after all of these years because of constant referrals and returning customers. I took my 67 GMC in to these guys a couple of months ago for a completely new exhaust. They did an amazing job with all the bends and the welds are all great. The sound is awesome and the low end power of the truck is much improved. Thanks a bunch!!!

I am a low income single mom and I had to get assistance from a third party to get my car fixed. No one would help me except American muffler. I was greatful for that but I wasn't expecting them to do what they did. They got me in right away, they took time and care on my vehichle, and they did a thorough detailed job. They were respectful, caring, and explained everything very thoroughly. They are definately the best.

I have been a customer here over 30 years and today was no different. We talked laughed and looked at my vehicle for services and repairs.I recommend American as a personal favorite because of the quality of care taken in working on my car.

I was so pleased with my car once I picked it up. Everyone at the shops was so friendly and helpful. Not knowing much about cars I asked a lot of questions and everyone was happy to answer them. This is a very honest and dependable shop and the prices are great! I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good honest shop!

Great service! Great guys! I went in after a different shop told me what needed fixing only to find out they were wrong. They showed me and explained to me how to see the difference of what was really wrong. I want to thank them for saving me a ton of money and giving great service!

Mark and Jeff are wonderful men. They treat you like family, not just another customer. They do great work at exceptional prices. I would definitely highly recommend this place
