I purchased a 2008 Logan horse trailer from a private party several months ago. It looked very good for its age and I planned to get it inspected. I heard that Bickford Trailers would do a complete inspection for $450. Bickford has a good reputation so I took the trailer there.Seth was very responsive to my questions while the work proceeded to address a number of wiring issues, reseal the tack room window and paint an area of rust on one of the windows. I choose to replace the tires as they were old and one having sidewall damage as well as replacing the electric jack and having it washed. Not inexpensive but I felt not a bad expense due to all the work.Unfortunately the electric jack failed within 2 weeks and I had to return to Bickford who made room is the schedule for me. Inspection showed a faulty switch which Bickford replaced at no charge. All in all I was pleased with the service I received and would recommend Bickford trailers for horse trailer service.

I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people there. Brought my old trailer in here and they made her safe and sound again for a reasonable price! They also took time to show us newer trailer options all around the lot. No high pressure sales, just helpful education and information. They're the best!

I bought my trailer, site unseen, in February and wasn't able to pick it up until May. They stored it and kept in touch throughout the process. Paul was great! They set up my RV with a brake controller and hitch so that it was good for my long drive back to Alaska. The horse trailer is everything I wanted in a trailer. Bickford Trailers will have my business in the future!

My family and I drove over today to look at a used horse trailer.We had spoke to a female sales staff several times on the phone about the trailer and she seemed very uninterested in making a sale.We asked for pictures to be sent to us via text and never got them. When we called to ask questions it felt like we were bothering her.The ad said make an offer so we did we actually made 2 different offers and she would not come down at all even after the ad clearly said all reasonable offers would be considered.So we made the 2.5 hour drive to look at it ourselves today.The trailer was dirty it appeared not to have been cleaned at all after it was traded in. Dead bugs and dead spiders inside the living quarters, the toilet had not been cleaned, moss growing on the outside just not sale ready at all.It was an older trailer but was in ok shape but had several issues not stated in the ad mostly cosmetic but some structural.I was interested in this trailer mostly because it had mangers in it. But the mangers were very rusted out and I would not be able to use them unless I had work done on them to make them safe to feed in.We had cash in hand and ready to buy.After the long drive we were very disappointed in the condition of the trailer and did not feel it was worth the full asking price.We wanted to make a cash offer or ask that some of the cosmetic issues be taken care of as part of the sale ( new rubber mats on the inside the horse area as the ones in it were half torn off and made it look trashed and to have it cleaned inside and out). We were not asking for big ticket fixes.We would have liked to have had it hooked up so we could test lights and power in it but that was not offered to us and we felt awkward asking because we felt like we were bugging her being there.After we looked at it she did not seem interested in speaking to us about if we wanted the trailer or if we wanted to go talk about the trailer and come up with an agreement so we just left.My wife and I drove around and talked about wanting the trailer still but needed some of the issues fixed on it to feel it was worth the full asking price.I called her on the phone before we left town and told her we were interested but asked if some of the cosmetic stuff could be fixed or if she would lower the price some. She said no to both.We felt the level of customer service from the sales person was very unprofessional and we were disappointed to drive the 2.5 hours home with no sale and a wallet full of money.Very sad because we really liked and wanted this trailer.

Bickford trailers installed a rear view camera and tire pressure monitoring system on my travel trailer and Super Duty. They did a superbly clean install and we're very friendly to work with. So far so good!

With the mixed reviews I was abit worried about what the experience would be like. I had a very particular trailer in mind at a hard price point to match. Dan was great a communicating with me and after 3 months he found me exactly what I not only wanted but needed. I say this because I was planning on getting a trailer that would have not worked for what I was needing it for. Dan guided me to the right choice which for this stubborn on Cajun is not an easy thing to do. I will be looking forward to working with Dan in the future.

I had a very good experience with bickford trailers. I purchased a 2020 charmac 8.5 x 20ft. Enclosed trailer and maggie was amazing with great communication amd quick answers to all my questions. The trailer service department is also amazing. Easy to work with and quick turn around from frop off to pick up. Bickford will be getting my buisness again

Had a great buying experience! Dustin went above and beyond to ensure our trailer was ready to go for our first outing. He even put shavings in my trailer for my horse and filled my water tank! Highly recommend if in the market for a trailer go see Dustin!

I purchased a brand new 2015 Featherlite horse trailer from Bickford in February of 2015. The salesman assured me that the trailer would only depreciate 5% each year and would then be worth the same for the rest of the life of the trailer. The salesman named Dustin stated that they would be willing to buy back the trailer in one year for a 5% depreciation fee. I was not able to get back into horses like I wanted to so I called them on July 16, 2015 and they stated that they would not even buy the horse trailer back at a 15% loss and told me to try and sell it on my own. The salesman (Dustin) and woman (Maggie) stated that they were only making $500 on the deal when I purchased the trailer only to find out they actually made thousands on me. Dishonest businesses and sales staff like this need to be called out on their lies and that is why I'm writing this review. If your looking for an honest place to buy a horse trailer go somewhere else!!!!!

I'm planning on purchasing a cargo van for my painting business here at Bickford Ford. I stopped in the dealership and talked with Brooke, she answered all my questions about the vehicle and gave me additional information as well. I look forward to taking delivery of the new company vehicle soon.
