I am a female Army Veteran and I have a challenging life raising my child that is autistic . The hard thing to take in is that my car was side swiped late at night and the next day I realized my car was damage. American WY Auto Body took car of my insurance needs; directed me to the rental and took the time to ensure getting my cat back was a smooth transition with my daughter with me. Thank you American Way Auto Body Not a lot of people go out of their way and every single person in your company I thank.

My family and I seem to have a knack for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. 5 times I think. Always someone hitting us. I don t know where we would be if we didn t have Johnny, Chet, Andrew and their team to put things right for us. Each time the repairs were perfect, in a reasonable amount of time and with excellent professionalism and customer service. I drive a Lexus so I have very high expectations and they have never let me down. If you must be on a first name basis with a body shop, I highly recommend American Way Auto Body. Thanks Guys!

We had a great experience. We needed some repairs on our car following a minor collision. The were able to give us an estimate without any hassle and made working with our insurance company very easy. Throughout the whole process they kept me updated through text about the progress being made and the expected finish date. When I picked up the car it looked wonderful and I was surprised to find the inside of the car was also detailed and cleaned. I felt well care for and informed. They were great to work with throughout the whole process and I would use them again if needed. Thank you again for the great work!Service: Body & Trim

They are very informative and are to the point. I got in the next day when I called. After the estimate was finished I was able to make the appointment to get it repaired a month later that appointment happens in April but I'm positive that my experience will be great.

Great expierence. Estimate and drop off were smooth and easy. The front desk staff was efficent and even turned my rental car in for me. Best body shop in town.

Where do I start? They had my truck for 23 days due to pretty severe damage to my entire driver side, back in April. Well, they damaged my truck themselves. My truck bed was way out of line and left steel wool between my cab and truck bed which caused rusting before we saw it. They also scratched my tailgate 2 places. They broke the plastic trim on my truck bed. They broke a vent on passenger side(pictured), they scratched up both doors after being painted (pictured). They couldn't properly align the front bumper and I had a fog light fall into the bumper(sat for 1 hr 45 minutes at the shop and they still didn't get it aligned properly), they left under the hood covered in dust from being in the shop, didn't clip in the plastic part to the fender and I was rubbing on it and where I mentioned I sat for 1hr45 minutes they didn't get that fixed then either. their quality control was horrible. Thats how I got my truck back after 23 days having it! Obviously not accepting it that way, oh and they put 2 brand new tires on the same side, not 2 new tires on the back like it should be. I know I'm leaving things out. Well, after FINALLY setting a time to get it fixed and them having it another 1.5, I got it back with a dirty engine compartment, still, and an unwashed roof. Oh, still a lack of quality control obviously, but I did have to push in weather stripping on one of the doors and my husband had to push in the plastic, thats attached to the bed of the truck between that and the cab, so it was even. I wish we would have learned our lesson but it took us taking it back to realize when we took our truck there in 2016 to fix a door, they didn't align the door properly then either and I made them fix that this trip for being properly washed. I am happy to say, I am DONE with this company and never have to deal with them again. Also, they made me out to be a liar and that irritates me more than the horrible work done to my new truck with barely 12k miles when it went into the shop! I wouldn't tell you not to wash a vehicle since its driven and will get dirty anyway. Paint dust = no good.***Pictured is the damage, what is at the bottom of the door you see the weather stripping, but the doors were painted and shouldn't have any scuffs on them. Also pictured is the vent they had broke and left. I wish I had all of the pictures but they're on a different phone with no service anymore. They should have NEVER released the truck to me. I honestly should have never accepted it but in a situation like this and already returning the rental I didn't know any other options.

My partner was in a crash and was referred to these people and he even called them and they said on the phone that they can get his car in the shop when he brings it in today and when he got there they looked at its problems and on the phone they said they could do some of it today but they told him in person that he had to wait until February to get his car in the shop and fixed up. Be wasted gas and risked the possibility of blowing a couple tires just to be lied to.

I've gone here for a few different repairs and upgrades. They're definitely popular, because they do decent work, so getting your car in may take many months as they are so far booked out depending on the needs of repair. Even when we ran into some communication issues, they made it right to fix the problem. Would recommend!

Having someone side swipe you is stressful. Haggling with insurance only makes the experience worse, but dealing with American Way Auto Body was an absolute breeze. I just received my car (earlier than anticipated) and it looks newer than the day I bought it. A fresh wash and wax, clean and ready to go, and it really made my day. Great customer service! The whole insurance part of the process was handled by their receptionist, so all I had to do was sign for the work & pay the deductible. They made my Jeep look brand-new & Andrew even stayed a little after closing time so that I could pick it up after work. I highly recommend these guys for any body repair work on your vehicle.

