What a great experience! Was greeted immediately, by a courteous service person. Was greeted by another person who entered in my information and was told it would be a short wait, no problem.Got in and the oil change was quick. Was given a $10.00 gift for the longer than expected wait. Which was so nice and unexpected! Will definitely return for my next oil change.

I always have such a great experience at this Snohomish location. I've been coming here the past 4 years and just this morning got my transmission fluid flushed on my sweet 2005 Pilot. Wonderful care by the team. All smiles.

I went to the location in snohomish across from les schwab. Service was quick and efficient. All the guys were a pleasure to be around. I completely the understand the need to inform customers of ALL options. But I appreciated them when i opted for the conventional oil change and wasnt pushed to change my mind. I used to goto valvoline if i couldnt do it myself but will be returning to this location from now on when needed.

This is the first time I've been to this or any Washington Jiffy Lube location. My experience at this location was excellent and fast! The attendant(s) were/was very helpful, and the price for the service needed was very reasonable on my Mercedes-Benz ML500. Will recommend the Snohomish Jiffy Lube location to everyone!! Thank You for the great, competent and knowledgeable customer service experience!!

One of the best locations I've ever received service at! So much so that I've decided to come to this one from now on - which takes away the aspect of convenience for me, but I'm willing to drive the 35mins (instead of 3min it takes to get to the one by my house) it'll take to get here.Thank you for going above and beyond for me! Appreciate all the kindness.Well worth the money I paid.

I needed headlights for a rental car I was using. They have a contract with the rental car company. I went one day and they had only one. By the next day they had two. Only minutes spent there. This place is great.

One star is for the new girl...She is rude, unfriendly and unintelligent. She purposely ignores her job duties (the few she knows how to do) as a jiffy lube employee and damages peoples vehicles. I'm not sure if she is sexist but she has been very unfriendly since she started here.She refused to fill my washer fluid, she refused to air up my tires, and she damaged my classic vehicle all while glaring at me. I've been nothing but distant and nice. She has no reason to treat me and my vehicles like that, nor anyone else's. I hope she changes her attitude for her sake.Everyone else at the shop is cool and always has been for years! No complaints there!!!

Great staff of people who are really nice and knowledgeable:) they take care of topping ur oil off and do oil changes. altho I did have to pay 107$ for an oil change:)but I trust them w my tahoe:)

Ian and Chris are absolute professionals, I appreciate the level of professionalism they d provided us. We had our car that s a bit different and difficult to service taken here, these techs are on point and set the level of expectations from the start. We will be returning here for the foreseeable future!

Everyone is so courteous, respectful and GREAT at their jobs. Snohomish Jiffy Lube makes you feel as though you are shopping at Nordstrom's. I was so grateful I came back with two pizzas from Domino's. When I told the man working at Domino's pizza it was for the crew at Jiffy Lube he added extra cheese at NO charge because he said, "oh I know, they are AMAZING. I mean really?!?!? You can't make this stuff up. I sincerely hope whoever reads this will acknowledge them and work hard to retain the staff.

I wish I could leave a 10 star review! The general manager, I believe he said his name was Jadon, took the utmost care of my car and I.I called and explained my issue and asked what I could do to resolve it. He told me different things I could try and that I m welcome to bring it in so they could take a look. When I brought it in they checked for leaks in my oil line and made sure it was secure. Of course when I got there the warning light wasn t being displayed so it didn t seem like there was a problem at all. Everything went fine so I went home. The next day the problem returned so I gave this location a call back and got the GM again. I told him the problem was still happening and asked him some questions because I was trying to troubleshoot the problem before I came back. I looked at auto forums on the internet and my car s manual just to realize I had been mistaking the coolant warning light for the oil warning light. I was so embarrassed I had made that silly mistake but the GM and the other Jiffy employee (I didn t catch their name) handled it with grace. They put some coolant in my car and I was on my way.I thanked the GM and told him my anxiety with coming to any type of mechanic because of the risk of getting scammed because I m a woman. I have seen and heard ways in which woman and woman presenting people have been taken advantage of when it comes to charging them for things that are unnecessary and unwanted. I digress.Thank you Jadon and the rest of the Jiffy Lube crew on Ave D!!

The service was excellent. The techs were thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. What got me was the $100 for 6 quarts of high milage oil. I'm more accustomed to paying $50 to $60.

Riley and his team always take care of any needs I don't go to any other location, Riley always goes above and beyond for me no matter what car I show up in or how much I have To spend they always work with me regardless, 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing any services for their car, alot cheaper. And alot faster than the dealership! Never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, awesome to see a girl working lower bay as well! Rock on

The fantastic team here at Jiffy Lube changed my oil today. They were all kind, professional and helpful - especially to my small dog who stayed in the truck. I can entirely recommend this store for great service!

I stopped in with my daughter to get a quick oil change and the staff welcomed us even as we were driving in the driveway. The service here is really great. When I commented on it to someone else later they said it is always like that and they go there all the time for that very reason.

John was extremely helpful and his team worked quickly and efficiently. I had recently taken my car into the dealership where they informed me the tuned everything up, topped off fluids, filters etc. 1 month later my car pinged me on the need for an oil change. Turns out the dealership didn t do any of the the maintenance items I had asked for.John didn t try to needlessly upsell me on anything. His team pulled my air and cabin filters, looked like they were lifted from an Egyptian tomb, so gross. They didn t have them in stock, but he coordinated to get the filters I needed from oreilly so I could have them installed by the time my oil change was complete. They did the oil change and rotated my tires as well. He was very helpful & like I said his team were fast & friendly.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

After going to 2 jiffy lubes. Both saying machines down for transmissionservice . I go to Snohomish. They said they could do it. I also decided to get my brake fluid changed out. I wait a while. They say they can't do transmission fluid for my vehicle. (01 pathfinder). Decide to go ahead with the brake fluid. My brakes were working fantastic. Very strong. But fluid looked a little dark. They finish. I leave and brakes are very weak and spongey. I go back. They try again. And then told me its the master cylinder and they can give me a quote. Idk what happened but my brakes that were totally fine. Are now bad. And im out 120 bucks and the transmission (whole reason I went there) still needs service. 0/10 not having a good time. :(

There was no line when I arrived so I got to pull right in. They were fast and friendly, I will return. The waiting room was very basic and the chairs could use an upgrade to be more comfortable.

As a previous employee of this store, I'm happy to say the team both old and new are still up to par on providing the right service for their guests, these guys are always quick and a good time to be around, Riley's been with this store for some time now and the company even longer, couldn't ask for a better crew to take care of my car, they're new generally manager is awesome

Very kind, helpful, and fast. I had anxiety for various reasons but they used no language or undertones that would've made me feel badly about my car care/condition, and that made it much more of a comfortable experience.
