The facility is great, my customer service rep Tim was friendly and efficient. The repair was done quickly, and I received a video record of the repair and inspection walk-around. And since I didn't wait at the facility, I received a timely text informing me when the vehicle was ready for pick-up.

We had a great experience with AutoNation. No pressure and a good trade in for our jeep. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. Mike even delivered our new jeep to us the next day.

Awesome service department. I would not trust my vehicle anywhere else. They make sure you know what is going on and they ask you every step of the way so your bill is never a surprise. The employees are all so kind and courteous. I cannot recommend this place enough especially after having had a bad experience at one of those other service places. AutoNation Honda is someone you can really trust. For me this is huge because I know and can trust my car is being taken care of.

I was very happy I was able to Walk in for my service. I had an appointment I had to cancel due to snow. It happen. Timm and his staff were wonderful.Only thing I can say is that I would have hope for clean wi down and a vacuuming. Totally cheap in this instance. Got great service at Honda of the Desert. Make these pluses a STANDARD.

Autonation had our Pilot for almost 3 months due to back ordered parts, I received updates every week and they always got back to me quickly when I called. They fixed mistakes made by previous mechanic and fixed the actual issue as well. We are so happy to have our vehicle back and running great!

The service center got me in right away, explained everything they would be doing. I was impressed with the time it took to service my car. They went above and beyond by providing me with a video sent to my email on the work they had done. So impressive! I will never go anywhere else. Thanks AutoNation Honda!!

What a great experience!!! Love the video they did. I could exactly see everything they suggested to fix Felt confident in saying yes to getting things done !!!! Plus they supplied me with a loaner car Thank goodnessThanks again for the heat experience

Was disappointed that it was 2 hours before I could even get an estimate of time required for the repairs. But the videos with verbal explanation made by the technician was extremely helpful. A through inspection showed needed repairs I wasn't aware of. It was also explained which were the most important things to be addressed immediately, and those that could wait.

Nikki was an outstanding rep and kept me posted on cost and work progress. The tech took me through a video explanation on what he saw and work I may need. Very helpful, no pressure and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Autonation Honda.

I had an alignment done on my car. I saw a coupon for $69.95. By the time I got scheduled, the coupon had expired, so it cost me more than I had planned. The service was good. Nikki explained everything.

My car went out on the freeway and I trusted Honda fix it. They told me it was my battery and sent me on my way. Just a few days later it wouldn t start again. I paid Honda $180 to tell me my battery is dead. It was actually my starter. I just replaced it today and my car started right up. So disappointed that I wasted my money here for the wrong part.

I've been having my Odyssey serviced at AutoNation Honda Spokane Valley for several years now and have always had a good service. Advisor Tim P. always provides good communication and attention to detail. Technician Grant M. took great care of my car. Had to take my Honda Ridgeline in for a mirror recall to Autonation Honda Spokane Valley. I made an afternoon appointment. They called and said I could come in early instead of waiting. The service counselor was very friendly and welcoming. She explained exactly what had to be done and the time it would take. I waited in the very comfortable customer lounge. My vehicle was ready in the projected time period. This is one of many visits to this dealership. Every time it is a great interaction.

Every one was great. The only thing that doesnt happen any more, is the car was not cleaned. You guys used to always wash and vacuum my cars when I had them in.

So I have now purchased my third vehicle from them ,idk about y'all but for me I like being treated like family when I walk in the doors they fed us pizza and soda for lunch while everyone else ate, everything we asked for they got it for us and then got us signed up for more almost for freei love , auto nation I'll go back for my next car to!!!!

I worked with various dealers in the area in my search for a new Honda CRV, and this team was by far the most professional and considerate. My dealer, Rodney, was awesome and fun to work with.
