The people at Caliber Collision were very nice to me. They took my car and they kept me updated on the repairs as it went along. I even got my car before the estimated time they thought it would be ready. Everyone there from the front desk to the back shop were all very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to my friends and family

This is an extremely great team. Dawn and Michelle were fantastic. Very approachable, friendly, and extremly knowledgeable of their jobs which helped provide that second layer of comfort. It makes a big difference. I even appreciated Michelle in answering my follow up questions during the repair.The updates on my car were awesome and kept me from needing to phone in... haha not that I needed to... they had my trust in their intro. The repairs were great and looks as though they never happened. Although I don't actively wish to take my car in for repairs... I felt fully comfortable with them handling it. Appreciate you guys!!I was able to get my car back ahead of time to take my wife out to see Kenny G live in Seattle!Thank you again and Happy new year!!

Caliber in Snohomish was awesome. They were able to fit me in sooner than expected and the repair was finished sooner than expected. They kept me updated throughout the process and the work was great. My vehicle was also returned to me very clean.

Caliber did a great job handling our vehicle repairs! They communicated frequent updates as to the repair status all through the process. Their partnership with Enterprise made it really easy for us, as we just had to walk right to the neighboring counter to grab a rental vehicle which was all ready for us! Repairs were scheduled in a timely manner and completed ahead of schedule. I received frequent text updates and my vehicle was returned clean (exterior and interior). Snohomish Staff was professional and kind. Highly recommend!

I have had bad luck lately that has brought me to see Caliber twice in just a few months. The second incident, I didn't even hesitate to come back to them because they are very communicative, and do a great job. My car looks just how it's supposed to, and they got it done ahead of schedule on the second repair.

Car accident worth 20k damage, after receiving my fixed car there were issues so I made a warranty appt to address 4 issues and when I picked my car up today none of the warranty items I asked to be fixed were fixed. I m so mad and disappointed. Do not take your vehicle to the snohomish location as they do rushed work and not a good job. I m upset that I made time for this appointment and nothing was fixed or an explanation as to why. I m not going back a 3rd time. I just wanted my car how it was before the accident but that s not going to happen and I d not ok with how this was handled. I have paint bubbles in my driver door, two areas where there s still damage. Not a happy customer

These guys are amazing! They got me in when everyone else was way too busy to not only did they get me in, but they were realistic with how long it was going to take to fix my damaged vehicle and then they got it done faster than planned! My car came out, clean and looking as good as new. Every time I visit as this is the second time I have had to have damage taken care of on my vehicle every time I've been there they've been wonderful to work with. Very kind. Excellent customer service and again my car comes out. Clean and vacuumed and beautiful not just fixed. These guys are fantastic.

They repaired body work on our Subaru Crosstreck and did an excellent job! From start to finish they exceeded our expectations. They worked great with our Travelers Insurance. The constant communication was greatly appreciated. It was completed 2 weeks ahead of schedule! Awesome work!

I never leave reviews, but this will be my first. I've never been so angry with a body shop that I wish I could go back in time and never take my car there. I had to send my vehicle in for repairs three times since they couldn't fix it on the first, second, or third try. First of all, their customer service and phone calls were rude and full of finger-pointing and laughing due to a language barrier. I regret to add that my automobile looked far better after the collision than it did after repairs. Even though they claimed to have finished and rectified it, the internal issues remained, so I gave up and took to another repair shop, if you have a cheap old vehicle this is the right shop otherwise save your money, time and energy and find a better repair shop. Would never ever recommend to anyone, guilty and disappointed I chose this repair shop. Please please don t make my mistakes, this is not WORTH IT !!!!!!!

I was rear-ended and this body shop gave me back my 2023 Kia Sportage looking like it had just rolled out of the factory. We are extremely pleased and give praise to the tech who did the paint job. He was not satisfied with the match and look the first time the paint went on so he removed all the panels and did it over. That is customer service! We were kept well informed of the progress by or seecice providee via text and able to ask questions via text during the whole process. We would highly recommend this shop, it's manager and employees for any work you need done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Went in for rear passenger door repair. Took longer than expected for them to repair because the door they got was damaged and there was a back order on the door already, but you don't see any damage now.They cleaned the outside and detailed the inside (I haven't seen it this clean since I bought it), they offered to cover the car rental cost that went over my insurance coverage, and they guarantee their work for the life of the car!Attached before and after pics of my car.

They were professional, fast and work looks great with a color match life time warranty. My truck was scratched on bumper and fender from hotel valet hitting a concrete wall. Looks great after replacing bumper and fixing fender. Thank you Snohomish Abbra !

Dawn and Michael and everyone at Caliber were excellent. I am very pleased with their service. The communication was great. The work done was good, but the communication was a joke. They gave us an estimated completion date a month out, and then pushed back that date 5 TIMES, adding a week each time. When asked about it each time, different people we talked to gave a different excuse - even when talked to on the same day, so they were giving us BS reasons since everyone had a different story. Hint: if you don't know when the job will be done for whatever reason, quit throwing out completion dates. It makes it impossible for people to count on anything, especially if they're renting a car or making other arrangements.

I went to Caliber because it was in network with Safeco and in the past that's been faster and easier, but Safeco merged with Liberty Mutual and this was an entirely different process.That had nothing to do with Caliber. They fixed the damage, painted and washed my vehicle (its 1st time).They even were going to attach new visors, but Amazon had shorted me and only the adhesive was in the box.Service: Painting

Overall excellent experience! Great communications with updating progress and estimated completion which they delivered on. They even went above and beyond removing scuff marks around the vehicle that wasn't on the repair list. Very satisfied with my experience at Caliber Snohomish! They repaired my Honda tailgate after I was rearended. Kind team, answered my phone calls and questions, provided text updates throughout repair (which took 3wks bc of ordering parts), and Caliber has a lifetime warranty to back up the work! Caliber was awesome. I got regular updates on the progress on my car. At first it looked like it might take a long time but they were able to get parts in early and the repairs took less than two weeks. I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jennifer and team for taking the time and trouble to obtain OEM parts for my repair. They did a fantastic job keeping me updated. Each person I spoke to was informed, friendly and helpful. You can clearly see that they pay attention to good hiring and ownership.I would absolutely recommend this branch.
