They went above and beyond for me. I've never met a better place for customer service. They continued to help me solve my problems with my tires well after closing till it was solved. I also love my tires. I would recommend to anyone! Well done and I enjoyed doing business with you.

Nice, honest, budget friendly. Saved me money on a used set of tires. I had an issue at first because he advised me to get rims also, but I could barely afford the tires. So I waved him off, the tire had a slow leak. I called him and he told me to come by, I got busy and time passed. I couldn't get there. Finally after pumping the tire up for what felt like the 1,000th time... I posted a somewhat angry review, once again he told me what he already had, and then told me to come by and he would see what he could do. I finally had the time to stop by and he greeted me with a smile, I told him I was the jerk with the flat and he laughed with me and told me to pull my car forward. He went right to work. He's really a great guy, and it seems to be a one man business. He really really went above and beyond to help me. I'm so grateful to him. It's a relief knowing your tires have air and are good to go!! I would suggest going here for your tires! He actually cares and that is rare these days. :) I will return when I have rim money! Thank you!!

Awesome service- very kind from the start when I called for a tire patch. They also rotated my tires for me. Polite, professional and excellent service. I am very impressed! Just referred my family and friends to also go here. Will definitely be back for future service and tires. Thank you!

Came in with 4 bald tires, one so bad that it was ready to blow. I called and they met me within 15 minutes and changed all 4 tires at a great price and made sure I was safe on the road. I will never go anywhere else.

The worst customer service coming from the owner, I got quoted one price, when I was ready to pay for the service, I got charged an extra 40 dollars because my tires were bigger than normal, they didn't even balance the wheels, I had to take the car to Less schwab to get the wheels balanced.if you want to save your self a headache, go to a reputable store.lesson learned!!

This place is great! I was able to get a near brand new set of A/T tires at a substantial discount. I was ready to buy new ones but Diego said he had a set with 98% left that he would sell me for $150 each. These are $400 tires! He gave me a great deal on some gorgeous wheels and had everything installed in roughly about 2 hours. This is with customers coming in and out, and its worth noting, it looks like is a one man operation. That is impressive. He is a hard worker and will give you a great deal! This is my go-to place for tires from now on.

Took amazing care of my car both times I needed him, replaced all 4 of my tires at a great price and the next week when my valve stem broke he replaced all 4 of them right away! Diego is such a great guy and even harder worker. Highly recommended

Unfortunately I had the worst experience I think I could possible have coming to enriquez tires. When I first came to Diego s shop he had sold me on a set of wheels that I really liked and he said would fit with no problems. Expecting this I came back a week later with the cash to pay him and install the set and they did not work. Being frustrated about that unfortunately Diego then said he could order some spacers to take away the offset and the wheels would fit. A couple weeks go by and I hadn t heard anything at all so I reached out and I got the response what s the model on your truck so I can order them now . That also proceeded to frustrate me because I had been patiently waiting for a long time and now I had to wait even longer. Now another few weeks go by and the spacers come in and Diego puts them on my Truck and I drive off. I quickly come to learn that the spacers didn t properly fit and my truck is shaking down the road and I am unable to drive about 35mph. Once I reached out to Diego to fix the problem he told me to go to les Schwab to fix his own issue he caused And is refusing to give my money back. At this point I am trying to get my own money back and put my original wheels and tires back on and go to another business. When I asked about this he told me he didn t have my wheels anymore and they where scrapped. But he had another set he would give me in replacement which I took. Now driving on this new set I noticed a slow leak and took it to les Schwab to fix a gentleman at les Schwab had found a hole in a rim and informed me it was unfixable which Diego never told me about this broken rim otherwise I would have not taken that set. Without wanting to deal with this business anymore after these constant issues with Diego I went to les Schwab and bought a new set from them which I currently drive on now with no issues and I m very happy with Les Schwabs business and I wish I went there in the first place. If you have made it this far into reading my review I would never recommend this business to any friends or family as he has costed me over 2 thousand dollars in unnecessary expenses.

Super super friendly family owned business operated by my Son in law..I recommend this place not just because they are family but because you can t go wrongHe s a very honest hard worker ... .always has good deals and will never overprice u .. i ve had my breaks done here And my tires replaced when I had a flat .. need tires alignment or etc.??Book hereJust call or show up it help contribute to family ..Diego my lill Grandson and daughter

They had a spare tire for my rig when I ran something over and slit the sidewall. For a hole in the wall, they had all of the right equipment. Had me done in 5 minutes after they found a replacement.

Found a nail in my tired and needed a patch. I was able to get in immediately and the patch is tips only which was so cool! Will definitely come here again for tire needs.

