Efficient and easy to work with. Coordinated perfectly with insurance and the Koenig dealership for the calibration needed on my Forester. Not a service anyone wants to need, but sure glad they do their job well!

I sent a windshield replacement request through their online portal and promptly got a call back from the central office with an exact quote for the work and to set up an appointment. A day later I got a call from the actual shop in Sequim because the time we had chosen might result in me waiting longer than necessary. I was given the option to come in a little later, so as not to waste my time, so I took it. On the day of the appointment I got another call from the shop that they were ahead of schedule and I could come in as early as I wanted (no pressure, just remembering that they had pushed me back initially). When I arrived they were all ready for me and performed the work quickly and neatly while I biked around town and got some lunch. My total at the end of the day was precisely what I was quoted and the install looks perfect. They gave me excellent service from start to finish, and have a clean waiting area with beverages. They'll patch up any chips I get on this windshield as well, so I feel really well taken care of.

Highly recommend this business. My car windows we broken into and I got a same day call from the Genuine Auto to make arrangements to get a appointment to get my windows replaced. Brian got me in and taped up my windows and vacuumed my car so I could drive home. After a very distressing day Genuine Auto Glass restored my faith in humanity. Brought my BMW in for driver's side window replacement as it was broken during a break-in in so-called safe Gig Harbor. Positives: fast professional service, thorough they made sure that they got all the shattered glass out of the inside of the door as much as possible, and also walked me through a couple of other adjustments they made to the door that I had been putting up with for some time. Compared to another competitor in Silverdale that quoted similar price but unavailable until weeks from now in September, genuine auto glass beat them by a mile. Negatives: no comments to add. Safety tip: the facility is located conveniently in Sequim on Washington Street and the facility is clean and easy to park in.

highly recommend, just use these guys, they will take care of you! Very grateful to have my window fixed so nicely, quickly and affordably. These folks are clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. I drove an hour round trip and took time off work for this repair, and they made it all okay by getting the job done right! Had a rock chip and crack on my brand new car. Genuine worked with my insurance to get other needed work approved with windshield repair. The dealership had to realign cameras in a safety system. They performed the work at the dealership so I just took it to one location. Looks great and work was very timely.

These guys were great and quick! And they even surprised with me the special added touch of vacuuming and cleaning the rest of the windows!They Also pointed out an issue that had I not found out about then, could have led to some serious damage so I am grateful for that!Thank you for going the extra mile!

Brian and Ryan (I think his name was) were so polite and helpful. My car was finished an hour earlier than quoted. The car was vacuumed and everything put back as original. Brian noted I needed new wipers and said he'd help me install them if I needed. Will for sure go back with our other car needing a new windshield. Price was reasonable too! Happy!

I am impressed. They delivered ahead of schedule and on target for the estimate to replace my old Audi's rear passenger window. It works, the people are nice, and the car is clean. I recommend them....

Windshield chip repair: scheduled me for the next day, started on time, finished early (took 20 minutes), left the car cleaner than it was. Friendly and professional. Fair price. Even gave me window cleaner as a gift.

Great place to go for glass repair. Made an appointment for a chip repair, showed up for the appointment and didn't have to wait at all. Chip repair took maybe 15 minutes, and they even vacuumed my car and cleaned the windows. Will have all my future glass work done here.

Several weeks wait for appointment. Three to four hours installation. Oops, broke the new windshield. Have to reorder. But nice people.

Scheduled a windshield replacement. They requested I drop off at the local dealership so the dealership could calibrate the lane departure and auto-high beam sensors. The hi beam sensor is not working properly, And the rear view mirror is loose. Contacted them, immediately referred to the technician and given his cell#. Called it, mailbox full. Called back, they said they would get word to the technician to contact me. He never did.Seems like they farmed it out to the dealership and now won't stand behind it. But hey, they did give me a beer cozy.

Brian is friendly and attentive and a clean good job. If you have a Good To Go tollijg tag on your windshield they should let you know to get a NEW one as it will NOT work after it has been removed.

That was very strange experience...I ordered two back passagger windows to be replaced and I was scheduled at 9am. I live hour and half away.Getting in time, I met two sleepy teenagers, who, by sticking their noses outside of the office anonced that they ordered the wrong parts and suggested to get another shot by coming one more time.Wrong things are happening, but wrong attitude is bad for business. Ruined day and bad taste.Next day, I got the job done at other place.Avoid this place, if possible

Installers are understaffed and unable to schedule for a couple of days. I understand that when they can accommodate you they can do a good job. Un- fortunately our schedule didn't work with theirs so we ended up elsewhere.

While on a road trip from Florida a rock was kicked up and chipped my windshield in California. I found time in the Port Angeles area to get the windshield repaired. I went to Genuine Auto Glass in Sequim after being told that I could just show up and have the 30 minute repair done. The gentleman who repaired my windshield also went so far as to clean the entire windshield and vacuum the car, all of this on a busy Monday morning. I highly recommend glass repairs be done at Genuine Auto Glass in Sequim!

Very nice crew of guys good quality repair for rock chips. Nice waiting room with lots of magazines and coffee or water to drink. I would recommend it or anyone's Auto Glass needs.
