I went into O'Reilly's yesterday to get a new battery for my car. I was greeted and served by a friendly and cheerful lady named Katherine. She was very helpful. She installed the battery for me. What a breath of fresh air. I think many of us have become used to people working at local businesses who behave like it is somehow an inconvenience to help customers, but this lady, IMHO, provided exceptional customer service. She is an asset to this business and one reason I will return in the future when I need something for my car.

Walked in with one person at the counter and one person waiting. Stood 4 feet from the counter to wait my turn. Another employee came out to help the person who had been there longer. The female employee decided to wait on the person who had walked in later than me. I will shop other auto parts stores from now on.

Very poor customer service, only two people at the sequim location know what they are doing and thats if their not to busy hanging out with eachother to help customers. I came in and stood for 20 mins just to be brought up to the counter and told someone else will help me just to stand there and watch said person help everyone walking in the door after me instead of continuing to assist me and find the part i need. Waste of time! Go to a1 auto if you want good service!

I came from outta town and the 2 young men there were awesome. They allowed us to use their tools and fix out vehicle in their parking lot. I highly recommend .... thank you so much to the young men who helped.

We ended up stuck on the side of the road and needed a u-joint, I called just a few minutes before they close and Josh went out of his way to get the part brought to me. If it weren't for him, my daughter and I would have been stuck on the side of the road all night. It's things like this that show there are still good people in this world.

The Manager, Sean and an employee name Asia (I think that's her name) made my day. Asia was great, she made a recommendation that was unexpected and would save me lots of money...over $200. She got Sean, the Manager involved and he made it happen. I am so grateful.I've been there a couple dozen times in the last year and they are always on their game, and very friendly. Honestly, I can't stand going to parts stores but these guys kick a##. Asia, Sean, Ben, and Ira (the only guy ive ever met with the same name as myself) , thank you.

They gave me the wrong part for my transmission gasket. Luckily the repair facility didn't need it as my gasket was reusable type. Uh, keep ur receipt and ask repair facility to match it up before taking it out of packaging, else they won't take part back for credit.

I came in bc my car kept dying, had the battery, starter and alternator tested. They tested good. Walmart did the same. The car kept dying and I kept having to get a jump. My friend, a mechanic, suggested I get the battery put on a load tester. I asked O'Reilly's to do so. They refused bc the battery had tested good. Walmart did so for me. Turns out the battery WAS bad. After 10 mins on the load tester, a test that should have taken more than an hour, but only took 10 MINUTES BECAUSE THE BATTERY WAS SO BAD, we knew what the issue was. I have to make many trips out of town for specialist. I'm glad Walmart figured it out bc if I had left it up to O'Reilly's, specifically the older short lady at Sequim O'Reilly's, I would have been stuck out of town with a dead car! When a customer comes in asking specifically for a battery tests, a specific battery test bc her MECHANIC friend suggested the test, maybe you want to listen next time. It's called good customer service!

Hands down Awesome!Always helpful with anything automotive when it comes to cars an trucks. Great selection of tools an equipment at very very affordable prices. Was easily able to switch out a burnt brake light in a couple minutes.

These guys at this location are great. The check engine light on my truck came on andvi drove to O Reillys and they did a free diagnostics on my vehicle, looked up the part needed and explained everything to me. And the part was really good priced as well. They took all mh worry away. Thanks O Reilly.

Nathan was amazingly helpful!! He went above and beyond to help us with our battery when I didn't even know how to get the thing out!! He was very welcoming when we came in and helped us right away. I've rarely in my life experienced someone so helpful and kind.

We stopped here in late April because our rental car s windshield wipers were worn. With all the rain and all the driving we would be doing, there was no question that we had to replace them. We went to O Reilly s and sure enough they had exactly what we needed and the woman even helped us swap them out. Thank you! You made our travels safe!Heads up, if you find yourself in this situation- the rental car company will reimburse you, just keep the receipt. In fact, Alamo doubled the reimbursement for the inconvenience.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this store. I have had battery problems lately and as an 85 year old new widow I was uncertain what to do. I checked with O'Reilly and the young lady on a Sunday tested my battery and recommended that I clean it and check the water levels which I did that night and if I still had problems, she suggested that I bring it back in. The battery worked great for another month then it died completely. Today I went back to O'Reilly to get a new battery installed. The young man who helped me (Brandon) was very pleasant and patient and had the new battery in place in a very short time. I would highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts in Sequim for parts and a bit of service as well. Great great customer service

Very short staffed. I stood in line for more then 30 minutes waiting to be helped. Shelves had a lot of empty spots... boxes stacked up and store just generally looked a mess. In fact there was even a small suv right outside front door up on ramps with the hood up being worked on right in the parking lot. This was my first time in this store and I was just surprised at what a mess it was. I got the feeling it was run by teenagers. All that said.. the guy that helped me seemed very professional and was working very hard to answer phones and help all the customers while the other employee just didn't seem to know what to do at all. I hope that my experience was just a bad example and that they were just short handed.

They accused me of trying to exchange a used oil filter and said it smelled funny like what?? This is only because they sold me the wrong one in the first place and I had to exchange it. Have not had this sort of problems with Napa...They do get one star for having cheap fully synthetic oil though.Also their website had a parts comparability checker I m going to use this in the future to verify parts are actually compatible.

Great customer service! The person I worked with got exactly what I needed and found me the best price. Even grabbed everything off the shelf for me! They were knowledgeable about the parts I needed. They also had a good demeanor. I'll definitely shop there again!

Great customer service. Also my windshield needed cleaned on the inside so I stopped to see if they had window cleamer. They had window wipes that I bought that did what I needed perfectly.Recommend you stopping to see if they have your automotive needs.

We had a battery light come on during a trip home. Stopped in to see what we could do/get and found out they do free testing. This was a relief for us and we were able to confirm what was wrong and get the parts we needed. Thomas was a great help and even explained how to go about replacing the alternator. Much appreciated!!

Staff was rude and disrespectful. As a parts professional myself I can say without a doubt that this shamble of a crew lacks training and needs to learn how to talk to customers. Simple things like a carb base plate gasket for a small block chevy, takes an eternity to find, the oil filter I asked for was wrong, and turned out to be for a saturn! Door handles for my f250 took 2 tries just to get the metal handles and then they order 2 of the same handles for the driver's side door. Too many mistakes were made for me to waste my time. If it's something that's out on the floor that i can find myself i'll get it but other than that, don't waste your time!

Comparing to the mess in port Angeles is not enough to day. Walk in you get a furm welcome with a request to help promptly after. Every one makes mistakes but an employee owned up to not seeing a part on the shelf and apologized for the inconvenience. Location is very easily accessible and plenty of parking.

My visit to O'Reilly confirms why I don't go there anymore!! 4 people working 2 just chatting two looking up parts 7 in line wanting to pay for stuff including me 20 minutes later I walk out with a gallon of antifreeze... Should have taken 2 minutes Stinking ridiculous...
