After Walmart failed to verify having tires for me (Wal-Mart only had 2 of the 4 I needed given my budget)and scheduled me for a install appt which would have been canceled because I needed 4 tires. I left after waiting 40 minutes an Shop employees walked past me every time while waiting to remedy the problem. I chose to join my wife who we both ate former Walmart employees and walk off. She mentioned going to Discount Tires instead. So after wasting 40 minutes watching to speak to a Tire Service Employee. We went over to Discount Tires which is just across the road an a few blocks away. It only took me less than 3 minutes to see a Sales Technician. But they had no problem having my common tire size in stock. Plus the service to my Yukon was cheaper than Wal-Mart. So with appt made for the next day. We brought in our Yukon and dropped it off. An as promised our SUV was finished on time. For everything that Discount Tires in Sequim Washington did. I went to Safeway and purchased a dozen donuts for the tech crew. Awesome job guys and our SUV drives better than ever an the tires look fantastic. Im ready for the winter. SBrannin

Driving I some how cut my tire... that can ruin anyone's day. Headed to discount tire company where Assistant Manager Kelsey helped me straighten out the issues. Tire was ruined. She was able to match up a tire and get me back on the road very quickly. Really appreciate the service and professionalism! Highly recommended

I bought 4 new tires and an hour after leaving one was totally flat. I called and within 5 minutes someone came to me and picked up my flat tire, took it back to the shop, fixed it, came back and put it on correctly. I am giving a 5 star review because they took ownership, told me the truth that an employee had a boo boo and even gave me a partial refund for my time. I am completely satisfied with my tires and service. Great job Sequim Discount Tire!

Mark did an exceptional job helping us purchase new tires for the snowy season. He had a great attitude, looked up our make and model as well as suggesting the best tire for our traveling needs. Discount Tire will continue to have our loyalty. Thank you to all the staff! Happy Holidays

First time here but long time customer of Discount Tire. Pulled into their air check station and.......waited.......and waited. Lets Schwab is definitely faster. The young man who can out was very nice and helpful but having to wait so long dulled my experience.

Excellent service! I was travelling through Sequim and stopped in to see if they had the time to look at a slow leak in one of my back tires on a dually. They happily brought the truck in , found the nail and repaired properly. Not an easy job on a 3500 Ram Dually! The tech drove the truck out handed me the keys and paperwork,. NO CHARGE!I never expected work for free, I paid the tech cash for some refreshments and thanked him . He said they just want us to be safe out there. Kudos to the crew!

Incredible people to work with from having them put air in your tires or purchasing new tires. They strongly suggest service and safety. If it's not safe they won't do anything that's not in your best interest. I have been with them for many years and usually have about five vehicles running. Thank you Discount Tire.

When we got to Discount Tire, they were busy. We were so impressed by all the employees ' attitudes, their dedications to the customers, and the promptness of their jobs!!! What a team!! I refuse to buy my tires anywhere else! Not only do we get the best prices but their warranty on their tires is excellent. Fast service and we get emails for reminders for air checks and tire rotations. They always have fast service and their employees are always so nice about answering all of our questions. If you looking for good prices with excellent customer care, this is the place for you.

We ve always had the best customer service here. Today, the manager (Mark) fit us in when they were extra busy because of the holiday. The place was packed and the phone was ringing off the hook. We were totally ok coming back another day but he made sure we didn t have to. Honestly, everyone at this location is helpful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Always a good experience here but wanted to give a shout out to Mark for his exceptional customer service!

A few years ago they screamed at me for trying to schedule a rotation at the height of stud removal time. This time was for flat repair. Totally different attitude this time round. I was genuinely pleased with the service. Those seminars on customer service must really be working. u, really mean it.

Very efficient with new service, not so much with tire rotation or air pressure check. They do like to sell though but if you are doing free maintenance you are not at the top of the line.

Excellent experience all-round. Stopped by on a weekday because our mechanic had told us the tires on our Subaru were due for replacement and I wanted another opinion. Chris was great, answered all our questions, and made the case for new tires without us ever feeling pressured (no pun intended.) And then they installed the tires in less than 90 minutes while we went for lunch. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. We were in and out in 40 minutes. We bought all season tires from Continental and so far they are driving smooth and the mileage had improved from the original tires e got from Jeep. Definitely recommend!

This Discount Tire is staffed by some of the most helpful, flexible, knowledgable people around. They were super swift, finishing my tires in about 30 minutes, and so so soooo super helpful when it came to finding the perfect solution for my needs. I am so grateful for all their help and HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here.It was just a stroke of luck they share a parking lot with Costco, where I was quoted about $500 more for similar tires! All the people I spoke to and worked with at this Discount Tire were helpful, considerate, kind, and patient with my partner and I during an emergency. Thank you!

I have gone in several times over the years with all of my vehicles to have my tire pressure checked and am very pleased with the staff. The tires on my current vehicle looked thin and the service guy agreed. It is a 2017 and used when I bought it last year. He gave me a timeline of needing new tires in three months. They will match the prices you find somewhere else. I know exactly what I need so I am now going to do the research and go in to buy a new set.

Service is outstanding! Wouldn't buy tires anyplace else. We had just started a road trip when we had a tire issue. They squeezed us in and got us back on the road in a half hr......free of charge! We got our tires there for all 3 vehicles. Cheaper than Les Schwab too.

I went in because my truck had a wobble at 60mph. They balanced all 4 tires and revealed another issue. Tire was not round.They worked hard to try to fix the issue but in the end it needs a tire replacement. Cant blame them for anything. I take all my cars here and they are always the best in town.
