Amazing service. Our car battery died and had to be fully replaced. They talked us through the whole process and had everything done within a few hours! Will definitely be going back and cannot thank them enough!

Thank you to the AutoCraft team for squeezing in a major oil leak repair for my Astro Van so I could get back on the road to Seattle. Monica and the rest were so helpful and knowledgeable regarding what was happening, they took the time to help me understand the extent of the issues, even with some less concerning repairs I need to do in the future. I m definitely going to use them again and schedule major repairs when I m on that side of the state, thank you so much guys!

I don t get a chance to review many auto repair shops. (I drive Toyotas) So, I m kind of excited to share my experience with AutoCraft.I bought a used 2016 Tacoma with 90k miles from Northwest Motorsport in Jan, 2023. A day after we got it, it died in the WalMart parking lot. Well, it went into limp mode basically.We got it home, I disconnected the battery and reconnected. And it ran fine for another day. Then it died again. The Trac Control and check engine lights came on.Northwest Motorsport said they d handle it and sent me to Mechanic s Pride who does all their repair work I guess. The mechanics there were great, but couldn t reproduce the issue!So I went home. We drove the truck, problem free, for the next nine months. Not another single issue.Then in November it happened again. So I looked at Google Reviews and made some calls. After speaking with Monica at AutoCraft I felt like that was the best option. But you never really know. So it s a gamble.I didn t want to risk taking it there, and then not being able to reproduce the problem. So I didn t reset anything this time and called a tow truck to pick it up.I explained the very long story to Miles and Monica. They listened and took good notes. You see, the issue in my mind was electrical. Since the truck runs fine most of the time it just seemed like an electrical issue.One of the certified mechanics, Buddy, took on the project. The error codes indicated a lot of fuel injection issues.Buddy removed the injectors and sent them off to be serviced. He tested the injector wiring harnesses and found that it was faulty. So he replaced those harnesses.We got the truck back in a reasonable amount of time and haven t had an issue since.I was most impressed with the constant communication and time spent explaining things to me so I could understand.They gave me options and choices. And explained potential scenarios.They asked for approval prior to starting on any work. For example, Monica called me to explain that Buddy had identified the wiring harnesses as the issue. And he also wanted to send off the injectors to be serviced just as a precaution and since they were already accessible. So I agreed.To me, the trust and communication was the most important aspect to me. And the cost is secondary.But I was very pleasantly surprised to see the final bill was about half of what I expected based on the number of hours spent.I d love to say I ll be a loyal customer. But again, I drive Toyotas. So, if all goes as planned I ll probably never see Miles, Monica, or Buddy again.However, any of my friends with Chevy s and Ford s, who always seem to need mechanics well, I ll refer you to AutoCraft. They re the best.

Autocraft does good work. They go above and beyond to make your car reliable again and use OEM parts. You could get work done cheaper elsewhere but its going to be woth less reliable parts. Monica and Dave took care of me and got my snowplow work truck back on the road after a starter and corroded wires from the starter made me have to call a tow to get it transported there.

One of my vehicles had been sitting for around a year. I specifically explained this to them. I specifically requested an oil change, an overall inspection, battery charge, and all fluid top off for a vehicle that had been sitting for a year (coolant, trans, etc) Thank god I decided not to trust them and popped the hood. They didn't replace ANY fluids and I had been driving around with a BONE DRY coolant reservoir and noticed my car shifting extremely hard and squealing everywhere I go and of course, they didnt replace any transmission fluid. This could've caused permanent damage to my vehicle.. and may have already. Their front staff is kind but I would rather have a rude staff that can actually get the job done (if I had to pick) than ever come back here again. Do not trust them just because they're friendly to your face. I called them and politely explained the situation through voicemail, as I noticed this issue over the weekend... several days later, no call back. Don't bother addressing this issue because its too late and had a jiffy lube fix it for free (highly recommend all Spokane locations)Had I trusted this company, I would be without a working car. You lost a dedicated family of customers. Mistakes like this dont get second chances with all the other local options. available.

Great mechanics and customer service! I always take my car to them. They are always spot on with diagnostics and do quality work. I've always been offered a ride if I needed one, and communication is great.

Dropped of my Dad's pickup while he was out of town. They were great about doing just necessary maintenance and providing recommendations for future. They also gave me a ride to facilitate picking it up and payment on same day. Highly recommend.

Monica and Miles are great! They really know their business and are not shy to inform customers of the best options and recommendations - even if when it's hard news to give. I have taken both of my vehicles to them for service and for a pre-purchase inspection. They are honest and deliver outstanding service - not just to the car, but to the customers that drive them! In fact, we are not just customers that pay their salaries, we are like family and have real relationship with them! Take your car to AutoCraft! They will treat you right!

Did not find the issue with my car that i had originally brought it in for. But sure gave me a list of things that they thought I should fix. Which is fine, but they made me feel like I made up the issue that my car has. So I'll be taking it elsewhere. And as a bonus, they left my steering wheel like this. Thanks!

Brought my dear old, one owner Tercel in on Monday morning with clutch issues. They diagnosed it that day and had a very reasonable quote ready for me.No pressure to make a fast decision, which I very much appreciated. This place is great. We recently got new tires on our SUV and wanted to get a quality alignment. After researching places in the Valley and reading reviews, we came across AutoCraft. WOW! Very impressed with the service and the detail that was provided regarding our recent alignment. Chuck is amazing to work with. He was very thorough and provided excellent customer service. The business is very clean and you can tell they take pride on staying organized. Pricing is fair, too! Highly recommend.