I brought my car in July for an estimate. They were able to get my car in for the estimate in two days, when I arrived as busy as they were still had my estimate done in less than 30 minutes. I was so bummed about my car as it was brand new, they all assured me that they will have it looking like it did the day I drove it off the lot. I know life happens, it's so frustrating to be hit when I am parked and not moving. The staff here is awesome! They totally got it, very professional, and the atmosphere is very calm in the office. They were up front, honest about pricing, found damage I had not noticed yet, and gave me a few pointers about the process. The only hiccup was the wait to get in as they were booked out so far. I did find out that any of the other auto shops that my friend called had the same or much longer waits.Thank you all for being so good at your jobs!! I am lucky that I haven t been to a body shop before. I was so happy with the customer service and updates from Chet, and the repair of my Subaru. The shop did terrific work and I can t tell where the repair started and finished. My car looks like it was never damaged. The price was fair and the car was so clean when I picked it up. This is the only auto body shop that I ll ever use again. Thank you American Way Auto Body!

Someone backed into my bumper and I checked out a few other places before coming here. They had the best price and offered a loan car. Other places didn't offer that option to drive one of their cars while they work on mine. The staff was very kind and understanding. After it was completed, the were almost exact on the estimate they quoted. They also completed my car within the time they stated it would take. My car looks as new without any complaints. I'm very happy and will be coming back only here. They are true to their word. 5/5 was my experience.Service: Body & Trim

Waited 4 months to get my car in, they said it woukd be a week for repairs. After the first week, they called and said they discovered a few additional damaged parts so it would be a few more days. A week later, I called them back and was told they now needed a pigtail wire connection and it would be a couple more days. One week turned into three with poor communication. The car and the paint looks good although the headlight they said was damaged is aimed higher than the other one. I'd give them 5 stars for the repair and 3 stars for the experience.

The work done was good, however it took them 7 business days to do 5.3 hours of work. The car was a day late and had dings it didn't have going in. I also had to take it back because one of my lights burned out however it could be coincidental that it happened during the 10 days they had my vehicle.No complaints on the people who appraised the damage but I took a couple stars off for being late, the front desk was often oblivious to me and almost made it seem like I was bothersome. I also had to call for an update twice. I figure if you're going to be a day late you'd notify prior to 3 PM on the day it should be done.

If I could give 110/10 I would. I was in an accident on Christmas, my car sat at the tow yard for a while, and them went to their shop for over a month. It was so well worth it. My car was repaired through insurance. Due to the damage, I would've thought the bill would've been over $10,000 and it wasn't. If I had to pay out of pocket, this would be the place. They were so consistent on their communication with my husband, they did wonderful work on my vehicle to make it look like the accident never happened. Like I said, I was going home on Christmas, my car was PACKED full of stuff, stuff I didn't even want to deal with, let alone a body shop. They cleaned out my car, organized my belongings into my trunk and then cleaned my car! I was expecting to get my car and be thankful it was repaired, but overwhelmed with dealing with the belongings, and they removed that off my plate. I came in 15min before close, and they were so friendly! I was recommending this shop before I got my car back, and now everyone that needs a shop, will know who I recommend. Such a friendly, professional, and stress relieving experience in one of the most stressful times of my life. Thank you!

On my old truck the previous owner had drilled holes in the top of the bed rail to bolt a canopy down. Those holes were rusting and flaking. American Way Auto Body got the bed rails fixed up and were able to match the faded color of the rest of my truck. I am really happy with how it looks. Amazing how something so small really caught my eyes every time I looked at my truck. Now it looks great and I love it.Service: Body & Trim

Absolutely terrible left things undone. Paint falling off in matter of days. . When got car back had to return it. Car also was verry verry wobbly while driving n it was not before it went into shop. Would not even bring car back if it was an emergency. 12/10 would not recommend

These guys were very helpful during not the best moment in my life. I recently got into a car accident and this is where i elected for my vehicle to go based on the previous reviews. I worked with Chet who was great during my whole experience with my vehicle and he remained in contact with me to give me updates. When i got the call to pickup my vehicle Chet walked me through everything and my car was returned to me in a Fantastic condition as if i had just bought my car brand new off the car lot. Amazing service, they went above and beyond what was expected on the repairs of our car. They kept us updated every step of the way. They even cleaned the interior of the car. They worked with our insurance to make sure everything that need to be done was taken care of completely and correctly.

These guys were amazing!! Ours was a really big front end repair job from a really bid deer :( . Chet did an incredible job, it looks brand new! When we came to pick up - Dale walked us around our car, explained all they did and answered every question. Great service, great staff! We were in a fender bender this winter. Because of COVID-19 we had to wait until the 1st of March for them to work on our car. Just picked up our vehicle, and we couldn t be happier.
