Don provided excellent service even though they didn't have what we needed, well wanted. Dad was able to repair the broken piece of plastic in the fuse, he just wanted a new one.

Wish it could be 0 stars. Been shopping here for years and can't believe the way I was treated today. Brought 2 batteries in for emplacement and was standing in line and they took the guy behind me 1st. I was then told multiple times how he was a more important customer than me. Bringing my business elsewhere from now on. Would suggest you do as well unless you are a more important customer.

I always find this store helpful except my last visit. A guy named Scott didn't know what he was doing. The owner who has more patience than I tried to help him only to be brushed off.. He couldn't locate my product under warranty he was abrubt & dismissive & wasted my time & I left in frustration. I later called & talked to the woman who had originally put much effort & researched my original purchase & was able to do in 5 min what Scott who was rude & took 20 min & couldn't get done. I like this store but I wonder why the owner still employs Scott I am sure it affects his business. I will still frequent this store but not when Scott is working

Oh I love it here! John and Steve are absolutely incredible!!! Only place I go for parts etc.Highly recommend over any other part store!

Have always trusted NAPA since high school shop back in the 70's. Painting my 94 chev pick up (peely) hood; excited when I found out the store could come up with a canned spray paint to match. Gave them the paint code & out the door I went with spray cans in tow ($150 worth). Well, the color isn't really close (and I certainly wasn't looking for a perfect match!); the truck is the typical maroon you see on 1000 chev's & the spray paint is obviously much more red in color. I complained but was told too bad, my paint has faded (the door panel paint doesn't fade & it's still obviously wrong). Taking this to corporate...just beware of the auto paint system they have.

The most knowledgeable people when it come to auto parts fair pricing for Quality well build parts no garbage here also they make the best oil filter on the market !!! You can take my word I have seen the Quality I will not buy any other and I use to but never againHope this helps someone say Hi to the guys.Thanks Ellery

Excellent customer service over the phone and in store! They helped me locate where my engine coolant sensor was on my Acura Integra so i could replace the part myself more easily. Would definitely recommend this location!

This is the place for parts! So much better at finding what you need then the other guys! Better quality too. Super helpful on the project I am working on. Great service!

Checked Amazon first but wanted to support the local business a few blocks away. Napa had to order parts and took my phone number.Never received a call. I returned a few days later and they had the parts $39.98 , double the price of Amazon $9.99 for the same OE part. Just saying

I frequent this Napa a lot. It is an excellent store and the staff are always helpful and courteous. Their inventory is impressive, they seem to always have what I need in stock.

I usually never have any issues here most of the time they are more than helpful and knowledgeable but I was given the wrong spark plugs and wrong wires now I have to do the same job twice

Shopper Beware......Thought I could trust my hometown NAPA, I was wrong. Up sold my wife, sold her "NAPA" brand FULL SYNTHETIC motor oil for a vehicle with 98,000 miles. If you know anything about motor oil, the higher the mileage the thicker the oil. Heck, a synthetic blend designed for higher mileage vehicles would have been ok but noooo, let's sell the woman what WE (NAPA) want and ignore what the right thing is. I am extremely disappointed with NAPA of Snohomish for taking advantage of my wife. We will not be returning or supporting this NAPA again
