I wish I could give them 6 stars! Austin's is absolutely incredible! I needed my power steering hose replaced because I had a horrible leak and they let me bring the part I already purchased and they got me in as quick as their books allowed! The process was easy, the staff was super nice and super helpful, and they did it way faster then anywhere else quoted me! Their fairly priced, do great work, and they're good honest people. I will be returning for any future repairs! A wonderful, respectable business. Thank you guys!!

I've always gone here, ever since it used to be Craig's Auto, and now that Austin has taken over the riens, it has only kept getting better, kudos Austin, great service, all the while with a smile.

I had a great experience at Austin's Auto Repair. My car had a major electrical issue which the Austin team quickly diagnosed and corrected. I was in and out of the shop within a hour! Very pleased and highly recommend.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

I used Austin s Automotive due to a mishap with my transmission fluid. This shop was able to get my car in and out in less than 24 hours. I have a Subaru and most places I called were either not willing to work on my car because of the parts/tools/fluid that was needed or were booked out for weeks. I appreciate the friendliness of all of the staff here as this was a really stressful situation.Thank you Austin and team! Very fast and efficient. Friendly staff and always on the ball.. my grandfather has been using the same shop for years and was super excited when Austin bought it and restarted the business. They have earned the title of our family shop because we take all our cars to Austin's. My grandfather is a retired master mechanic and has a hard time letting others do work on his cars but Austin is definitely a skilled mechanic and has earned our trust and return business.

Austen is an honest guy. That's the best compliment you could ever receive from a customer.I've worked with Austin for over a decade and with my kids and wife's cars have spent well over 10k in his shop because I refuse to buy new.He won't replace something that doesn't need to be replaced.I dropped off a car I just bought a Volvo S40, to get a timing belt replacement. Because I didn't know the history (an expensive repair) and he inspected it and determined it wasn't ready to be replaced.I could go on for days about the way he does business. He's trustworthy, reliable and all around the guy you want in your corner when you need help.

Austin is the best! We take all our vehicles to him! The latest example was a Friday afternoon my truck started spewing diesel, as we were about to take off to our cabin. Ran it to him, he diagnosed a Fuel filter leak. Had the parts there in 30 minutes and it was I was fixed in on the road, in an hour. 1/2 an hours labor, plus part.. fri at 3:30!! Cannot recommend this business highly enough!!! JodieService: Auto maintenance

They've been fixing our vehicles for years..We wouldn't want to take our cars & trucks anywhere else..They are fair, reasonable priced,many times they've fixed little things no charge & they always call BEFORE they do the work,to tell you whats wrong & the price..They are outstanding..

Austin is a great owner of the previous Craig s automotive that used to be this business. Austin worked closely with Craig until he retired so you can ensure, even under a newer business name, it s service is trusted and great. This is the only automotive place I go to after having bad experiences at others. It s also close to a restaurant or aquatic center so you have options. Austin even drove my Mom home in Snohomish before which was beyond the level of service you d get. What a caring and great business.Service: Engine repair

Had an emergency with my truck that my mother was using with one of my wheels losing all but one of the Lugnut bolts on the road. I called in when they opened explaining the situation and the gentleman who picked up was really nice and understanding and was able to get my truck worked on the same day and road worthy. I'm thrilled with the outcome and so was My mother. the team was informative and nice. If they're this great during an emergency I feel confident bringing in my vehicles in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have known Austin from back when he was foreman at Craig's Automotive in Snohomish. Now that he has assumed ownership, he will continue to be my go-to mechanic in the future.
