Needed spray in bed liner and a hard cover for my 2023 diesel Gladiator. Bed spray job was perfect but the cover was defective. They didn t argue just ordered a new one to replace. Now getting new running boards.

Great service and great prices. I've had them do Linex spray-in bedliner on 2 trucks. Can't beat em. They just installed a tonneau cover on my 2020 F350. Love it!

Yea - Silverdale Line X caused these scratches (literally all of them). The owner already knows but chose to provide a poor response. The manager John, called my wife and I liars but he sure did fumble and eat his own words as soon as I sent video proof to the owner. I highly recommend not going here of having a dash camera to legally recuperate your losses.

Staff is professional, excellent customer service. The spray in bedliner itself looks great and I'm sure will perform well. I was in and out in 3 hours which was faster than the expected time. My truck bed has several lights and a button to control them, they taped them off and sprayed around them perfectly. All in all 5 out of 5.

Great place to get your truck bed lined. End result looks awesome, they have 3 different levels of spray on product but they all have a lifetime warranty. The waiting room is super nice and plenty of free snacks available. Employees are outstanding and will answer all of your truck accessory questions! Excellent quality workmanship. Product exactly as described. Staff was very concerned that my pickup bed was done properly while protecting my truck's new paint job. They even corrected a ding in my wheel well before spraying the liner on.

I would like to give them a good review, as the job they did on one truck bed was decent. But their manager, John, is unprofessional and disorganized, also unbelievably insulting and arrogant. The shop seems to be a sort of shambles, which is hard to understand since every time I've been in there they are all just standing around smoking cigarettes. Also, right now there is no Line-X product available due to shortage. You'd think they could use that leisure time to help the business...I spoke to John the manager on multiple occasions and he was always rude and made it obvious he didn't care or ever remember our prior conversations. He lost an appointment for more work I scheduled after my first job, and he actually had the nerve to tell me he didn't care it was lost because the work wasn't that important to them.I tried to reach out to the owner directly several times because John the manager's behavior was so offensive, and I couldn't believe they would act like that in the face of another $10K worth of work. But I just got runaround games from him and was never able to reach the owner. Bill Young, if you own this business and care, do something!My advice: support a business that treats customers right. I'd rather drive all the way around the Kitsap Peninsula to give my money to another Line-X shop than tolerate this kind of ridiculousness.

They did a great job installing my bed liner. Unfortunately my tail light was broke by accident which is very frustrating but accidents happen. Why they still get 5 stars is how the issue was handled. They handled it very well with fixing my truck quickly and promptly. They were up front about the situation and professional. I would do business again!

The staff here, from the front desk to the garage were wonderful.From the minute I drove up I was welcomed with positive and passionate attitudes from the staff. I like to know that when people work on my gear that they are as excited as I am. The end product was not just excellent it was beautiful and they were very proud of there work as I was too. Thanks Guys!

Very friendly, honest, clean, and fantastic quality. I had my truck bed done in just about 2 hrs, and the pricing was about average from what I've seen! They even had a cute dog, Sophia, to keep me company while I waited!

Very professional and friendly, their going through some renovations so the sign says to check in next door (truck gear 4x4). Was greeted immediately and helped. Their waiting area is actually the actual line x store. They said make yourself at home!!! Btw the reclining couch was sooooooo comfortable, i didnt mind waiting.Dropped my truck off at 8am they were done by 12, there was already a truck in front of me so i knew it was gonna be a long wait.Day after looking at my lineX, i have no complaints at all! Truck bed looks amazing!Thank you!!

I called line x in silverdale the day before the whole shutdown happened, I explained what I was after and they said we would wait to see what happens with the shutdown looming. I completely understood that and waited two months doing research and finding others who have a similar issue as me that had successfully utilized a line x near them to get the results they were after. So finally they open up again and I send emails with photos and explain that I m an hour and a half from them so I d like to do as much as I can over the phone. I m told, based on what I wanted to have done that it shouldn t be an issue and to send the emails and they would look at them and respond. I waited two more days with no response and finally called. Another person told me that they would call back with a quote but roughly based on what I was looking to have done about 500-600 dollars and to come down on the weekend to go over the lines for the placement. Again I don t hear anything for a approximate dollar amount. Saturday rolls around, I cart my family and two suvs and a whole bunch of fuel down to silverdale and wait for 15 minutes for someone to help (understandable as they have limits on how many people in the building at a time) and finally Rex comes out and tells me after looking for all of 5 seconds that he doesn t think they can do the job and it wouldn t stick and then Says if we do it we would prolly be at 700-800 but couldn t guarantee the product would stick. It was a wast of the half a day I spent and the fuel to go back and forth. Other people had the same jobs done at line x locations that want to do business. One of those people with the same issue had the whole roof done for less than 600 bucks. Had I wanted that done I would of been paying over a grand and have no guarantees on the finish lasting. Needless to say I won t recommend them at all. I m having a body shop in town do the job and I won t have to worry about finish issues again. What makes me the most mad is waiting all this time to be sent away. I could of had a body shop do this job two months ago but I waited to give my business to a place that I had heard good about and used a quality productAs a response back to Rex, it was clearly stated in the email that the first photos were of my vehicle and the third was the same model vehicle with the same issue that I was trying to avoid. That was made as clear as I could in both the phone call and the email. And you personally still never gave me the phone call back after receiving the email which is what ultimately led to the waste of time. Had you just gave a phone call and asked a little more details you would of been able to give me an opinion before I drove 1 and a half hours down. So while I see you are trying to cover yourself for sake of the review, you aren t stating the full facts. Follow up with customers is important. In 20 years in the business you should know that. The only contact I had after me calling, was me calling again and getting someone else on the line who said he would give you a kick to get on the phone with me again and that still didn t happen. My time was wasted. Period. Other line x locations have done the job on similar vehicles. It boiled down to you guys wanting to take the easy jobs. Follow up with your customers in the future.

Line-X is a great product and very reasonable for coating a truck bed. However, coating a garage floor would be ridiculous. I was quoted $18-20 per sq. ft. A normal size garage you're talking $10k or more. Probably in a Jeff Bezos world, but not mine. Maybe I'll just epoxy the floor 3 times over the next 20 years, or even carpet it once a year for the next 10! It might be worth checking other locations, as I found posts online referencing closer to $5/sq. ft.

Went in to accessorize my truck, purchased fog lights from them before for my Tacoma. The guy on the phone was BS-ing with someone and never acknowledged that I was there. It wasn't Able, too bad because I wanted to give them business again. There are other places better than Bayside 4X4, you just have to shop around.

They did an excellent job on our truck. The finished product looks excellent, they were kind and courteous, and completed it in about 3 hours. Highly recommend!

Was able to get an appointment made with them during the great virus of 2020 and when they opened back up was able to get in and they did a great job. Had things ready to go when I got there to pick it up. Great job guys.

My experience with Line-X Silverdale was disappointing. I submitted an online request for a bedliner + steps quote. I rec'd one half of the information I requested... and patiently waited for 2 months for the other half of the information as I wasn't in a rush. Now that I really need the bedliner and steps done, and even with followup, I still haven't received the information I'm looking for. Now I'm just fed up with waiting and will be taking my business elsewhere.
