These guys are very professional keep you informed all through the process super nice my truck was originally supposed to be returned to me May 1st leaving it in the shop for a month they were able to get all work done and back to me within a little over 2 weeks. Definitely recommend these guys the guys in the back understand people need their vehicles and works hard to get it done as soon as possible with great workmanship people in front are super nice and friendly. Best experience I've ever had with dealing with auto body shops.

PHENOMENAL SERVICE. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would! We brought our vehicle in and they took a look and got back to us with an estimate right away. They worked flawlessly with insurance and there was not one hick-up. John was in constant contact with us about what was needed, their progress and their communication with insurance. We didn t go one day without knowing exactly what was going on with our vehicle. The repair work was beyond our expectations. It looked amazing and they detailed our vehicle inside and out. If we ever need any body work done on any of our vehicles again, we will not be going anywhere else. They exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend!

I had a great experience bringing my vehicle to Abra. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were amazing about communicating with me about what was happening with my vehicle every step of the way and had everything completed in just 3 days. My vehicle was so clean when I picked it up that the detail job alone is worth taking your vehicle here! I highly recommend them!

Writing this as of February 2024... I highly recommend this crew!After an unfortunate accident, our insurance company left it in our hands to find a repair shop to have some extensive front end work done. After calling a few companies, we ended up choosing ABRA Auto Body. And I gotta say, I'm glad we did.From the start Brooklyn and John were upfront and honest about the time line and what it would take for the repairs to happen. Although I couldn't always answer the phone, John called once to twice a week to update me about the car, where it was at, where the parts were in processing and updating the timeline as more details became available to them. Start to finish it was just over a month to have our front end rebuilt (2 weeks earlier than we had hoped from the start)!Fast forward to last weekend (2 weeks past getting the car back) I tried to roll down the passenger window and it wasn't working properly. ABRA stands by the work they do, so I called John and told him about it. He had me bring the car in as soon as I could. The next morning I had the car in their lot and by noon, they had figured out what was going on, fixed it, and had the car ready to go. Turns out it was some edge case where Subaru windows create too much drag when they are wet, tripping a sensor. They had the car in the day after hearing about the issue and back to me that afternoon.If you need body work done and a shop that is honest and does good work, I highly recommend giving ABRA a call!

We are so thankful we found ABRA for our vehicle repairs! They worked directly with our insurance and really just took on the title of project manager and handled everything! The communication from John and Josh was top notch, we never felt out of the loop. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were also blown away with the speed of service. We were able to get our vehicle in quick, and then get it back faster than expected. They set clear expectations along the way, and then over delivered. Bonus, they partnered with the rental car company so when we picked up our vehicle we left the rental with them- and that was it! They handled the rental return! While we hope to not have vehicle repairs again in the future, if we do ABRA will be our choice! Would recommend them to everyone!

I am very pleased and satisfied with the service at Abra Auto Repair. Karen kept me informed at least twice a week. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They received my car on November 30, 2023. I picked my car up Tuesday the 9th of January. I highly recommend them. Thank you Abra Auto Body Spokane

Excellent auto body shop! My van was fixed in a very reasonable timeframe and customer service was amazing. I received updates throughout the repairs explaining what was being done to my van and what to expect next. Thank you Abra for coming through for me! And thank you John for taking the time to answer my questions and keep me in the loop!

I used Abra for a repair that I was paying out of pocket. I asked for the quarter panel, just above the tail light to be repaired/painted and the front fender painted. I received a quote for that work to be done. I agreed to the amount and took the car in. I got the car back in a timely manner, but the color seemed off. I was told that it was an old car and that the clear caused to paint to darken. I was told there wasn't much they could do about it. I was offered some money off of the job, which I took. I was willing to take the discount and be done with it even though I wasn't happy. Then, I was also told that my front fender wasn't fully painted and only touched up near the hood area. So, I really didn't get anything off of the cost of what was ACTUALLY done because my quote included painting the whole front fender. The body work above the tail light is not good at all. The crisp line that's supposed to meet the tail light is flat and rounded off (see photo). Also, I had to pull the emblems off because of the poor tape job they did on them and the fact that the "5" was not positioned correctly (picture of the tape showing behind the lettering included). They were nice folks and seemed like they were genuinely trying their best, but I wouldn't take anything there.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 2015 Porsche Cayman had suffered damage from colliding with a deer. Gavin and his team at Abra of Spokane Wa did a stellar job of restoring my Porsche to factory new condition! The parts installation, color match and finish are perfect. I'm exceedingly pleased with how Abra restored my car! Great place. Starting using them in Marshall Minnesota 8 years ago. Since then I ve taken 3 different rigs there. Darla and Gavin had great communication and no disappointment from either my wife or I. The entire team worked hard get my truck done late on a Friday when their entire phone system was down. They worked together to overcome those challenges and still get me my wheels to drive home. This is the first review I ve ever posted about a buisness online. I felt it necessary due to how terrible and costly the service I received was. Like the other one star review on here, I also got my car back with shorted out lights and other parts broken that never should have been messed with in the first place. I m not going to risk having them mess with my car anymore because I don t trust they will repair things properly. Other reputable shops including dealerships have confirmed that issues were repaired in such a way that my car was futher damaged from the work they did. Customer service repeatedly made mistakes, failed to communicate accurately, denied, and argued with me. Truly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. With what should have been a repair, paid for by an insurance company, is now going to set me back a few thousand dollars. Save your time and money!

Went here for a repair after someone backed into my car and they did an excellent job on the repair. Went the extra mile and glued on a loose piece of trim, washed my windows and vacuumed the interior. Job very well done