If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. I was referred to AutoCraft by Carmax. I brought my car in expecting a major repair, hoping that my extended warranty would cover it, only to find out that my floor mat was in the way! Not only were Miles and Jason so kind and helpful, more importantly, they didn t make me feel foolish for this. If/when my car does need an actual repair, they will 100% be getting my business!

Talk about great service, prices on point, service in a timely manner, and a very welcoming environment. I was greeted by Miles and he listen to all my concerns I had for my 08 Scion XB with mileage of 110589. Car was having some starting issues and sounding like it was on it's end of days. Miles explained what might be causing some of the issues and laid out some needed services and what the ball park estimate would be. I had a thought of what the estimate would be in my head. So when he told the price and explained what work would be done I knew my car was in the right place. Services done on my car: Oil change, coolant fluid exchange, replace air filter, replaced cabin air filter, throttle body service, replaced original spark plugs, mount, and balanced all four tires (had winter tires swapped out). Car now drives like new. I had the my car serviced on 04/13/21. This place is awesome and I will continue to take my car here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Standard let alone over-the-top customer service aren't an every day occurrence in our area which is why I need to share my overall experience about AutoCraft.Response was timely from point of inquiry, was accommodating to my chaotic schedule, attentive and knowledgeable to the immediate needs of the vehicle, courteous & professional and expressed sincere appreciation for my business. Without work being done yet, I was trying to think of how I could give them more business so I added the car cleaning/detail service.Overall cost of parts and labor were fair. Their work was exceptional and their customer service and follow through from the beginning to end were consistent and amazing. This experience has won 100% of my business. If quality of work, great customer service and having people make you feel like your business is important, please contact Herb or Chuck as I am confident that they will be happy to assist you.

I always take my Prius to AutoCraft, I trust them to offer up to date technology for my hybrid car. It's been comforting to see friendly faces over the last 8 years who know me and my car. I've dropped in to have the code reader plugged into my car in the parking lot, to have my key fob battery changed and called them numerous times for advice when I've got anything weird going on with my car. I trust them completely and I feel safer having them available for my questions.The waiting area is comfortable, the bathroom is clean and they've offered me a loaner car when needed. I've never had such trust in an auto repair business. You won't go wrong using AutoCraft for your auto repair needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place treated me with such great customer service and respect, I absolutely have to leave a rave review!My car has 275k+ miles so I know a thing or two about auto repair places. If my car breaks down again I really hope it's near Auto Craft! Chuck was so unbelievably nice, he kept me updated throughout the repair on the status of my car and did a lot of testing on it to make sure I would get home safe and sound. Which it did! They let me know about other things they noticed might need to be replaced soon, which I really appreciate since I commute a lot and don't like finding out when I'm broke down on the side of the freeway!My boyfriend has also been into AutoCraft when his window broke a month or two ago. They remembered his name and his truck down to the make and model because they really do care about their customers! They also gave me a ride back to my house while they were fixing my car.Overall, I highly recommend these guys. Their pricing is very reasonable, they are fast and will get you back on the road making sure you are safe. Thanks guys, I really appreciated your help today!

My family and I have been going to AutoCraft for years because of the superior level of service and professionalism they offer. My wife recently needed to make a last minute road trip and we wanted to try to get her car in for it's next scheduled maintenance check before she left for peace of mind. Since it's still under warranty, we started with the dealer and, while they would have been able to get it in and done before she left, the price they quoted was outrageous. So I called Chuck at AutoCraft and not only was he able to help me get it done on time but he helped me to save quite a bit over going to the dealer. My family and I have gone to AutoCraft for over 20 years and we will continue to go there because of the trust they've built with us over many years of faithful service.

I must say, I have never come across such an amazing staff at a auto repair shop!! When my mom was stranded with her car overheating, they picked her up and took her home. The kindness that they showed was unbelievable. And when giving the price to having it repaired was absolutely up front and even saying, hey there is more work to be done. With my moms condition, having Pancreatic Cancer, we declined but Chuck gave the most amazing advise..donate it to The Union Gospel Mission. They are storing the car until they will pick it up. Myles and Chuck, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have a gracious and honest repair shop. Keep up the amazing job!!!

I've been using AutoCraft for a few years now, and I'm always happy with the service. I took in both our cars recently for oil changes on back to back mornings and was in and out in under an hour both times. The staff there has always been friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and I really appreciate the peace of mind they provide.

I ve been taking my car to AutoCraft since moving to Spokane. I m always satisfied with the work they do. They let me know which services should be taken care of first and which can wait. Chuck does a great job explaining everything that is being done to my vehicle. I will continue bringing my car to AutoCraft and highly recommend you do too.

Totally recommend this shop!! They were amazing to fix my issue and helped ensure my insurance would cover me. I am very grateful for Chuck, he rocks! They even hooked me up with a loaner car so my problem could be resolved even faster. I'll go back to them for all my auto maintenance and repairs now! Finally a great mechanic! :)

I have used this shop for several years for maintenance and repair of our two cars. I have always been happy with the customer service, timeliness, honesty, and work that has been performed. If the rare problem arises with a repair they have been fair and transparent in resolving.

I had my oil changed this time. I am so impressed with AutoCraft . I had an appt and my car was taken right back. The office is so clean and the staff is just wonderful. I also had a chance, while waiting, to listen to the phone conversations from the person answering the phone. He was so polite and knowledgeable. I would and have given their name and number to my friends who need a good place to go with their cars.
