I own a 2016 Chevy Silverado that stopped shifting into drive. Everyone i had talked to was very polite and friendly. When it came to my invoice they were extremley honest on price no extra charges just what was said on the phone. The mechanics i talked to were very knowledgeable and i had my truck with a rebuilt transmission better than before on the day they told me they hoped to have it done by. Id highly recommend not wasting your time with other shops and just have these guys get the job done the right way.

Superior knowledge on parts and service for multiple transmission component applications. Had our Old 2000 Dodge Grand Caravan serviced here. I m a mechanic myself, but I m not specialized in transmissions. Heard about this place from folks in the car community here in the Puget Sound. This will definitely be my go to place for Transmission work and aftermarket parts expertise moving forward. Highly Recommended.

Great service and advice at a fair price. If you're in Snohomish County and need transmission or rear-end work, Jamie's is the only place you should be going.

First off, you should never let the American flag drag on the ground....disrespectful to say the least and the quote I received was way high...$1000 over where I took it and got a great job done..Shame on you!

I took my 2013 F150 to Jamie s when it started having shifting issues.Within one day they had my truck diagnosed (free) and told me the best place to start was to replace the lead frame (Transmission computer). After I did some searching I found that part to be under extended warranty by Ford so I left Jamie s and took my truck to a dealership. After 2 weeks the dealership stopped short of diagnosing the lead frame as the issue and instead wanted me to replace the entire transmission.I took my truck back to Jamie s where they had the part I needed already on the shelf. They had the part replaced within 4 days and my truck shifts great. Jamie s saved me over $8000 with their proper diagnosis and experience.This place has superior service and knowledge. It s no wonder this shop has stayed in business for so long when many independent specialty auto shops have closed their doors.Highly recommend.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Jamie's Transmission is the BEST! Trust the reviews. Let me preface this by saying I'm a nurse and am very analytical. I need to know what it could be and what plan A, plan B, and plan C look like. But I know nothing but the basics when it comes to vehicles. I took my 03 Dakota 200k+ miles there after a used transmission swap. My truck shifted HARD from 2nd to 3rd. No codes were thrown. After many suggestions from friends and family on what the problem could be. Solenoids, TCM, whole transmission. I took it to Jamie's on referral from another friend. They were honest saying they weren't sure but it could need a whole new or rebuilt transmission. But after the many many questions Jaden answered for me. We discussed a trouble shooting plan. For my truck replacing the solenoids and the govenor transducer fixed how it was shifting. But if I needed a new transmission, I already knew I would have had them do it. Because of the communication and expertise. Jaden was was honest, knowledgeable, reliable, fast, and fair. The front desk staff were also very polite and helpful. The shop was clean and cute for a mechanic shop. The whole experience was noteable. And I will refer anybody who needs work done on their vehicle to Jamie's. If you need work done, go here. Took my Nova here to get some transmission work done. They are honest and have a real neighborly feel. Ive been looking for a good local shop to get all my work done and finally found it.

This shop is the best around period. They do great work and are great people. Dont do your transmission work anywhere else. Professionals and the right price. Did everything they said they would to a T! Never going anywhere else. Honest and helpful service. First shop I ever been to where they wanted me to come back to check out their work to confirm everything is holding up. That s a called a warranty and it s the first time it s been offered to me at any auto shop. I ve only had one experience with them and it was memorable. My buddy had his truck serviced there many times and it looks like they are very consistent. Mind you when my truck was there for non transmission issues, they still tried. Ended up having a at case leak I wanted them to check out anyways. Those guys were amazing and I hope I don t have anymore transmission issues but if I do I know my rig will be in great hands. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

Jayden worked hard to repair my transmission after another shop had failed. He was patient worked hard with the other shop eventually ended up doing all of the work again for us. He was great to work with it's been one year and my car is running great! I had to recommend this place their customer service is awesome.

My 2010 Toyota Venza started having Transmission problems. I took it for diagnosis to Toyota and it was diagnosed as a D.E.A.D Transmission. Toyota wanted roughly 9k to replace it with a remanufactured transmission.I took the car to a couple other shops and pricing was still around that point.My friend recommended me to Jamie's shop. Even though they are busy, Jaiden was great to work with from Day 1. He is soft spoken and humble. We tried a couple of different things to get the transmission fixed, but no luck. We ended up replacing the transmission. It was expensive, but still quite a bit less than the dealership.There were a few issues identified when I came to pick up the car. Jaiden stood true to his words - that they will fix any issues that may arise with their work. He fixed the car the next day - no issues/questions/back and forth was necessary.It has been 3 weeks since the car was repaired and I am a happy camper. Jaiden - Thanks for being so awesome to work with.If I have any Transmission issues, I know where to come again. I will recommend you guys to anyone.

Jamie's transmission rebuilt the transmission in my 1996 Chevy Silverado 8 years ago. transmission still running as amazing as it did the first day with a ton of twerk. If I needed another transmission rebuilt I would definitely go there again.