Very helpful guy, was even willing to stay a little bit after closing to mount my truck tires to help me out so that was super cool. Les Schwab would never do that and they are open on Sundays also! Thanks for your help, i will go here from now on for my tire needs.

I damaged a tire with a trailer a few months ago and other tire shops would only sell 4 new tires. These guys replaced the damaged tire with a well matched used one for a fair price on the spot. Tonight I bought a full set from them and a decent price. I was late for the appointment and they were very patient and stayed late to ensure I got my tires on time. I appreciate small businesses that have a good work ethic and fair price, plus no add on BS that you get at the chain shops. 100% recommend. It's a small business, (basically one guy) so if you need a fancy full service place, you may want to look elsewhere, but if you want a fair price and honest work, come here.

Diego saved me this weekend! I got a flat tire with a screw and he was able to patch it quickly at no cost and gave us a great deal on a new set of tires that he was able to order and put on for us, all in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend!

Our whole experience was great! My brother was in need of tires for his pathfinder, I called around a few places for tire quotes and financing options. Enriquez had a great financing program that took only a couple minutes to apply and be approved for. They didn t have the right tires at the location when we called but they were delivered and installed in less than 24 hours!!! They were reasonably priced and they are great quality too! We will definitely be referring our friends and family! Thanks again Diego!!

Says hes open 9 to 6 on Saturday. I'm down here at 130 you're closed. Called him and asking hes not gonna be back. Until 3pm Think this guy really wants business? He started texting me sometime after 7 pm asked him to stop did not stop lied said he left at 1:30 I called him at 1:27 I was there long enough to look up his number I was there at 1:15 he was not there anywhere I have worked was an hour lunch not 2 hours lied again told me he would be back at 3 have whiteness that was in car with me when you drive 30 minutes because it says you're hours 9 to 6 you should be open or have something telling people what time your closed for lunch cant execpect people to drive home and come back with gas prices what they are

Great prices and customer service! I popped a tire and Diego helped me find an appropriate used tire to match my other three instead of insisting that I needed a full set of new tires (like the big box tire stores). Saved me $$. He was professional and helpful and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Total win!I will be back when I need a full set of new tires!

Diego... what can I say about him. Not only did he give us a STEAL on used snow tires, but he offered to drop them off and put them on. We needed the help and he couldn't have been a nicer gentleman. He took time to answer our questions, gave us advice on snow tires vs. warm weather tires and DEFINITELY found a life long customer.Thank you Diegio and Enriquez Tires,Ben and Sarah

On Monday My vehicle was vibrating very bad while driving. Stopped in to get a rebalancing and there saw that my 2 of my tires were separating .Wires were showing I wasn t planning on having to buy new tires but Diego found me a really good set of used for less than $200!Definitely going back when I need new ones in the future great guy and absolutely amazing customer service!

Wanted a specific brand and model tire that he didn't normally stock. He had all 4 within a week and at a good price. He also uncovered some of the work the past wheel shop did or in this case didn't do and still charged me for. Good to know who the honest workers are in the automotive world. Definitely recommend.

Had two of tires replaced by Diego. Called him, made an appointment and guaranteed me the work in less than 1hr. I didn t have to wait or drop off my truck. I had things to do after so it was very convenient. Locally owned shop and I ve known Diego since middle school. Great way to support small businesses.

I ve bought tires at Enriquez Tires for the past 12 years, since they were just a tiny shop in Everett; the reasons I keep coming back are: the crew, and their prices. Both of which are phenomenal. I can t recommend them more highly for anyone looking for tires; from one used, get-you-by tire, to a brand new set of ALl terrains you won t find a better place to spend your money and you too will become a customer for life. I certainly am. In fact I m heading there now for my sixth full set of tires..!

Amazing service! Above and beyond. Needed new tires on my truck that had 3 flats on it and these guys drove out to my house, jacked up my truck, took the wheels to their shop, put on new tires, and came back out and put the wheels back on in such a short amount of time. Very reasonable price too!

Have used this place before and it was good but had mounted snow tires put on Dec 11, had a blowout after, (not their fault) but in getting that taken care of had to do without my car because the locking lug nut was gunned in with the impact wrench which weakened the key, which broke. Air freighted 2 extra keys and both of them broke trying to loosen it. Finally got it off with online help and found one of the other lugs had been torn up on installation so have purchased extras as I figure I'll find more damage. Installer needs to be using better tools, he did use a torque wrench but it clicked as soon as he pulled on it, meaning the impact wrench over tightened the lugs. I like supporting small business but this is bad.