Awesome place with great people that know what they're doing! My wife and I own a general automotive repair shop in the Snohomish area and we've been sending transmission specialty things down to Jamie's for a little while now. Not one of our customers have been disappointed! They really take care of people and know what they're doing! The transmission in my personal truck recently decided to stop working, so I pulled it out and called Jamie's. They had an already rebuilt unit in stock so I exchanged it, installed it, and the truck is running and shifting better than ever. Highly recommended!

I was stranded in Snohomish due to my BMW in limp mode, did a quick google search and found Jamie's. They were able to get me in quick, fixed my car, even fixed my transmission shudder problem. Car runs great now. The employees were very professional throughout the visit and the price was great for all the work they had to complete so I could make it home. Thanks guys. I'll be coming to your shop from now on when I have a transmission problem.

They took really good care of me. I was given an option for a service at 225$(based on condition of fluid) and to ride it out or make the appointment for a new $7000 transmission which is more than I owe on my car. I'm praying this $225 service is the cpr for the car and not just a band-aid. I have a 2015 Escape 4wd ecoboost I bought used in 2017. I think I will only be purchasing vehicles almost new from this point cuz I just want to bury my head in the sand! I liked that it wasn't all about the money and I was given an opportunity to decide for myself what was best for me at this point I highly recommend this shop.

Absolutely the best place to go! I started having transmission issues in December. I was 99% sure I needed a rebuild or replacement. So, I sat on my Jeep for few weeks while trying to figure out what to do. I contacted a few different shops, although as soon as i started having issues I was told Jamie s . I was very happy with the fact Kattie from Jamie s contacted me when they got into the shop. I knew there would be a delay as i had contacted them on the Saturday before Christmas, but first thing Tuesday morning (the day after Christmas) Kattie contacted me and answered all my questions. She gave me an estimate over the phone and assured me that they would find out exactly what was wrong with my car before fixing the transmission. In the meantime I reached out to one other shop btw, only Jamie s and one other shop reached back out to my inquiries..... the other shop wanted 220.00 just to give me an estimate, yeah right. So I dropped my car off a week later, which I m the way to drop my car off it totally crapped out on me, so I was positive that it was in fact my transmission. Later that day they called to let me know they took my car out and almost didn t make it back , yep, I feel your pain, guys! They confirmed it was the transmission. . Originally I had been told 3 days for the repairs, but it ended up being a week and 2 days (really 4 extra business days) before i could pick my car up because they were backed up. Oh well. I was just happy I found someone to fix my car that wasn t trying to squeeze extra money out of me. I paid my bill over the phone and Got my mom to pick up my keys early because they close at 5 PM on Friday and I didn t want to wait until Monday to pick up my car. Picked my car up after hours and immediately drove way better than it had in years. I m extremely happy with the work at Jamie s transmission and highly recommend them. Thank you!!

The staff at Jamie's are friendly, quick and offer only the highest quality of work. I had my 5th gear replaced there about a year ago. About six months later it failed on me again. I took it back to Jamie's and the staff fixed it promptly at no charge to me (Iwas still under the service warranty)! I'm very grateful for their work.

I lost my transmission last August while on vacation. Jamie's went out of their way to get us back on the road. They did excellent work at a fair price, and I just had my transmission serviced there again. We live about 80 miles from them, but the trip is worth it! Thanks Jamie's Transmission.

Nice little shop north of Seattle. Very fast helping me with my big diesel (I provided the parts). Call ahead and talk through what you need. I saw lots of fantastic cars and trucks from work trucks to hot rods and all sorts in between.

Great place to go! they have changed my 97 f350 powerstroke's e40D transmission now also rebuilt my 84 toyota's G52, clean work haven't had problems! easy people to work with what more do ya need

Visiting from out of town and had transmission problems. They were able to squeeze me in to find out what the problem was. Had amazing customer service and explained everything to me. Would highly recommend this shop.

Best experience with car repairs ever. Their staff was very knowledgable and friendly. They even took the time to explain to me how my transmission worked, what was wrong with it, and why it was causing the symptoms I was experiencing! They replaced a sensor, serviced the tranny, and we were out the door for way less than I've ever paid for a car repair, EVER! Thanks so much Jamie, I'll be back for all my transmission work for life!

Jamie's Transmission has worked on my F350 work truck every time I have had problems and routine maintenance. I have had excellent customer service with honest pricing every time I have dealt with them. They are very dependable.

OMG! These guys are GREAT!!! They were able to get me in right away on a Monday morning and I was able to pick up Friday afternoon! Pricing was comparable and if I were to have ended up taking it somewhere else it would have cost me much more considering I would have had to tow it any place else... Thanx Y'all

They saved me from paying too much on getting my transmission done at another shop. My coworker heard me complaining about how much I was going to spend and told me to cancel the appointment. He gave me the info to come to Jamies and I saved over $150.00. I was pretty excited since I can use the extra money I had planned for on Christmas presents! Thank you thank you!!

I made an appointment to get my transmission serviced. I arrived a little early and they took the car right in, I went to the coffee shop down the street and returned in a hour when they said it would be done. Every thing was ready to go. The price was right the service was great. I recommend you get your transmission work done here.
